I usually go to Bolton GM for repairs that needs to be done by the dealer on my Chevy Tahoe LTZ, I am very pleased with quality of the work and specially with their customer service. My service advisor "Connie" is very friendly and knowledgeable.
She always makes sure my visit to GM Bolton is a great experience when it comes to customer service.

I would like to express much appreciation to Taylor for his very thoughtful service this afternoon.

Probably same as many of the rest we have been working from home and we often only use one of the cars easier for us to access. I realized that my GMC Denali Terrain ran out of battery since we haven't used the car for a while. Since it is parked in the garage, it wasn't easier for us to boost from other car via cable.

A simple email to borrow a longer wire cable turned into a welcoming phone call from Taylor and he offered to come over to our house and brought a booster battery for us. I totally didn't expect that!

I realized that we could have used GM road side assistance. Regardless Taylor didn't mind of driving all the way and helped us out directly.

It has been a while for me to receive such genuinely caring service.
Definitely we will have many more cars with them and encourage others to experience the difference with this local dealership on their own.

P.S: Actually I had to ask him to come twice since I accidently pressed the engine switch to turn off the car.. Don't forget to keep the car running at least 20-30 mins... ;)

The sales team is great, the process was very nice buying my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado… But the service team seems to be an entirely different set of people, the clear codes instead of fix the problem waiting for your warranty to expire, luckily I brought my truck to another shop and they found the problem within 30 minutes and ordered the new part which was under warranty still. I feel bad giving one star because the sales team really is amazing, but the rest is unacceptable. I will be passing this information on to General Motors, I get that they don’t make as much money with warrantees but what they don’t see as I’m repeatedly taking time out of my life to go in to try to fix the same problem over and over again, finally realizing that the problem was them. You can’t just clear engine codes and then call it a day.

HI CONNIE FROM SERVICE Who provided us with unprofessional and terrible customer support; i booked an appointment for my gmc 2500 HD to be fixed that has WARRANTY & FAILED to call nor MYSELF who this girl refuses to talk to me. You tried to beat around the bush - you didn't call us to tell us what was wrong you just called to tell us our total that was almost $900! Thats not how it works, you're suppose to call the customer & let them know. Its not about the money bc we have warranty but this is your 3rd "attempt" to try to tell us we don't have it when we have PROVEN it. Over all service was absolutely horrible from YOU. Your prices were ridiculous, you're not selling gold lady!

I made an appointment for 8 am and when I arrived they had no idea why I was there, you would think that they would at least know who there first appointment of the day was , just take a look at the schedule.
2.5 hr for oil change and filter . Rude Costumer service. They also left a mess in my clean engine bay , oil spilt all over the place . Honestly just wipe it down when your done how hard is that to do .
Over all this dealership is a joke, garbage service garbage workmanship I will never bring anything here again .

This is the best gm dealership. John T and his entire team are absolutely amazing, from the reception, to the service (Hi Connie and Wally!), and even the sales people, these guys are hard to beat. I had a bad experience at the Richmond Hill GM where I purchased my vehicle, but the Bolton team is all about customer service. They follow up with feedback surveys and I can tell you they listen. Iknow most of the staff on a first name basis and I've only been here approx. 5 or 6 times - Can you say that about your BMW dealership? I highly recommend for both purchase and service here!

I was having an issue with my air conditioning in my 2018 Equinox. I took my vehicle to the dealership I bought it from, they had to keep the vehicle over night as they didn't have time to look at it. The next day they told me there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning.

I decided to try another dealership and took my vehicle to Bolton GM. The mechanic (Mark) got in the vehicle and said right away he knew what the problem was as it was common in Equinoxes. He said he had to order the part to fix it. I did have to bring the vehicle back, but after the new part was installed the air conditioning is working perfectly.

Literally the worse service i ever experienced! The lady in the service department Connie was rude and condescending the moment i explained my problem! I made an appointment for 8am and when I called at 230 i was informed that my car hadn't been looked at yet and that someone would call me! I get a phone call at 4.10 saying my car needs to stay over night that she doesnt hear the noise i explained and didnt bother to look at the other problems I had told her about! What can I say? We bought a used vehicle from
SHANE MOULTON, there were a couple hiccups that were small and needed to be fixed.
Shane went out of his way to ensure that we had a car to use, dropped it off at my house then when the car was fixed he dropped it off at my wife’s work. He went above and beyond to impress his customer. I work in the service industry and know what customer service is all about and these guys and Shane can teach any business a lesson or 2

will say or promise literally anything to get your car in for service, yell at staff in front of you, not fix your damaged car that wobbles at 120 because "its illegal to drive that fast so we cant check", lie about warranty not covering something that has a technical service warning and give you this loaner when they wanna make it right .... would prefer to drive 45 minutes to another dealer and its free for me (company card) . disgusting service and rental car that was essentially an ash tray with food stuck to the steering wheel and ashes literally everywhere in the car. service writer lied about not having a cleaner loaner vehicle which was supposed to be a truck according to gm's own policy. awful service, incompetent staff. will never return
