We purchased a new Honda CRV last week from Ken and wow what service! From the second we walked in the door he was literally running trying to find us an associate while he finished what he was doing, and immediately made us a priority once he was done his task. He got us an awesome price and made sure we were very comfortable through the whole process (they even gave us granola bars when we were waiting to meet with finance because it had been a long day). Delivery was great, the car looks fabulous and they took care of everything. Ken called to follow up a few days later to made sure we were happy and always answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend him and Go Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Brought my Honda civic in for a transmission flush and a 20 point inspection they were great to deal with very curious and very affordable. I dropped my vehicle off in the am and picked it up a couple hours later cars been great since I had the work done they didn't try and pressure me into getting anything done I didn't want.I recommend using Go Honda for service on your vehicle especially if you drive a Honda

I am changing 2 star to single star, because I didn't get reply for the reply mail on my first review. When I put 2 star the owner gave a reply, and I replied through email as they asked. But after that no communication. I am advising readers, according to my experience, the showroom teams are maximum trying to exclude the referral bonus when they making the paper work. I tried to claim the from first month of buying, and last month they declared from go auto, that there is no referral entered in the purchase time. I directly approached showroom, explained to one person, went for check inside. I waited there 2 hrs, no reply, I left after the service, no phone call yet now. I am feeling myself bad about the 1 star but...

I bought my civic from Go Honda West Edmonton in 2017. Since buying it, I have continually used them for service, regular oil changes, and body work. Not once have I ever been disappointed in their work. The staff is always extremely knowledgeable and friendly, especially in the service department! They go above and beyond to make the customer experience a great one. They have even gone as far as a quick vacuum and exterior wash with just a simple oil change. They thoroughly explain what's going on with your vehicle in language you understand if you're not a mechanic. I have repeatedly seen the same, regular staff each time I come which is always nice, usually that says a lot about the company. I highly recommend Go Honda West Edmonton for their high quality customer service and work!

A week minimum for an appointment, if you can do a weekday, and minimum half day but really only book full days for the appointment to change tires that have their own rims. I bought a new Pilot here over the last two days. The sales experience was good, typical car buying experience, however after we signed is when things went downhill. I went from feeling like a king to a pile of dirt.
We were offered a loaner while they set up the new car, no problem. I took nearly 20 minutes to be told they needed to fill the loaner up with gas. another 20 minutes later I was told that one wasn't available, so they were giving me a different loaner. Got into it and it was a piece of cr@p. The rear view mirror fell down every time we hit a bump, and it was too small to fit my family.
I returned back 5 minutes later and told them this wouldn't work. They switched me to first car they were going to give me, which smelled like smoke and perfume, and had the same empty tank of gas.

I came to the dealership on Wednesday to test drive a vehicle I saw online. My salesman was good (high pressure but expected of a car salesman), I don’t have any issues with him. My issue is with everyone else I’ve had to deal with. Between being at the dealership for 2.5 hours because first I had to meet the sales manager (who took forever to come by) to then waiting to see if I was approved for financing (which I made sure was not a sign of a commitment to purchase as I hadn’t made up my mind whether or not to buy). Since leaving I have had 10 phone calls from various different staff at the dealership. And a text conversation. I have politely declined to purchase the vehicle to both my salesman and someone else, yet I’m still getting called. The last guy who called I was less than polite as I explained that I had already declined to make a purchase to two other staff already. He seems to think that since I initiated the test drive that they’re entitled to keep calling me. I guarantee I will never set foot on this property again because of this experience. The next phone call I get from this dealership I will be contacting police for harassment.

Basically everything is great until you find a better deal elsewhere, good luck trying to get your $500 deposit back. I was told they lost my credit card information somewhere - how safe and secure. Also you’ll typically find the ladies smoking outside the entry way despite the no smoking sign so that is also very nice. only reason I’d come back here is to deal with my salesperson Sam. He was a great help and kept me informed!

We bought a car from here. In 3 days we dealt with 4 sales people. I would say that they were good people. But the shocking thing was that we had a question after we purchased the vehicle considering we didn't even leave the lot. We came back and ask Gino (sales manager) that if he can answer a question. He said give me 2 sec. He moved some tires around. After that he came out of his office with someone and said give me 2 min I just need to look at the car. Guess what he left the lot with the truck. We came in and Brandy approached us and asked us if we needed help? We said that we have a question about the car we just bought. She replied so you bought it already. I said yes. She ignored and asked next guy same question. I have never seen a horrible sales person like her. So my recommendation is if you like the car online and want to pay 500 dollar extra for something you won't need, go see them.

Salesmen was nice, but In the end of things we were a little disappointed with deception in all the hidden fees.
There were a few charges like transfer of registration and adding a name to the registration that were not explained to us and then just told that it would be deducted from our deposit that we put down in good faith that we were getting vehicle, as if it was no big deal.
When the transaction is already done what else is the customer to do but pay for it.
In the future please advise all your customers about this so it a surprise. You would more than likely have returning customers for your honesty.
Overall we are happy with our purchase and are loyal to Honda as it’s never let us down over the years we’ve owned one.

I am disappointed to see the new oil change service switch to "drive in". I made an appointment at 3pm. The service lady was nice on the phone and told me the prices didn't change much. It used to be around 85 dollars for synthetic oil. I came ten minutes early and they beckoned me in. It was around 430 by the time I drove away! They say your car will be in for around an hour. It was almost in there for 1.5 hours for an oil change. Your boxes that charge your phone, because mine died in that time, do not work. The bill was around 110 dollars., a significant change. This is about the same as a drive thru oil change business. My time is valuable, and I don't have time to just sit around this long, where it essentially takes 2 hours of my time for an oil change. We live in the age of fast service and quality. I did not receive this from your business. To your credit, your limited staff that you have left, are friendly and nice!

We bought a used car though them 6 weeks ago. The guy who sold it to us had outstanding customer service. Unfortunately the car we have has had nothing but problems. Just as the warranty ran out, problems starting arising. First the brakes, then the radiator as well as the power steering hoses. We took it for an inspection after purchase and that’s when we found out about the brakes. None of the issues were noted on the dealerships inspection. We were only expecting the one issue they told us. Now we have spent about $1000 and still going in repairs we were completely unaware about. I would expect this out of a shady dealership. To me this dealership is shady on their sales of used cars. I would not recommend buying one unless you have thousands to put away in repairs right out of the gate.

Our experience at Go Honda has been nothing but a pleasant one, which has a lot to do with our salesman. Jesse took the time to listen to our wants and needs. Fitted my husband perfectly with his CR-V XL-E, and me with my Civic Hatchback. He took his time to explain everything to us before we negotiated on a price, he was attentive, informative and very kind. He was communicating with us via text to inform us of the status on the purchases even on his day off. We will go back to Jesse in the future! My daughter is also in the market for a car and he is very calm and not trying to push a vehicle on her that she cannot afford. I purchased a Honda Accord from Go Honda. The first thing I noticed was that the salesman (Jude) was a no pressure guy, he was helpful and appeared to be more interested in helping me 'find the right car' than pushing me to 'buy' a car that evening. Jude knew about the numerous features of the different models, which was important in my being able to decide on the right car. I'd been to one other Honda dealership, and found the salesman to be less than sincere, so working with Jude was a pleasant surprise. The next evening I went to Go Honda to look a bit more. This time I was helped by Michael, who was covering for Jude. Michael, like Jude, was very helpful and not pushy at all. In fact, he was with me right up till closing time and not once did I feel pressured to 'hurry up'. I chose a car, and then went through all the paperwork with Nicole and Helen. Initially there was a small misunderstanding regarding the agreement I'd made with Michael and the used car manager, however Nicole and Helen quickly worked it out so everything ended up just fine. Later Jude showed me how to use all the options on the car, and when he was sure I understood everything, I was on my way. I got a great car at a very competitive price, and was treated respectfully be everyone I dealt with at the dealership. Thanks Go Honda :-)

We recently took delivery of a 2014 CRV. Our overall experience with this dealership was very positive. Our experience started in late May with our initial visit to the dealership for test drive and information gathering. The first salesperson we met was Annup who was very knowledgeable about this vehicle and understood what we were looking for. We liked the no pressure approach to the process and we felt very comfortable dealing with him, Unfortunately when we were ready to purchase the vehicle he was on vacation, however we were directed to Everett to facilitate the purchase. Everett was very helpful and patient in moving the deal forward. Kris in Finance was also very helpful in closing the deal as well. As we live in the NWT this process took place over the phone and through e-mails which did lead to some minor challenges versus being there in person. However the day we took delivery everything went really well. Everett picked us up from where were staying and took us to the dealership. He provided an excellent orientation of the vehicle. Kris did a great job closing the deal and arranged for after sales service as a rain check the following week. While this work was being done Everett arranged a courtesy vehicle for us to use that day. We really appreciated this value add service. We again had to access their service a few weeks later and we ran into Annup and we were surprised he remembered us almost 3 months after our initial visit. The minor service experience was great as well.

Our overall our experience was very positive and we would recommend this dealership.
