I went to Image Honda on Wed . I had seen a vehicle on their web site that morning that i was interested in. I am a senior woman looking for a SUV by myself. I was introduced to a young sales man whose name is Anthony Caricato. Anthony was very personable and treated me with respect. At no time was he ever condescending to me as some young folks can be with seniors. Anthony explained everything to me very clearly and answered my questions with patience . At no time did i feel pressured or rushed into making a decision about the SUV. The vehicle was everything i was looking for. Having made up my mind i then went to a gal by the names of Julie McHugh who took me through the process of the financing. She also was polite, friendly and methodical in explaining how everything was done. I left feeling relaxed and confident that i had made the right decision.
The next step was picking up the CRV I had bought. The appointment had been made and i was taken through the process of being shown what all the equipment inside the car was for and how they worked. Sumar Arguin was the gal who handled this end of the transaction. Sumar was also very courteous and patient. Sumar made sure i understood everything as she explained it. Again at no time did i feel rushed while being in the vehicle.
I have been in customer service for many year before my retirerment and i am very aware of what good service should be like in communicating with the public. At no time did the staff at Image Honda disappoint me. They were all very professional, friendly and welcoming and saw to it that my experience was stress free. I would recommend Image Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Anthony is your go to guy. "Five stars " no question.

When my 15-year-old car broke down during a pandemic I decided it was finally time to buy something shiny and new. Of course, options were quite limited considering the dangers of COVID-19! So, like many people in a modern society, I turned to the Internet. I built the exact model of car I wanted to purchase and applied for financing online. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from Habib to arrange pickup for later that week! I had a brand new car in my driveway just four days after applying for financing. That kind of responsiveness earns a full five stars in my books! Add on to that the friendly staff that were so happy to help, all while sanitising everything in sight! It was truly a pleasant experience, and the folks at Image Honda really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Got a car back in 2018, every bit of the experience was made enjoyable... amazing team!!! Everyone was friendly and fun to chat with. I’ve brought my car in a few times and every time they were awesome!! Gave me an extra Honda keychain for my spare key, fixed my skid plate at no cost. After my car was dropped off by CAA on a Friday night after hours, the service center called me BEFORE the listed hours to talk about the vehicle. They kept me updated on the status of the vehicle, and even found and fixed another issue that might have caused problems down the road. Quick (and safe) payment and car pickup as well. A great experience, friendly staff, and I'd definitely recommend to anyone!

I had a recall for an airbag in my vehicle and the process of not just booking an appointment, but also on the day of the repair has never been smoother. To book the appointment, I called and provided the required details about myself and my vehicle, and before booking, the rep (Ali), said that he would confirm with the shop that they had the part I needed. If not, they would order the part and schedule an appointment. I received a call 2 days later that the part was ready and I booked a time for the repair. The repair itself was very quick, and I was back home just under and hour. The whole process was painless.

I had a great experience right from the start. Michael took his time to explain the vehicle to me during the road test and allowed me enough time to make the decision of purchasing the car.

Julie was great at explaining all the paperwork, warranty info and helped get the documents lined up for my trade in.

On delivery day, Sumar was awesome at ensuring I was set up with the new vehicle and reviewed some of the features Michael talked about the week before during the road test. She ensured the car was in tip top shape before I left the lot and also gave me a quick tour of the dealership.

The Service team at Image Honda does not look out for the customers best interest. Moved back from New Brunswick and needed to switch information back to Ontario. Notice a bit of rumbling in my brakes earlier in the year. They said everything seems fine should have lots of driving left. One month later my rear pads were metal on metal and need to be completely replaced. After that I noticed the rumbling continued and needed to do a safety check, got the safety check done and the technician said that my brakes were sticking. After having my brakes checked twice it took a 3rd time for them to find the issue. I changed my brakes again and brought it back. They asked if it was within 10 days of my inspection (which was not communicated). It was within 8. He said well my technician isn't not available to check your brakes can you bring it in tomorrow. Unfortunately I work 9-5 like most people and could not. He then said that they would charge me another 130 dollars for another inspection. This service team does not try to help their customers. They just look to put money in the dealerships pockets by continuously charging for service. My Girlfriend wants to buy her car in the next 2 weeks and she now wants to avoid this dealership completely.

On the delivery date I got a personal demonstration of how everything in my car works by Ashley. She is a terrific person with an absolutely amazing attitude. I was truly surprised by the unhelpful advice provided by their service team today . I called regarding a recall notice and was told we don’t have the parts and can’t even book you an appointment. I was told to call other dealerships myself to see if I could find one with parts in stock. I called Welland Honda and had Rachel explain patiently to me what the issue is, one of which there is a possibility of having the car deemed unsafe and pulled off the road. I’d say that is serious and the fact that Image Honda wouldn’t even check the vehicle is avoiding their responsibility. I hope Image Honda does not experience a serois accident involving a vehicle they sold and refused to check. Interesting approach.

3 years ago I had gone to multiple dealerships of different companies and I have to say my experience was not great, a lot of sales people didn't even give me attention, or they would not even put in the effort to try to close the sale. Considering their job is to try and get people to buy a car, that shows a serious lack of commitment. At Image Honda, the agent spent a solid 2 hours with me even though I made it very clear I was just looking for information. Spent the time to ensure I was getting exactly the car I needed, no more, no less. He made very convincing arguments why I should buy it and gave a great deal. Even gave my GF at the time a $400 designer purse as an incentive! Although I had no intention of buying the car that day, I did (I really couldn't think of a reason not to) and I'm happy for it. Since then, the service department has been absolutely amazing, everybody is friendly, they don't try to get me to do service unnecessarily, they've even gone out of their way to get me a rental car once for a warranty issue. Based on the terms and conditions they did not have to get it for me in this situation, but they did, I even got an upgrade once I went to the rental car place. They always follow up after service to ensure that everything was done properly. The shuttle drivers are always very friendly, drive safe, and you never have to wait too long for a ride. I recommended this dealership to my sister, and she ended up buying a Honda Odyssey, when she had some unexpected twins after already having 2 kids. She had a great experience as well!

Used to be good for service, now they squeeze you for every dollar they can.

I've been going on and off for their for over a decade since I bought my car there many years ago, and that was an ok experience. The service people used to be good and honest, however the last time I was there I came asking for some specific maintenance requests and they found another $400 worth of stuff to fix. In the end, I decided to only fix 1 of out 3 new things they wanted me to fix, and the service consultant was visibly annoyed by my choice. He changed his story on how much things were going to cost; and even though I argued what he said didn't make sense (and he agreed in the end), they still charged me for more than we agreed. I noticed it when I got home, and they made it very inconvenient for me to get my money back. I did a week later.

Moral of the story - always check your bill; and don't take any slack from these guys. Everyone here is a salesman. Even in the service people. Never going there again; and you shouldn't either.

I bought a new Mazda years ago and it was a good car. When I picked up the Mazda, they handed me the keys and said " Bye ". No, "Thank You", no explaining the features on the car. Just " See ya ".

Now that I've purchased a Honda, I see the difference in the service and personal attention given to me and my new Honda. I received a Thank You gift for purchasing the car. The car was detailed nicely. When the staff person explained all the features on the car, they noticed some road dust on the back, from the nearby street and asked if I wanted it to be taken back in to detailing to be cleaned up. I couldn't even see the dust she was talking about, so I said it was fine.

There is a genuine appreciation given to you when purchasing a car from Image Honda. I brought my Dad down, and he bought a used CRV and received the same quality in service.

I'm very happy with my car and especially with the smooth transaction made.

I don't purchase vehicles often because the experience is usually dreadful. My last vehicle was 17 years old and needed to be replaced. My daughter has driven Hondas for a while, and has always been very happy with them, so I decided to see what Image Honda had to offer. I was amazed from the first moment I stepped into the dealership. Ralph Di Gennaro gave us a warm welcome and immediately put us at ease with his congenial manner and obvious desire to help us fill our vehicle needs. He was aware of a vehicle that was going to become available and he said this vehicle might fill our requirements, was in excellent condition and he was sure Image Honda could find a way to fit it into our budget. When the vehicle arrived, Ralph was able to give us a detailed history and go over the Car Fax with us. There was no hassle, no pressure, no tension. The vehicle was low mileage and spotlessly clean. Before the test drive Ralph went into some of the design features of the Honda CRV, and I could tell he was proud of all the thought that had gone into its design features. After the test drive we knew it would be the perfect vehicle for us. We next met with Julie McHugh who lead us through the service guarantee that was already on the vehicle and helped us decide how to best take advantage of our options. We made arrangements to pick up our new vehicle the following week to give Image Honda time to make sure the vehicle was up to their very high standards. We met with Theresa when we went to pick up the vehicle. She got us through the paperwork in a matter of minutes and then walked us out to the car. She took the time to show us many of the details about the car and helped me set the seat and mirrors up to suit me. She showed me where to keep my wheel locks, how to use my Valet Key, where the fuse panel was under the hood, and many more details that would make my first drive safe and enjoyable. I've been driving the car for a couple of weeks now and i couldn't be happier. I will be going to Image Honda for vehicle service. Theresa took me around to meet the service people and I was impressed by all the thought that has gone into making their customers comfortable and confident in the Service Department's ability to do the job. I have never had this kind of experience at a Car Dealership before. I don't feel like a customer. I feel like a friend........and you know what....if it's not a Honda, it's just a car.

Today was my first visit at this location, and I am totally impressed with the customer service. I was being helped by Don and Billy.
Both of them were great. Billy helped us and gave us an excellent deal, I got what I wanted. I appreciate the friendly and at the same time professional environment. If anybody is looking for a Honda car, I would suggest that a visit at Image Honda is a MUST.

I have been to Sterling Honda as well, but definitely I saw the difference of environment. Image Honda meets your expectation.
