Heritage Ford will never get my business again. They are all nice and friendly until you have a problem. They certainly did not live up to their promise of "valuing their customers". I had a remote starter put in my F150 and I wanted to go through a Ford dealer to ensure I didn’t have any problems, which can sometimes happen with 3rd party parts. It took 3 return trips to install it. First attempt the antenna was missing from the box of parts so I left with only half the job done; second visit they had my truck all day on a Saturday to find out they couldn't get it to program; third visit I had to bring it in on a week-day because they only have one full time mechanic that knew how to do the programming. On this last visit my truck was there all day, AGAIN. When I picked up my truck after 5 pm, no one knew how to work it. Frustrating. Instructions would have been nice. The following day I sent a very professional email to the manager expressing how inconvenient this whole fascial was - no response. I sent a follow-up email and 2 days later I finally received a response from D’Arcy Potter. All he did was defend the shop and make excuses. This is a 4 hour job that took 3 visits/over 22 hours. Time is valuable in my life so not impressed. When I called him out on his excuses he came back yelling at me in an email and was totally defensive. I was shocked at his unprofessional reaction. Darcy is the Customer Relations Manager but he obviously needs training on how to deal with "dissatisfied" customers. All he needed to do was accept accountability for a poorly handled situation and maybe a free oil change. Good customer service goes a long way. What would they do if this was a major job that costs thousands of dollars and they were at fault - hmmmmm. I don’t care to find out which is why I’m never going back. I told them to take me out of their database and they keep calling me to remind me my truck is due for service. REALLY, they can’t even get that right !! Run away !

When I called for service they said they provide shuttle service in 10km radius. Also they dropped me home after I put vehicle for service. After few hours they called me and said vehicle is ready but they cant give me ride as they only do shuttle in 7 km radius.
And they did not provide shuttle for return.

This has got to be the best experience I've had at a Ford dealership. I went in for the multi-point inspection for my leased vehicle this morning. From start to finish, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. All staff I dealt with were professional, but not in an obsequious way. I felt it was genuine. All questions were answered without hesitation. Not only will I go back there, I've already started recommending them to my co-workers. I only gave them 5 stars because that's the maximum allowable.

DO NOT GO HERE!! One star and even that is overrated, to write this review I had to put something!!!
I dared to question why my brake pads were not replaced and when I called the service manager (to which I had to ask his name - again bad etiquette) to advise I got a second opinion and they in fact were below the safety line, he took the situation quite sorely. After a heated discussion he hung up on me. Classy!! Called head office and advised to take it back and discuss the situation. Again the conversation got heated. I challenged his behavior which I felt the etiquette was severely lacking. His overall come back and defense was to result in lying and telling me my 30 second conversation with a receptionist was apparently nasty. I challenged him again and asked him to bring the lady in as I would have apologized and guess what, he would not! He then told me that if I pursued it he would not be inspecting my car. Classy! I spoke to the lady in question on my way out and she was surprised that anything was said at all. Imagine that. Challenging I am, nasty I am not! I then spoke to the customer service manager about the situation, that was a joke in itself, lights on nobody at home kind of situation. I told him that I had been lied about and asked he investigate it. He put his head in his hands and said it would be in my best interest to not follow through with it. What does that mean?? Needless to say I will not be back. Overall the situation was of bad caliber! My strong suggestion is to go to East Court or Downtown Ford where customer service is met with class and manners!
I look forward to the argumentative dribble aka follow up comment!

I have never bought a car before, as my husband always did the purchasing. Because of circumstances, I had to do all the business myself, as he wasn’t available and we were in a rush for a newer vehicle. Right from the start, the staff at Heritage Ford made my job so much easier and took whatever time that was necessary to explain the whole process. Jim, our sales representative, was excellent and was so helpful, which was a big relief to me. Since the purchase, I have dealt with other staff members, and everyone has been terrific. Toni was very quick in arranging the appointment and ordering needed parts and the Technician Sean went above and beyond to educate me with the who/what/where/and why questions. After picking up the vehicle Sean stopped me on the way out to explain what he found and what he did to fix the vehicle which is always appreciated. So let me just start by saying although my star rating is low, I would probably return or recommend this dealership to friends or family, they're prices are amazing and are small and seem very simple and small-town. I am basing it on my experience and truly believe it was an isolated incident. First off, I purchased one of Ford's higher end vehicles, in the day of delivery the vehicle had an engine light on and had black spots like tar or something all over rear bumper and sides of car. They took car back into shop and we're unable to fix problem and said they needed an oxygen sensor and I needed to return in a week and they would fix it and detail the car taking the tar off as it needed to be buffed out. When I returned a week later, it was a Friday and my 50th birthday. I was told the appointment would take half a day, I had plans the rest of the day and the entire weekend and wanted my new car to drive. The service advisor new nothing about the detailing and when I pointed the areaa out to him he took his hand and rubbed the rear bumper area which was dirty with sand and road dirt causing scuffs and scratched in the clear coat! When I told him not to do that he said well it's going to body shop anyway ... Really!?! I received a basic rental and was on my way. I called dealership at 130 pm and they said they need the car till tomorrow. I went in Saturday morning 8 am and picked up my car ... They never fixed the new scratches in the bumper area in clear coat. Salesman said he was only able to fix what was his resposibility and that I would have to return again for the new scratches.

Great staff, very professional. They get the job done. The finance manager was amazing, she went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase of this new vehicle was a success. The sales representative was also someone that you could ask questions at anytime, and he made himself available. If he missed your call, whether before or after purchasing the vehicle; he would always us back when he had the chance. The other staff always greeted us with a smile and they made us feel welcomed. On a recent Sunday we had to take a day trip to Toronto from the Bruce Peninsula. After our very first stop our 2016 F150 would not start. Tried boosting it and no luck. CAA was called and they could not get it going. Since it was Sunday afternoon and no dealers open, that was one unplanned overnight stay. Contacted nearby Heritage Ford first thing Monday morning and explained our predicament. They were very accommodating and got us in pretty well right away. Called us back first thing in the afternoon and advised us that the air conditioner compressor had seized up. Not cheap. I was not completely surprised though because the heater was making sporadic noise recently but had remained undiagnosed by our local dealer. The parts were ordered and Heritage had us back on the road the next afternoon I found them friendly and accommodating and was completely satisfied with their service

I'm not sure how their sales side is but the service side is terrible. We've now reached out three times at least for winter tires over the course of a couple months. No one responds or follows up with the customer. Great time to be without winter tires, just two feet of snow overnight! Tell us you don't have stock, up sell to a different tire, but respond. Shame on us for trying three times.

Bad experience with this dealership(Heritage Ford-Scarborough). Friendly suggestion to stay away and don't give them your business .
Before you buy their cars they treat you like a superstar, once you seal the deal and get your car you are outta luck.
I bought a car on April 2021 and here is what happened:
1- The car was low on gas and they promised me to fill it up, that did not happen( I Filled it up next day $51)
2- I took the car later to reset the code for the keypad , I asked the service manager to cover my seat before they drive it in, he said that is a normal procedure, then I see the technician getting in my car and sat on my seat to take it inside the shop WITH OUT COVERING MY SEAT AND HIS CLTHES ARE DIRTY AND GREASY.
3- 3 months after driving the car I noticed it vibrates when I step on the breaks at a speed over 90 km/hr, I called the sales agent who sold me the car and he was not helpful at all in addressing my concern , the car is under extended warranty from Ford company, he didn't seem to care about the problem at all.
4- I wrote an e-mail about a week ago to the general manger of the dealership and no one responded to my email.
HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service
Will never deal with them again and absolutely will not be recommended

I recently went to Heritage Ford to get my truck diagnosed- they misdiagnosed it and charged me $141-i was also told that I needed to spend over $60₩ to get it repaired- they changed the parts but did not fix the problem (they changed the wrong parts) they realized thempart I needed was under warranty and still persisted in want6to charged for the parts they changed (that did not need changing ) I went back and asked to be reimbursed for the diagnostic since it was under warranty- I spoke with Tony Lane she was very nice - then the service manager ce outside and he refused to give me my money back - I asked to speak with the heritage Ford main manager and I was td that he was it - he was the biggest one there and then God- I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional human being in my life - I am in disbelief in how he treated me (his customer) I feel sorry for the owners of this dealership- I purchased 2 trucks from this dealership but would never ever again do so or recommend anyone use them because of this service manager and since they are so desperate for $141 I told him to keep it - I am in discussed of what occurred there today - it's shameful!

After a lot of consideration I decided to upgrade my truck make to a different brand and decided to go with Ford. I went to different Ford dealers around my area and Heritage was the most welcoming place where I met Eric (sales agent). The experience with him and his team was smooth, and they explained everything I inquired about. My 2021 F450 limited was factory order so I had to wait for some time, however Eric was off for some time but I was introduced to Steve. He went beyond what was expected and made sure my transaction went smooth and communicated with me every time I reached out. Heritage is the dealer if you decided to buy a Ford. Their staffs are friendly and trained. Most importantly they’re all about customer service and satisfaction. I’ll be going to this place in the future when I need to expand my fleet. Home of the Ford Mustang GT. except I didn't buy my 2019 Mustang EcoBoost here. I needed some Auto body repairs done on my car after committing a faux pas. I learned that the rear fenders on the Mustang are wider than the front when passing through construction sites with pylons all over the road.
But the body shop did a bang up job fixing my car and I am forever grateful for it. It looks like I never committed the dastardly deed. Thank you to Todd and the crew at Fix Auto repair shop for a job well done.

Bought a 2016 Transit 250, Plagued with recalls from day one, At the beginning service was ok, I returned the Vehicle with occurring problems , They hated seeing me coming, Vehicle was in there shop for 72 days at one period. They damaged the roof and denied they done so. Off and on after that totaled 100 days in there shop. Service manager was useless. I had to argue with every service trip I made to them. Last trip to the dealer (Heritage Ford) they lied to me. I am Finished with them.

My only complaint is that they replaced my battery in key fob at "no charge ", but when I checked my bill when I got home, I was charged for it...about 10xs what it would cost me to replace it.
I also saw that the bulk of work done was recall work, but I didn't receive any notice that there were any recalls to take the car in for.

I went to Heritage Ford after Donway Ford Lincoln demonstrated that no amount of second chances would help them get anything right.

Heritage Ford has been consistently great to me, doing only necessary repairs, arranging free rentals, and washing my car with every service.

I'm going to deduct a star because I'm not a big fan of the logo, and they may have put a 2mm scratch in some plastic in my car during a repair, but compared to Donway who consistently misplaced whole sections of my interior after repairs, that's minor to the point of being moot.

I have been a Heritage Ford Customer for over 30 years. There was a period of time when the service department was worse than Canadian Tire ( if that's possible ) and I found a private mechanic. I returned to Heritage Ford because of warranty work. The only person I trust at Heritage Ford is "Toni". She has always been available and honest etc. To be fair I don't know the other staff, so I can't comment with any accuracy.
My last two service appointments were very good, so based on that I give them a 5. My daughter was recently there and she had transmission service and it seems to have gone very well.

This is a great dealership. My family has been buying vehicles from these guys for over 40 years! They always have all the BEST Ford vehicles on site including the Shelby Gt 500's, Mustangs, F-150's and The Raptor! The Sales Staff are very friendly and knowledeable. They always exceed our expectations when it comes down to price. The Service Department are very capable and always get the job done on time. They also won't nickel and dime you to death and even give you a ride wherever you need to go while your vehicle is in the shop. Even though they are a small family owned dealership they give BIG Dealership Value to their customers. That is why my whole family buys from Heritage Ford for 3 generations now!
