My vehicle appointment was scheduled at 8am and I waited 3 1/2 hours before getting my vehicle back. They didn't take it in until 9:45am. Ridiculous waiting around for my vehicle. They didn't even come to tell me what was going on with my vehicle. Lack of communication with this company. I wouldn't recommend this place to get vehicle repair. Why do they give you a appointment for and customer shows up on time and they don't take vehicle in until 9:45am. Now what was the purpose of getting a appointment if they are not going to take it in on time. They should've discounted my bill a little bit for the extra long wait. It seems everytime I go to this place to get vehicle service I am being treated like a no nothing. It seems like they put me on the back burner and not being kind to me. That is how I feel about this place.

Purchased my first truck and the service was excellent. Salesman was very professional and not pushy at all. Gave me an great deal on my trade.
My issue is not directly with Wood Motors Ford but Ford Motor Company that would not have advised me that the engine in my 2018 Escape had a history of cracked head which led to much reduced power, lower gas mileage for months and culminating in over a month of being in the shop. Wood Motor Ford did finally release the Escape, which I had to return the same day because of a malfunctioning oxygen sensor.
Leased a brand new Ford 150 in August 2020....the A/C broke two weeks later....after a couple trips back and forth to Wood Motors to attempt to fix it...I'm told the evaporator is cooked...it's the middle of OCTOBER...still no fix for my A/C...guess I'm lucky it's the fall weather and not JULY...I've made a complaint to Ford Canada ....that was a waste of time! Last update my evaporator is on order...can you imagine if the repair was something that stopped me from driving my "New truck"...I wonder if they would pay for my lease payment....bought lots of "new" Ford's...might be my last....Is there a lemon law in Canada?
I have bought many vehicles from Wood but since my last vehicle a 2019 Ford EcoSport, I experienced nothing but below average service from the dealer. Also as they promoting this vehicle as a great vehicle, I have to disagree and would say that it is the worst Ford product I have ever purchased. I also reviewed many of the comments and it odd that the owner only replies to the good ratings, avoiding the truth I guess.
Great experience at Wood Motors Ford. Chris, the finance manager is superb, above and beyond customer service and keeps you up to date on info. Front desk ladies are very helpful and friendly. Great sales staff, they care about their customer and business.

Took my gt350 for an oil change. Told them it wasn't a standard mustang . They said no problem. Waited over 2 hours for them to tell me they Drained the oil out and had none for it nor an oil filter. Had to overnight it from quebec. Had to get a rental car on my credit card. A prius!!! Should have given me at least a gt demo. With that kinda bull the oil change should have been free.

They proactively contacted me to have a safety recall (freezing door locks) taken care of. A convenient appointment time was made easily. When it was in I asked them to do the annual safety inspection. They found a little work that needed to be done and did it, at a reasonable cost.
These folks are VERY easy to work with and certainly know their stuff. I have complete confidence when taking my Ford for service there.

Recall for air bag replace on Ranger truck. Took recall notice to Wood motors and service desk gentleman took notice and said he would have to order replacement and let me know when it came in.
Received phone call a while later, set up appointment, and took truck in on the appointed date and time. From the time I arrived for service until the replacement was completed took all of 25 minutes.
All communication with Wood Motors staff was efficient, professional and courteous. As a first time customer I was extremely impressed with all aspects of their service.

Our salesperson Brad exceeded all of our expectations during our conversation to schedule a test drive ; our arrival at Wood Motors where the Mustang was prepared for our test drive ; was very helpful in explaining all of the features of the vehicle before and during our test drive ; during the price negotiations and follow-up a few days later.

Took my 2018 F150 in for body work. Got hit on right rear side wheel well. Flawless fix. Ensured the undercoat was replaced as well. The body guys here are top shelf. Don't bother with anyone else...the rest are all overpriced rip offs. Woods was 1/3 the price and super fast! Can't say enough good things about the collision team. Anna took care of the insurance end like a pro making the whole experience quite painless. They even detailed the interior before delivering it back to me! Thanks Wood Motors :)

Discovered a brake problem and was brought in same day. Brake service was done front rotors resurfaced and new pads. All is like brand New! My personal experience with Wood Motors Ford both in terms of sales and service (especially service) is TOTALLY 100% satisfactory (as in ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT). When I read these reviews it seems some other people have had bad experiences but all I can say honestly is that I am yet to find fault with anything in terms of how we have been dealt with so you can only go on your own experience right? Purely as a result of the outstanding service I would not hesitate to buy another new Ford from Wood Motors. Actually buying our new Ford F 150 back in 2013 was definitely one of THE best vehicle purchase experiences we have EVER had. A year or so later I purchased a brand new motorcycle (I won't name the brand) and the service was so lousy I nearly pulled out of the purchase. I ended up having to say to the m/c dealer "Do you actually WANT me to give my money to you OR NOT?". Wood Motors Ford WANT your business and will (in my estimation) work HARD to keep it.
