Bought car for my son who was moving out of province. The dealership professed to have the expertise to advise us on any issues we needed to take into account with the interprovincial purchase. Unfortunately their lack of advice cost my son an added $440 in sales tax when arriving in the new province. I wouldn’t normally expect a dealership to provide this advice but they offered and we trusted them. What’s worse is when I brought this to the the owner’s attention, he flat out refused to compensate my 22yr old son for this added expense. Honda makes a great product but there are many dealerships. I recommend you look for one with more integrity. I know I will.

We recently took possession of our new (to us), Honda CR-V at Brockville Honda. Our salesman, Nick Fortier is very knowledgeable about their product. This dealership saved me. I was stranded in Brockville due to my car breaking down in the middle of the highway. All the mechanics in the area were closed (Saturday) or didn't have parts to repair my car that day. I finally contacted this dealership and even though their service centers were closed, Peter (the GM in sales) was kind enough to take his time to troubleshoot my car remotely. Eventually even though I was not able to fully repair my car, it ran good enough to take the country road home.
So long story short, Peter at Brockville Honda is the MVP and I would recommend anyone to go visit that dealership.
I recently purchased a Honda Passport from Brockville Honda and was so happy with the entire experience - Dan and the rest of the team went above and beyond!
Having previously test drove the CRV, Dan knew I was interested in test driving the Passport, which wasn’t in stock at the time. He followed up the day it arrived on the lot and I test drove it the next day and took it home a few days later complete with additional accessories I purchased and winter tires. Dan was very thorough and reviewed all features and benefits with me upon pick up, which was appreciated as I had never owned a Honda.

I felt their genuine desire to help the customer, with no pressure. Even when I mentioned that I was looking at other cars, and that I just wanted to check the Civic, Dan's attitude, help, understanding and friendliness never changed. He genuinely wanted to help me, no matter what my final decision had been...that is invaluable! When I picked up the car, Dan, with patience, explained to me its most important functions.

We didn't end up buying a car here (we were looking for a bit of a unicorn) but I wish we could have. Nick was fantastic. We were looking for months before we finally had to go buy something else because we ran out of time but Nick stayed in touch the entire time. He kept checking in and even kept us updated on possible trade-ins that matched our criteria because he knew how fast used cars were selling and how difficult of a time we were having.
I really wish we could have given Nick our business.
My wife went in to pick up a part and we ended up buying a Fit. The entire team is excellent. Special thanks to Dan for all of his hard work to find us a rare car! We will definitely buy our next Honda here.

Oh my goodness, I can't even begin to explain how incredible the team is at Brockville Honda. I went in 3 1/2 weeks ago just to inquire about vehicles. Nick sat down with me and went through all my options for used, new (purchased), and new (leased). After discussing I realized leasing was my best bet as I'd like to upgrade to an SUV in a few years.
When I returned to do paperwork my boyfriend and I worked with Jay as Nick busy with another customer. He was incredibly knowledgeable of their products, and was happy to show me any vehicle I wanted to see + let us test drive.
After the paperwork was complete my communication was mostly with Lisa in the financing office. What an incredible woman! She's fun, has amazing customer service skills and is super organized. She was on top of everything to make sure I was ready for pick up yesterday.
Picking up the vehicle was an exciting day! (upgraded to a 2020 from a 2005). The team was equally as excited for me which made the pick up all that more fun. Nick spent about 30 minutes with us going over all the features of the car and making sure we had everything before we took off.
I have had poor experiences in the past trying to purchase a vehicle. Brockville Honda was like a clean slate. I plan to ALWAYS work with them whenever I am in need a new vehicle or any vehicle maintenance. Thanks so much guys for everything!!

Went to look at a Dodge Avenger which was listed as for sale on your site on July 22nd 2020! When I got there, no one came out to ask me if I needed assistance. I went inside the sales room to ask if I could take a closer look at the Avenger and some employee with tattoo's on her arm said "oh sorry, it actually sold last night" to which I replied, "Maybe you guys should put a sold sign in the window" to which she replied sarcastically "Well we are trying to be environmentally friendly." Are you guys kidding me? I WILL NEVER step foot on your lot again!
Just went in to ask for some service on a Honda UTV, before asking me any questions the first response was ‘No’. Then asked not sure when you need it. Frankly I don’t need it quickly, it could have stayed there until the only guy who can handle it came back. When the first response is No then I can find someone who does want the work. Won’t be going back to Brockville Honda for anything.

Got bait and switched by one of the salesman who insisted the car I wanted to buy was still available but after driving in from Ottawa 10 minutes after the dealership opened it had magically been sold. Then I wanted information about another vehicle on the lot and was told a salesman would be in contact with me but I've yet to have been reached out to, so I asked the original guy who bait and switched me about it and essentially got laughed at about my trade-in. Overall awful experience with this dealership, I would never consider purchasing a vehicle from them again.

Staff was the best when I put in my 2006 Acura for a simple oil change. I called ahead a few days to book an appointment after work and got it done in 40 minutes. They also checked all my fluids and tire pressure, even commented that my tires were in pretty good shape, which they should have since they were only 4 months old. No scams, no gimmicks, just an honest dealership. Can't say the same for Acura kingston, I couldn't even get them to pick up the phone.
1st visit to this dealer and the service department. Very impressed with personnel and how helpful they were. A comfortable feeling my new CR-V will bw serviced efficiently

I recently brought my Honda Accord in for a routine oil change. While there Laryssa Black came over while I was waiting and asked how the car and my Honda motorcycle were doing. This not the first time that she has gone out of her way to check on the vehicles and I am very impressed. She also remembers their history and is quick to seek corrective action if need be. I must also say that the rest of the staff at Brockville Honda are excellent too!!

I have only dealt with them for parts but they are always knowledgeable, They know the parts, they aren't afraid to ask other employees for a second opinion, they also haven't hesitated to tell me that I shouldn't need certain part and gave me advice which saved me hundreds of dollars.
The honda parts network is fantastic so they are almost always in on the next day which is great.

I have purchased a motorcycle, parts, and paid for service at the powerhouse right beside the auto dealership. They were always very good, also willing to help out in any way possible (including helping me thaw my bike when my throttle cable froze on the way to work!).
my little bike has served me well and they have helped it to do so!
