I took my vehicle to have them change my oils etc, and the numb skull who works on it didn’t reassemble the engine covering causing the thing to fall in the road, I had to band it up and return for them to fix it.
It’s could have been a disaster if Someone hadn’t pointed it out in time, this is a gross negligence and unprofessional service, please check your vehicles before you leave or soon after.😡😡

I recently had the pleasure of working with Summit Ford this summer. I was in a bit of a pickle when Covid hit and although I do not drive a ford, they worked with me and helped me find the solutions I needed. Everyone there was so kind and went above and beyond for me. For that I would absolutely recommend this dealership and I really hope I can work with them in the future.

Side note: I was also able to have my car detailed while it was there and I HAVE NEVER seen my car that clean. It smelt and looked brand new! All the work I had done was great!!

Ive helped family and friends purchase over 8 cars here. Once the sale is done never come back. Be sure to have Joe has your sales manager, be sincere with him and he will definitely help you.

That being said why the one start.

They will rip you off with service, pressure you to do things not part of standard service. They once forced a transfer case oil change, once it was drained they didnt fill it with oil, the explorer had less than 30,000 kms and it broke up on queen and the 410, metal was everywhere.

Parts is the worst run department with a grumpy older employee that will not help one bit. I know of mechanics that wont work with this dealership because of his ignorance.

Dealt with Adam from the parts department and had a terrible experience. I sent my to girlfriend to order and pick up a part from this dealership for her car. I gave her the name of the part in writing with the model number and vin of the vehicle. When she got to front desk Adam kept saying that he had no idea what she wanted and that her car doesn't have that part. She provided him the information I gave her along with the vin and he was still unable to help her.

I had to take time out of my day to go in person. When I got to the dealership Adam was at the desk again, somehow I didn't even need to finish saying what I wanted and he already knew. He lied and said that she had asked for a different part when she even provided him in writing the same exact part that I asked for. He didn't need the model or even the vin this time. His attitude needs some work if he's going to be dealing with paying customers.

If this is the type of people they employ here I suggest that customers go elsewhere. The only reason I had come to dealership was because it was the only one in the area that had the part I wanted in stock.

I would have gladly driven farther for a better experience. I won't be spending any money here in the future. Good luck.

Had scheduled appointment for the oil change on Saturday. After they released my car, the system showed that they pumped my tires pressure even I have NEVER asked for it. Before they touched them with their "professional" hands, psi was 34 as advised by ford manufacture, when I received the car it was showing that my tires are 46,42,44,40 psi - each different pressure!!
They haven't got any clear answer why they touched pressure at all, they didn't have any answer why the pressure is so high - all i got is mumbling service guy with piercing in his nose that the car system is not accurate and saying its okay to drive. When i made him to fix it he tried to do it with a big attitude on his face, not apologizing and in the end of it all he still didnt do a proper job to make the pressure as needed to be.

If they cant do such a small job and cant track what and why their doing with a car, then there is nothing to expect when it comes to some bigger service issue.

Be careful for their stuff.. most of them looking way for cheating and charging money for nothing. Don't sign the papers without checking all the significant items in paper.. I found more than 20K extra charge in their lease paperwork. Also, if you asking Full Synthetic Oil and paying for it.. they took to car back in service and using the cheap oil. I have record about their services and report to Ford already, but somehow their manager had contact with Ford and disappeared the complaint. The stuff working on, swearing customers and manager asking you to ignore them... that is the service they do, and still alive.. not worth it. I disappointed to work with them.

I was there last week and the Customer service is really bad at the repair side. There was a associate told me that everything will be done and that didn’t have to worry, boy was I in first a surprise, I specifically told the associate to do an oil change along with my outstanding recalls that were being done but no oil change was done and one recall is still outstanding regarding lock latches I’m totally dissatisfied I even left my truck for the night and it was a waste of my day. I don’t recommend this Dealrship for service or repairs at all take your business elsewhere if you want to go home happy.

Absolutely would recommend this Dealership. I was in a real jam, and Solena was amazing from beginning to end. Taking the time to explain everything and better yet, she was 100% honest with me about the car I was purchasing. I traveled from Barrie, and so many other dealerships wasted my time by lying about the exterior condition of the cars they were selling. Solena even took the time to personally go out and take pictures of the vehicle and honest about what was fixable and what was not on the body. When I arrived to see the car, it was exactly the way she said it was. Honesty in car dealerships is hard to find these days. It was a pleasure doing business with Summit Ford.

I took my Ford Explorer in for a recall. Got a phone call a couple hours later to go and pick up the car because the mechanic inspected the car and "yes, the part does have to be replaced." What do you mean??!! You didn't replace the part?? IT'S A RECALL! it has to be replaced regardless of condition. Service would not replace the part that day because they were too busy and I had to bring it in a week later. Going to Thonrncrest Ford now.

I use these guys any time I need a diagnosis for something more complicated than what I can handle on my own. Every time they have been spot on the first shot while local mechanics usually need to try fixing multiple things before finding a solution, if they ever do. The staff at this location is also very friendly, honest and straightforward to deal with. The only reason I give them 3 stars rather than 5 is because their pricing past the diagnosis is prohibitively high. Usually I'll get a diagnosis through them and then make the repair myself or get a local mechanic to if a hoist is needed.

So a month ago I posted a post about Brian Henry at summit... so I was told that if I took the post down he'd pay me! So I did and of course he keeps saying I didn't... I realized this is worth more the 4K plus the 1k he supposedly put on the 2017 explorer! Then he is threatening me and accusing me of an affair, just because I did not take him up on his offer! Lol, he would invite me for lunch and can't pay for it, text and call me to bring him coffee... I thought being nice to him and having a professional relationship was the goal, but he took my kindness for weakness!

He called me and asked me to borrow 4K because his wife was sending him to jail for child support, he drove to my job site 3 times looking for money, he went to my husband place of business and begged and cried like a dog that his wife will send him to jail and he will loose his job. My husband felt so sorry for him he took $900.00 out of his cash register and gave it to Brian! I sent him a few transfers and I still have the records! He met me at night at Dixie and 401, begging and crying he needs 4K and there's no one he can turn too! His own mother won't lend him, I should of took that as a sign! What mother won't help their son?!?!?

So I now know he will always have an excuse not to pay me! So when he actually is serious and be a man to pay his debts and stop robbing ppl.

I'm ashamed that ford is still having him after he clearly took 1k from me for a deposit on an explorer and he never gave it to ford! Shame on you summit for encouraging such behaviour!

I would like to thank Summit Ford for putting me into my new 2016 Ford 150. I love my new truck and really couldn't be happier!
I was looking at buying a used truck due to the fact that I went through a bankruptcy a couple of years ago. I was approved for a used truck by a bad credit car dealership. They found me a nice 2014 F150 for $34000.00. Kind of steep I thought!

Anyway, someone suggested that I try going to a Ford dealership to see if I would get approved for a new truck considering that I was just approved by Scotiabank for a $34000.00 used truck and a new truck was just a little more. I called Summit Ford and spoke with Adam.

Adam was pretty confident that they could help me get into a new truck. I went in to see him and he confirmed what I wanted...broke down the payments and took me in to see Summit's business manager Dan.

Dan sat with me and went through everything and told me he would get back to me with the decision from Ford Financing as to whether I was approved or not. I heard from Dan within two hours with my approval!

I put a healthy deposit $15000.00 down on my new truck in order to bring the payments to a level that I am comfortable with. But I am very happy to have been approved by Ford and am glad that I will be able to use this financing as a means to rebuild my credit.

I called another Ford dealership before dealing with Summit and, unfortunately, spoke with a young fellow on the phone who was less than enthusiastic. Adam was very reassuring and that's why I chose Summit. And Dan sealed the deal.!

Sometimes life can throw you a curve ball. For me, Summit helped me stay in the game.

I would like to thank Adam and Dan from Summit Ford for helping me into my new F150. I LOVE IT!
