I zipped in on a rainy Saturday morning with no appointment, as the van needed a type 1A service - oil change. I was able to go straight in, they discovered the van also needed a wheel alignment, which they asked permission to do. I gave them the go-ahead as long as it wouldn't take too long. They said it would talk an hour and a half and ... that's how long it took. I was amazed and pleased. They even brought my van to me so I didn't have to get wet walking out into the parking lot to get it.

I was a bit hesitant at first as I usually go to Mr Lube for express service on my Toyota Corolla but I thought I’d try it out. It was the easiest and smoothest experience I have ever had at a dealership. Bad experience from the sales department.
I wanted to buy a car from a private seller. So, I asked their service department to inspect that car.
After it finished, while discussing with the seller regarding the price, one of their salespeople jumped in our conversation that it is a good price, if this guy didn't buy it, bring it to my manager. we will buy it. This is not fair or Professional when you trust them.
I met that guy two days before as a customer. Even that day he was very rude.
His reasoning was, I will buy your seller's car and sell you one of our car. Disgusting.
Although I talked to their manager, nothing happened from the salesperson, even a simple apology.

After an ICBC write-off I was recommended to drop by Happy Honda to check out their vehicles. I ended up going to the dealership 5 times before I got everything wrapped up - the majority of these visits were strictly informational. Even though I was simply browsing or just asking questions, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Jerry was the salesperson who ended up helping me and has gone above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered thoroughly. He went as far as delivering the wheel locks that I forgot about to my workplace.
