All what matters for Crown Dealership in Winnipeg is the sales not the customer satisfaction.
The higher level managers don't even bother themselves to reply to customers complaints.
I wanted to upgrade the base kilometers on my lease & will pay for this , they refused although I contacted the manufacturer and didn't mind.
I assume they want to get out as much as they can from me.
Thanks to Crown Toyota Winnipeg I have to park my car and not use it 8 months out of 12.

Had a horrible time and Brutal service. I’ll definitely make sure that no one that I know will go here and experience what I did. There was no confidentiality when it came to negotiation, other workers were interrupting my conversation with the sales person. We agreed on a deal and I got my money for the down deposit just to come find out That he did his calculations were wrong and told me that the deal is off with out offering any other vehicles or anything else. All they care about is getting paid and how it will benefit their pockets.

Service department over promises and under delivers. Also was quoted that I'd be charged for one hour of labor but they tried to charge for two. Luckily I remembered the quote and they changed my bill after I bought it up.

Brought my car in on a Tuesday for some work and was told it would take a day or two. Got a call on Thursday that said the technician was busy on high priority work and hadn't been able to work on my car yet, and that they'd need to keep my car over the weekend. Continued to get updates from the dealer that said they'd need two or three more days. This ended up turning into three weeks before my car was finished. I don't mind if my car takes three weeks to fix, but the dealer should be able to give more accurate timelines.

We were from out of province and the pictures on the internet didn't distinguish very well, so we thought we'd drive down and see for ourselves. Johnson met us at the door, and even though we explained to him that we would not be buying the vehicle, he was more than accommodating to show us what we wanted. After purchasing my used vehicle, I was told to return 4 days later to pick it up. This delay was supposed to allow the dealership time to safety and detail my vehicle.

When I returned four days later, it was apparent that the vehicle was not ready. After waiting two hours, I was told the vehicle had not yet been detailed. A sales person informed me that I could take the vehicle and return on another date for detailing. I didn’t have much choice but to accept, as I was dropped off at the dealership and needed to leave somehow.

I returned 2 days later to finally have my car detailed. I left it at the dealership and returned the next day. I don’t believe the car was detailed to a satisfactory standard. The interior was covered in crumbs and dog hair. Stains were still clearly visible and the previous owners info was still on the Bluetooth system.

Furthermore, I was under the assumption that somebody would orient me to the vehicle’s features, which was not provided.

Overall, I am highly disappointed with this experience at Crown Honda and would not recommend anyone go to this dealership.

Would rate lower If I could.

Everyone there is friendly, especially if you are buying a car. Will even give you a "discount" on an extended warranty. Needless to say that's the end of the "good" treatment.

I my bring my car in a few times for regular maintenance and complained of noises and issues. Was told it's fine and nothing to worry about. Then my car breaks down and I find out none of the issues I had asked about had been checked and on top of that the failure was due to rust so insurance won't cover it. Then comes Brad the service manager trying to fix the situation. He tells me he will bring it up with the insurance and sort things out.

Clearly he didnt or else I wouldn't be writing this. Instead he pawns it off on someone and they bungle up communication with insurance. After waiting for a response for weeks I phone my insurance to see what's happening. Apparently the dealership just didn't bother sending them information. So I tell the dealership to do something and finally I get the same response from insurance CLAIM DENIED.

Over a month of waiting and dealing with their bungling and they tell me the part rusted out in the 7months since my last time in. That doesn't seem plausible, but fine I say, at least give me a deal...they give me 17% off.

I ask my neighbour who has worked in the business how likely what they say is true. He tells me that it's super unlikely. At least no one was injured due to their incompetence.

...Glad to see they respond by telling you contact the gentleman who literally did nothing to help me in the first place

Citizen Truth

Rip off artists. I was charged $18 for 2 91506-S9A-003 plastic clips (fender fasteners) that can be bought on Amazon 10 for $11. I bought my civic brand new and I still get jacked like this.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. As a matter of fact, avoid Honda at all costs. They designed the cars to require technicians to replace things as simple as headlights.

Edit: to the owner, thank you for your reply but unless you're willing to rectify pricing across the board I'm not willing to sell my credibility for $19.

We recently purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring through Anil Sharma. We have previously purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring from this dealership and were completely satisfied with all aspects of our purchase and subsequent service to the vehicle.

We initially were trading in both of our Honda Odyssey's as we also owned a 2010 vehicle. Anil accomodated all of our questions concerning trade in, cost of new vehicle, and our various options including Honda financing if we wished, extended warranties, existing warranty on the new vehicle etc. These were later fully explained by Elvis Balkisson, Financial Services Manager who completed the details of our transaction professionally and seamlessly.

Anil was extremely knowledgable on all the new changes in the 2014 vs our 2010 and 2005 models and demonstrated them for us.
He enquired as to whom we had purchased our original Odyssey and in turn reunited us with Dave Zulak, now GM of the dealership.
Between them, we received some very nice returning customer perks on the new vehicle and felt very welcome. We also have had excellent service through the Service Manager, Kyle Stewart.

The 2014 Odyssey has tremendous electronic display capabilities and Anil arranged for, and later reviewed them with us after we had the vehicle for a short period of time, answering all of our questions.

In short, we were highly satisfied with all aspects of our experience with Anil and this dealership and look forward to future dealings.

im a huge Honda fan ever since, my 1st car was a 2007 civic coupe, then, my mom also bought a 2007 corolla, all deals made by andy chan, but my dream car was an accord, then, one day, I saw an accord for sale, the only problem is, its not white, but when I compare the black from the white, boy, that black was more slick and sportier, so I decided to trade my civic for a 2013 accord coupe.. this car is fast, if one of my friends were looking for car, new or used, i'll definitely recommend Winnipeg Honda and Andy Chan, Chris Bryk, and Michael Depeazer..
