Not much to say about the car. It’s Honda and we know their cars are reliable. So yeah, definitely a 5/5 stars.

First time at Crown Honda on McPhillips. Seems like a well run organization. I came in for a simple tire swap. Pros: cookie cutter Honda peace of mind, efficient and pleasant counter staff. They washed my car. Cons: and i am nit picking here... there is music blaring constantly from the showroom. Burning Down the House at 745am is not what anyone needs. They have a great customer waiting area with fireplace and TV...neither of which are turned on to enjoy or keep us entertained. I was not directed to a place to grab coffee like other Honda dealerships. Those things would have made my experience better. But overall i was very pleased with Crown Honda on McPhillips.

We recently picked up a used 2011 odyssey exl-nav and had the pleasure of having Andrew Jackson as our Product Advisor. Not only was Andrew friendly, 'funny' :), and attentive; when encountered with a question he didn't know the answer to, he ensured he found the correct (and accurate) answer for us. I appreciate him taking the extra time to get to the bottom of things, as opposed to assuming or making an 'educated guess'.
Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and smiling; which ties into the overall atmosphere - also there was always a cup of coffee available to drink.
