Had my first oil change done on my vehicle and everything went great!! I just want to take a second and give a huge shout out to the y young lad that washed my truck you did an amazing job!! First of all I didn't expect to have my truck washed which was a very nice surprise to but the young man that who washed it he was the one that really shined! I was watching him wash it and he was doing a amazing job it was a pleasure to watch to someone take such pride in their job. This employee really made your dealership stand out above the rest!! Picked up a nail in one of my tires on the way home. I stopped in without an appointment, they took me in right away, fixed my tire, washed my vehicle and I was in my way in less than an hour. We just received our new 2020 Explorer ST last week. The family loves it!! We purchased this during the COVID restrictions so our buying journey was non traditional. Mike Alguire and his team walked us through vehicle specs, our trade in, financing, extended service plan options and everything we found relevant during our purchase via phone, email and the Ford website. Our connection to Mike and his team was still essential to building trust and make this deal. He's a real pro!! The vehicle itself continues to impress. This SUV accelerates, maneuvers and corners like a race car. It tows a trailer/ boat with ease off the line and while towing. All in all we rate our Explorer ST with FIVE STARS and the same goes for Mike and the team at Stauffer Motors.

The service and the team are always exemplary! I am always treated like I am the only customer they have. The work is always done with care, and nothing is ever done less than perfectly. I have worked with sales, billing, reception, parts, paint/body shop and service and they are all excellent! I wish all my service interactions were always the way I am treated at Stauffers.

I had a great experience with Stauffer Motors Service Department. Made my appointment via email. Dropped off my F150 the night before using their convenient key box. I received a call the next day that the work was completed and I picked up the truck. Everyone from the lady at the service desk to the mechanic in the service bay were very friendly and welcomed me with a smile. I highly recommend this dealership. And my Ford 150 is the best!
I've just started looking for a pickup. Checked out the new Ranger. When I inquired about the 'garageability' the salesperson said I could take the Ranger home and try it out for fit! Can you believe that? Incredible service. I will be back when it's time to purchase
The experience here was exceptional! Sheri van Raalte is an awesome salesperson who goes above and beyond to get the vehicle you want. She even threw in a few extras! She makes the experience fun! She introduced us to everyone from the owner, to parts, to service, and other sales people. The financing was made extremely easy with Darlene. We had one slight issue with the vehicle and I would not have even mention it, except to say that they fixed the issue and that speaks volumes, in that you can trust their word! I would highly recommend them to anyone, as this purchase the easiest and most pleasant that my husband and I have ever experienced in buying a vehicle!

We have been taking both of our Ford vehicles to this dealership for 4 years and yesterday were treated with such disrespect. The service manager, Dale's attitude towards us was appalling. It is concerning that the Service Manager and Warranty/Service Coordinator are not aware of what documentation is being handed out to the customers by the dealership. The General Manager condoned Dale's behaviour. It is very disappointing that a dealership finds it acceptable to treat customers in this manner. In the past we have always dealt with Larry and Ken and they were always great.

Top notch service!! Went in for and oil change and a diagnosis on a unusual noise. Turned out to be a quick fix. Oil change done noise addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Service advisor was really friendly and respectful. They washed it when done. Amazing service great staff and super clean dealership. Was address with a smile from all the staff while there.

Brought my F-150 there for them to see what the problem was. They were quick to respond and the price to have it fixed wasn't bad at all! I was really surprised but super happy with the results. Will definitely return if I have any problems in the future.

One word.... Awesome!! We bought a used 2016 Escape from them. The car (truck?) looked better than new when we picked it up! They make you feel like family, which is a rare feat in today's rush-filled world. We are from Kitchener and it's well worth the 45-50 minutes drive. Special thanks to Pete, Jenn and Steffanie. I don't have experience with the sales department, but I have brought my car in for service and body repairs. Both times the service has been excellent and the prices are reasonable. I had my 2014 mustang in for front quarter panel replacement and I am very pleased with the results.
I was never a Ford guy. Now I own 2 and couldn't be happier. My trade in wasn't as much as I would have liked as the car apparently depreciated by 44% in one year. That being said I am all about the service and being treated well. The staff are friendly, helpful and go to extra lengths to make your visit comfortable.
Excellent and friendly service always. The staff really does a great job of checking everything no matter why I come in. I've been driving my little focus for 10 years and still love it.

I believe one of Stauffer's main strengths are their employees dedication and work ethic. We have found them to be very fair and great to deal with. The customer service is nothing but the BEST!...You provide pick up of customer vehicle...a quick wash...and the service manager is always pleasant and will call to advise repairs that may need to be required at the time of appointment or make aware of repairs that can be made at the next appointment...All in all...service is top notch!!
