I always have great service when I visit the service department. I got my car from there a year ago and it’s a ford not a Honda but it doesn’t matter, they give me much better service than my ford dealership. Everyone is always friendly and polite and they get everything done as quick as possible. I have never had a bad experience!

I was there for an early servicing appointment and even though it was early and they were all busy everyone smiled and said hello/good morning. Had an appt at 11:30am. Drove up to the bay doors and immediately greeted by a rep. Drove my car into the service area and was met immediately by a service advisor. Excellent, unlike my previous experience where staff was too busy chatting with each other (3 of them). Huge difference in my experience this time around. Very satisfied.

I zipped in on a rainy Saturday morning with no appointment, as the van needed a type 1A service - oil change. I was able to go straight in, they discovered the van also needed a wheel alignment, which they asked permission to do. I gave them the go-ahead as long as it wouldn't take too long. They said it would talk an hour and a half and ... that's how long it took. I was amazed and pleased. They even brought my van to me so I didn't have to get wet walking out into the parking lot to get it.

I took my Honda Element in today to get the airbags fixed.. Service was 10/10... An employee came out to greet me literally as I was pulling into the lot. Great service. Professional and fast. Work area is modern and set up very well. Customer lounge had free newspaper, free wifi, free coffee. Charged what I was quoted.. Recommended other things I may need in the near future but certainly no pressure to do anything right away. Luckily for me it is very close to my gym (Steve Nash Fitness world) so by the time I finished my workout my van was ready.
Have been dealing with destination Honda for over one year and am very impressed with the way I have been treated specifically in the service department.

Perfect service! Peter helped me every step of the way from the moment I walked in, from finding the pre-owned vehicle that fit my needs, test driving it as much as I wanted, and of course giving me a great deal on the pricing as well. Absolutely fluid process all the way through, and felt very comfortable and welcomed during my visits with Peter and the financial department with Sabrina.

Beautiful new dealership - I was impressed by their express service experience. I was a bit hesitant at first as I usually go to Mr Lube for express service on my Toyota Corolla but I thought I’d try it out. Not only are they priced competitively but the experience was actually very smooth - friendly staff, no appointment needed, and I was in and out in 27 mins on their 30 min guarantee. It was actually better than Mr Lube!
I recently got my Honda civic serviced at Destination Honda and the service was amazing! I was greeted by Sam in the front and was immediately taken to Brandon. Brandon was really good at keeping me informed with my vehicle. He was not pushy with sales. He just recommended what was needed. The staff at Destination Honda were really friendly. I would recommend coming here for service. They also have a great coffee selection in the waiting room!
Booking and finding a service date with Sam was the easiest thing to do. I also told Sam that I needed a courtesy car and so he found me a date that works.
I came in right at 7:30am and immediately assisted by Sam and Brandon. They changed and replaced what was needed at the time and told me the services that will need to be done next.

Staffs are really nice. I cam in yesterday trying to sell my leased car and Ken was very helpful and efficient. Traded in a vehicle for a smaller used car here. I was greeted by Jack in sales and the Manager Russell. They offered a no haggle no stress no pressure experience. It was the easiest and smoothest experience I have ever had at a dealership. It shows the customer how much their business is valued, respected and appreciated when the manager offers to grab you a coffee while you are with sales and then sits down on the deal and patiently walks through it all with you. I felt my time was respected and they were very patient and let me make my own decisions without trying to oversell me.

Bad experience from the sales department.
I wanted to buy a car from a private seller. So, I asked their service department to inspect that car.
After it finished, while discussing with the seller regarding the price, one of their salespeople jumped in our conversation that it is a good price, if this guy didn't buy it, bring it to my manager. we will buy it. This is not fair or Professional when you trust them.
I met that guy two days before as a customer. Even that day he was very rude.
His reasoning was, I will buy your seller's car and sell you one of our car. Disgusting.
Although I talked to their manager, nothing happened from the salesperson, even a simple apology.
The organization at this location is customer oriented. The staff have been trained to focus on customer satisfaction. The waiting room has a pleasant setup, good quality coffee machine with decent coffee quality and options. You feel welcomed.

Recently came to Destination Honda for a maintenance on my s2000, the experience was awesome! Staff is friendly and helpful, environment was super clean and well ventilated. Everything was on point! The staff also knew the s2000 requires a specific oil filter, which they made sure was used while performing the maintenance. Price was reasonable and everything was done in 30 minutes! One of the best experiences I've had at a dealership, good job team Destination Honda! Keep it up =)

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ken, he was very straight forward and easy to deal with, went out of his way to get us a good deal on the car. Would recommend dealing with him. Only downside was that finance was very pushy with us trying to buy warranty, as a mechanic I had to tell her several times it was not necessary. Aside from that great place to buy from!

Jimmy was an excellent sales person in helping us secure our 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring. No other sales person and manager Jason in other dealerships came close to the level of support and getting the deal done for us better. My family absolutely loves our Odyssey and they made us feel special about securing the vehicle for us and leaving pleased is great. Jimmy was also very responsive and stayed behind after hours and on his off days just so that he can attend to us. After an ICBC write-off I was recommended to drop by Happy Honda to check out their vehicles. I ended up going to the dealership 5 times before I got everything wrapped up - the majority of these visits were strictly informational. Even though I was simply browsing or just asking questions, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Jerry was the salesperson who ended up helping me and has gone above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered thoroughly. He went as far as delivering the wheel locks that I forgot about to my workplace.
Chester, their finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. He gave me insight in to how the financing works in a clear and concise manner, all the while maintaining a very friend and patient demeanour.
