Horrible sales experience with the staff including the Sales Manager Arush Gandhi, business manager Jazz Dhillon. After booking a Fusion at 0% interest, it dint get through and the same was conveyed to me after a couple of days by the sales rep James which was fair as per their finance policy as I have a new credit in Canada. A week later this guy Arush calls me and asks me for the delivery date for the fusion to which I respond saying I think there is some confusion here and I have not been approved by the finance team. Arush on the top of his tone threatens me "you have to take the vehicle or else there would be legal litigation's against me". These were the exact words used by him. I advised him to speak to James (the sales rep) and get back to me. and Guess what, He stops calling me and when I call the dealership, he simply denies having called me and to top it all when I go and meet him to discuss the matter, he responds back with no eye contact and in a very rude and filthy language "who cares". what an absolute bizarre customer service. my sincere gratitude to the training team at Ford, especially this dealership. Arush doesn't even have the courtesy to talk to their customers in an acceptable way and the irony is that he is the sales manager here. Simply ridiculous!!

Went here after a bad experience at Eastcourt Ford. Arush the manager was great. I was in a rush to purchase a truck for a new contract and despite that, Arush and Sunny were able to get me the exact spec of truck within 3 days at an unbeatable deal. My insurance came in at last minute and still Sunny came from home and got my truck plated. That tells you alot about service. Great staff and management.

Wrong diagnostic for brake treatment. Dealership charged $621/- in advance for the ABS part order from 3rd party which was not required as later the brakes were working normal but Service rep advised it was non-refundable. Poor Quality control - The rear window Wiper blade was changed and it performed worse than the removed one. The service staff never bothered to check that the issue was in fact the Wiper arm and not the wiper blade.

Prices very competitive, even better then a lot of dealers, but watch out for the advertised specials. Usually only one and either sold or not there yet. Big dealer where you realize after sale you were just that. No follow-up from salesperson or management to see if your happy with the vehicle. Nothing like you'd get from smaller dealers.

I’ve never felt disgruntled but only confident with this decision, from the customer service to assurance of knowing my car is in great hands. I am pleased with my time with Meadowvale Ford. This review is for Gurneet in service. Wow is she ever a gem, Meadowvale Ford has a good one! I recently had an issue with my power tailgate on my 2023 F150, it wasn't an easy fix so the truck had to stay at the dealership for a few days. Even though I didn't have coverage for rentals, Gurneet went above and beyond to ensure I was taken car of. Not only did she get me in a rental, she had organized pick up and drop offs so I didn't miss a beat at work. She also was very communicative throughout the process, and even if it was bad news she always was upbeat and positive and made me feel at ease! I will only ever bring my truck to Meadowvale Ford for service and that's thanks to my experience with Gurneet! Thanks you.

Parts Service reception,when trying to ask questions in regards to vehicle updates on computer modules and other components in relation to ECU, PCU, etc , are totally indifferent to your needs and explanation of updates arent explained properly or at all. Also, to FORD CANADA in general, why arent owners notified of these types of updates, by phone, email, letter etc. I only found out by Facebook chat groups. Pretty unfortunate to have customers not know about them, but also the repairs that were accumulated due to possible fixes in these updates to said vehicles prior to not knowing, could have possibly been avoided. Stop thinking about profits and get back to treating your customers happy by making a positive change in your business practices as a whole

I was quoted $50 and I was charged approx $800. I was told it would take less than 30mins, but it took more than 6hrs I got in so much trouble at work I ended up not coming to.work and missing a full days of work. The guys broke the volt and hense to longer to remove I payed for the consequences of someone else's mistake. Thanks Ford! I feel extremely unappreciated!

My lease recently finished and I bought the vehicle. I had a service appt a few months before the lease was up and the service desk told me to expect a call for an inspection. The call never came, so I called the dealership. I was transferred to the leasing manager who told me the amount due. I asked twice, once verbally and once by email if anything else was needed, i.e. an inspection. I was told no. Then, I go to finalize the paperwork and am told I need a safety and to go to the service desk. I arrange for it, and get hit with a bill for $200 on top of the thousands I already paid to buy out my lease. I complained and was told to 'read my paperwork' and was spoken to like I was an idiot. There is no sense of customer service there. I will never buy another Ford after this.

This is a terrible Ford, I recommend you don't visit them for anything. I needed to safety a truck that had less than 30k on it, they said I needed to replace my pads and rotors for them to safety. It's disgusting for a business to lie with such conviction, to try to get $800 from me. After paying over $200 for the safety, I went down the road to a mechanic shop and an hr later had a safety done. Well it was an expensive lesson for them, I've purchased a $90k truck from another dealership that treated me very well. I'll do everything I can to direct people AWAY from this stealership, so far 2 people have been swayed away from buying vehicles there and another from servicing. One of my co-workers was looking for an f150 and I told him how I was treated...he went to another dealership to buy. Not the brightest business ppl running this place.

She was awesome in scheduling the visit recognizing I had to travel a little further to get there, was staying because we only have the one car and said she would get us out in an hour.

Seems this dealer wants to sell vehicles but does not wish to service them or perform the recall work. They did not use to be this way.

I recently went to Meadowvale Ford in search of upgrading my existing Ford vehicle. There, Brad Scott was the only sales representative who took the time to ask me whether he could be of assistance. He asked me what vehicle I was looking for, and began explaining to me some of my options (based on my budget). Brad took the time to listen to all of my concerns in a calm and professional manner. He then "ran the numbers", and found a Ford vehicle which met my budget - and which looked very fancy too! After a test drive of the vehicle, I was still rather skeptical about the finance-aspect of the (potential) new car - though Brad took it all in stride. He kindly gave me some time to check my finances, and weigh all of my options. Needless to say, that solely thanks to Brad's incredible gift of treating his customers with care, kindness, and respect (*like actual people*) did I purchase my new Ford vehicle from Meadowvale Ford that very day! Brad kept me updated about my new vehicle (while they installed winter tires, etc.) in a timely manner. The level of professionalism that I was given was superb! Worst customer care I have ever seen. Vehicle went in for an issue, part was replaced, less then a month later the same issue. Now they found some other part with a problem which was missed the first time. Unwilling to give a rental vehicle for the inconvenience of not having the vehicle all day plus half of the next day. Very disappointed in this, all they say is you don't have our warranty upgrade.

Meadowvale Service Dept and mechanics that serviced my truck today deserve 5 stars. My visit today was for an oil change and changing summer tires to winters.My family has purchased many cars from this dealership throughout the years and yes at times, I have experienced my fair share of feeling like the service after the purchase could of been better but today the service and treatment exceeded my expectations. Wendy was wonderful. She has a way of making you feel like your the best customer. The mechanics in the back took the time to package and label the wheel hub spacers and the wheel lug nuts instead of just putting them all in a bag. Making it easier to store and find come the spring. I walked away a very happy customer. Thank you everyone at Meadowvale Ford!
