10/10 - Very Professional!! Being from out of town Chris and Tim were both very helpful and knowledgeable in making our buying experience nothing but pleasurable. We live 3 hours away and were able to do the majority of the dealing via email. Accommodated a Saturday delivery so we didn't need to book time off work.
Chris was very patient and helpful with all of my questions and requests. Being an Accountant, I very much into the details and had a question about pretty much every number and Chris was quick to reply.
This is the first buying experience where the red carpet was rolled out and car was under cover with a bow!! Nice touch that make the whole experience special.

I encountered impolite and incompetent employees, they do not want to answer questions on the phone, in small print they write about the inclusion of 1,000 dollars in a financial loan if the buyer takes a loan from them, for those who buy for cash it means that the price will be 1,000 more expensive, but they are silent about it until then, the question of payment does not arise. The manager said that it is possible to fix the price when selling a car to a buyer, and then they will include 15 percent of the cost in paying off the tax when buying a car from them. In fact, it only works when you sell your car to them (trade in). In the absence of semiconductors and the huge demand for used cars, the inflated popularity of Honda, employees take advantage of the situation and are interested only in those who do not ask many questions and are ready to pay exorbitant amounts for the quality that no one would have paid attention to a few years ago. When communicating with them, one feels that they are primarily interested in rich clients, and the rest are just losers for them.
Smooth experience buying our first new CRV from the gang at Miramichi Honda. We serviced our 09 CRV exclusively at this dealership throughout our ownership and recieved nothing but fantastic treatment from the Parts and Service Department, specifically from Luke and Emily who are the best at what they do! Its really hard to get vehicle for people who are on work permit (immigrants). Because this is the first thing they ( finance team) ask, 'if you are a permanent residence of canada or on work permit'. I had very poor Experience with finance team. However, sales team and manager were very Professional.
Do not take your vehicle here. I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours on appointments for repairs that were not repaired. I had to take them to court. Overall just a horrible experience. Do not make the same mistake!
