I bought my F150 XLT from Brant County Ford last Oct and a few problems with starting but only once in awhile. They checked it over and found nothing. They contacted the ford motor company for help and couldn't get a solution to the trucks problem. They rented me a explorer for the weekend and worked on my truck. They went out of the way to help me and I was impressed on their customer service. The problem still exist but they are ready to help.
I had good service from them with my last car...Keep up the good customer service!!

Brought my fusion plug in hybrid in complaining of weather specific poor battery performance after certain driving conditions and engine vibration like noises that were also most common and worse in the same weather. I told them there is no problems outside this specific weather. They had the vehicle for two days during which some of this weather occurred in the early morning.

They received instructions from the hotline to gather some data from the battery. They gathered this data outside of the specific weather and without duplicating the driving conditions. They made no effort to get to the vehicle during the weather or address the noise what so ever.

The data they gathered outside the weather causing the issue shows no concerns (as I told them it likely would) so the conclusion from the hotline is that this is normal behaviour for the battery to perform poorly during cooler weather. The dealership made no effort to argue this point with the hotline or relay to them that the issue only occurs during very specific weather, did not occur in this way all winter, did not occur in cooler temps a week before and has gotten worse as the temps warmed up this spring. They simply told me to come pick it up and would not tell me anything they had found out or not until I did.

Edit: Claiming to have provided me with transport while the extended warranty I purchased actually provided the transport and using terms like "alleged" when you have performed many warranty covered repairs of this vehicle are exactly the type of thing that led me to making this review.

I also have the transcript of the tech and the hotlines interaction. No where is the sound or how specific the causing weather is mentioned. When the hotline said it was the cold and closed the contact no attempt was made to reconcile this with my preceding statement that there was no issue this winter or in the cooler weather a week before. Or any investigation as to why it did not behave the same this winter as the first winter in regards to this issue.

Edit: 6:55 this morning, 18c out, 13 to 10c warmer than when the issue occurred previously and exactly the same issue. Way to stand by your product ford.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience with them this past weekend! They kept my car all day Friday and offered to drive me home (I dont live anywhere near Brantford). When my car had to stay for 2 more days so they could fix it and get the parts to fix it, they gave me a rental (at their expense). The technician put in countless hours of work (atleast 18 hours on 3 separate occasions). The technician fixed each issue without brushing me off. He also assessed my entire vehicle for any more issues before giving it back to me. I have nothing negative to say about my experience.
