Had a great experience at this location. I took advantage of the employee pricing last month and I'm very happy to be back in an F150, finally got myself a blue truck. Nathan my sales rep was awesome, he actually has people skills, not your stereotypical salesman. He kept me company waiting for all the paperwork to come through on a Saturday afternoon, when he could have easily left me in an office chasing another sale. I initially wasn't expecting to leave with the truck that day, but he made it happen. I would definitely recommend Knight Ford in Moose Jaw, ask for Nathan.

She took all my information and told me she'd get started on the file, a few days go by and haven't gotten back to me yet, so i thought I better text for an update, long story short, she ghosted me. She didn't ask about a down payment or if I was going to apply with a co-applicant. I honestly felt like I was scammed by a telemarketer. 🤣🤣 a simple text back would have been reassuring... it's going on 3 weeks (But I still have hope)

I happened to be going through Moose Jaw on a Sunday and was interested in trading my vehicle in, so I was told, without hesitation, to come on in anyway even though the dealership was closed that day. I was met by Lawton Wong and Don Butchko both, and spent the next three or so hours with them. I had my two year old daughter with me that day and I hardly even saw her as she was kept so entertained by the guys in there as I was doing business. My experience there that day was seamless and I couldn't be happier with my 'new-to-me' Ford Edge!!

Don Butchko was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought. I appreciated that he recommended me to take one of the three of the same vehicles, didn’t even show me the other two as he thought the one I wanted was the best choice. It turns out i absolutely love my new vehicle it was an excellent choice! It’s truly my dream vehicle( I was driving BMW’s for the last 8 years, so I was sad to transition vehicles at first).
Don was very friendly and personable, which helped making the experience much better than expected. I appreciated how Don did not pressure me like many car salesmen do, and left me time in between to think about things. Don took time to go over the car in detail, and always made time to show my boyfriend and I the vehicle at the ‘drop of a hat’. He even threw in a Lincoln mug at the end of the deal( it was my birthday on Halloween the day I picked up my vehicle).
I will mention I drove to the dealership for help finding the plug in on the car to keep it warm and couldn’t figure out the car starter. One of the twins in service helped me locate things in minutes. The service was much appreciated and it was prompt. My overall experience with Knight Ford was excellent, and I recommend it, as my experience was great!!

Yesterday I called the dealership to discuss wanting a new vehicle and what I was looking for. I talked to Lawton the Sales manager for what seemed like just a few minutes. Between Lawton and salesman Don they found a vehicle to match my wants and said it would be in today. And it was!!!! Mud guards were added last minute as I asked and by 330 I was on my way home with my new wheels. Where else can one get service like this these days. They went way above and beyond to meet my wants and it couldn’t have happened any quicker.

I was never a Ford fan until I test drove the 2013 Escape and compared it to similar vehicles from other manufacturers. From then on we were hooked on Ford.
Knight Ford has provided me and the family with great service, ranging from purchasing a new truck (pictures) and the service on both vehicles. Quick lane and the ford service department always communicate with you and I have never been surprised by anything when collecting my vehicles.
After downsizing to a single vehicle, we had to plan scheduled maintenance. Knight Ford made this a breeze with their courtesy pickup and drop off service.
The sales and finance/accounting teams made the purchase of the new truck easy. They had all the paperwork ready to go, knowing that we had a time crunch. It would be unfair to compare Knight Ford to other dealerships because we have not been to any, Knight Ford has not given us any reason too.
