Shane Lee was absolutely fantastic.
Right from when we walked in it was a positive experience. He came to the door, greeted us, asked us what we were looking for. We really knew what we wanted but Shane's knowledge, professionalism and reassurance made us feel even more certain of our decision. The car we wanted was the Honda Civic Sport Hatchback. He showed us the vehicle, key features and overall left it to the car itself to have us hooked!
COVID-19 did prompt Honda to close their doors but despite that, Shane stayed in touch and contacted us as soon as they re-opened too! Which really added to the already established rapport and made us feel valued.
One of the most unexpected and most appreciated things he did during our business was provide a fair compensation for a previous "poor" experience I would say that I had with my original car and the service department. He cleared that right up and that was totally unexpected with the incredible response. Really made the customer care aspect shine.

Worst car buying experience ever. from the sales people fighting over who's customer I was to the car breaking down three km down the road after buying it. The 2016 Honda Civic has dangerous braking issues. Neither the Honda dealership nor Honda Canada would fix. Buying a car from this dealership cost me over $10,000 when I traded it in and bought a Toyota that was safe. After owning five Honda Civics since 1990 I will never ever buy another Honda product again because of the way I was treated buy Honda Canada and the dealership. Honda used to be a good product but the 2016 model and up are terrible. If you go on YouTube you can see just how many problems these cars have that Honda isn't coming good for.
I appreciated the customer service provided by Mr. Shane Lee. He showed great reliability, honesty in his statements and an exceptional patience during this period of COVID19 pandemic.
I have shopped in other Honda and Hyundai vehicle dealerships, and I was disappointed with the welcome by comments, at borderline inappropriate, from some customer service agents.
I would therefore recommend doing business with Shane from West City Honda from Belleville.

I built the car I wanted a million times online and decided it was time. I was greeted with warm hello and introduced to a very kind and understanding salesman, SHANE LEE. I explained my situation and was forward right from the start. He knew I was out of my comfort zone and was overwhelmed. He cared what I wanted in a car and let me guide him to what it was I had been building online. I wasn't ready to test drive as it was dark and I wanted to wait until daylight. With weather and schedules, he booked in 1 week later for a test drive. SHANE is patient and attentive with absolutely NO pressure, that made me feel at ease. I was not treated as a buying customer, I was treated as a family member. When I was thanked, it was sincere. I made an appointment for recall work. I mentioned that I'd wanted them to investigate an issue with exterior trim. They fixed it at no charge! I also mentioned that I wanted to purchase 4 screws for the license plate. They gave me new screws AND installed them at no charge.
Given the fact that the service staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, I can say that they completely exceeded my expectations during this visit.
I went to Belleville Honda looking to trade my gas guzzler for something reliable and fuel efficient. Shane was able to find me the perfect car to fit my budget and suited my needs....auto start, heated seats were a must, and it had to look pretty! Shane truly cares about his customers experience and will go out of his way to make sure his customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Went in on a Saturday morning without an appointment and they kindly fit me in and fixed my issue in less than 2 hours.

I was very impressed with the friendly staff at first.... I have a 3 year old Honda fit with all the extra warranties etc. Anyhow, it is rusting. When I asked about it I was told it wasn't covered under any of my warranties until it became a hole. I also have flaking oaint that should be covered under my recall but they told me it was a stone chip and not covered.
I have since gone to Kingston Honda who took pictures and made a couple phone calls and SURPRISE, it is covered under my warranty and the paint recall. It is going in shortly to be fixed. Kingston has earned my loyalty and I will be purchasing another Honda from them in a year. Thank you Kingston Honda!

They saved our trip! We were in the first hours of a road trip from Toronto to PEI when the shield at the front of the car became loose. Belleville Honda took such good care of us! Not only did they have us on our way again quickly, they even shuttled us to a lovely park for our picnic while they worked. Having just purchased a brand new CRV in November of 2017 we were relatively familiar with West City Honda. Shane Lee, however, is a new addition since our last purchase. And, I might add, a very good addition to West City Honda. Not only is he funny, but also very personable, knowledgeable, and very efficient in what he does. We were grateful that he had contacted us about the Honda incentive to be able to purchase another brand new CRV again so soon. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Denise - another new addition to your team. We love the idea of having someone specific to go over the vehicle and its functions , etc with you instead of the Salesman tying up his time when he could be doing what he does best, selling the vehicle! Buying a new car with a trade in is a pain and a haggle. Best you can expect is a fair deal and I got that at West City Honda Belleville. I was in the market for my first new car. Wasn't really sure as there were too many options within and outside of Honda as well. Posted an online query and got an immediate response from Ethan Boisvert after which there was no looking back. Ethan was able to carry out a very transparent & friendly communication through out. The best part is that I was informed and educated about each and every thing in detail thru e-mail as i was not able to take calls or walk in to the showroom due to work commitments. Regarding my experience in WestCity Honda was awesome. Mr. Ted who is really good person sold me a nice car according to my requirement. I was looking car which was good in mileage and Ted recommended me new Honda Civic 2016. When I took test drive it was awesome and I decided that I should buy this car. Ted help me out regarding all the financial stuff and after two days car was mine. I love Honda Civic 2016. And thank you all staff for helping me, specially Mr. Ted.
Little better than Kingston Honda. Friendly staff, but salesperson I dealt with seem to drag his feet in making a sale, didn't counter offer never made a real effort to contact me until it was sold by someone else. What happened to the days salespeople would do anything to sell you something regardless if new or used? or get in touch with you in the same day more than once? Bob is the one to talk to super awesome should've dealt with him.
Last summer I contacted Ethan Boisvert and asked him to be on the look out for a Honda Odyssey within a specific range for km's, price, year, etc. He was so great to work with because he did not pressure us at all, he only contacted us when he had something with exactly what we wanted, and he was willing to deal with us electronically. In my experience I found so many other people in sales (at other dealerships) were not willing to do business via email etc. because they wanted to get you in their office to pressure you. Ethan understands the time pressures people have these days and accommodated our needs.
Most importantly of all, Ethan was very up front and honest with us when it came to selecting and pricing a used Honda Odyssey.
I would recommend Ethan and I will deal with him again in the future.
