I would like to say Devon Day (Birchwood Ford) was very informative when talking about purchasing a new truck. She enlightened me on the dealership incentives and was more than willing to go the extra mile to provide me with the same options as a previous and less customer service based dealership. The trade value on my truck in comparison to what I was offered by another dealership was much more appealing from Birchwood. The customer service I received as soon as I walked into the dealership was was much more inviting than the previous dealerships I had visited, almost like I had known everyone there for years. I was treated like a long time business partner in a way. I would like to thank Birchwood Ford and Devon Day for the experience I had and look forward to doing business with them in the very near future.

I am a breast cancer survivor. I still have some treatments to do for the next while but I have finished chemo and radiation. In order for me to be able to get to work I needed a vehicle. Brenda is an amazing and wonderful and sweet lady who went above and beyond for me. I got an amazing deal on a new vehicle with a good warranty, good payment amount, and honestly I recommend everyone or anyone to go to her if having or getting a vehicle is an issue. Sales staff was friendly. We were shopping for a used vehicle. No strong arm old school tactics here. They didn't have what we came for, but did a quick check of incoming stick and said they would be in contact. No stalling or up sale tactics. Only 3 stars cause the service side of this Birchwood is horrible. Never had anything done in service that didn't have to come back for at least once.
A year ago when I bought my car everything was great you guys went above and beyond. but now I don't know I brought my car in to get some work done. The price did not match the quote I got as it was way more than expected. As this was shocking I phoned my dad so he could explain the bill to me. Also would like to add I had an appointment at 10 a.m. by 3 I still hadn't heard anything. Phoned and got no answers. I walked in at 4 to find out that my car had been ready. The work on it only took an hour and a half. At that point I received the email saying my car was ready. I would have appreciated if things were more explained to me better. Instead of being shocked. On the other hand everyone was nice but I'm just not impressed.

Service department leaves a lot to be desired. Game of pass the buck between service dept. and Ford of Canada. Mis-information, improperly repaired product. It's bad enough that the transmission on a vehicle with 52000 kms. has a transmission failure, between Birchwood Ford not expressing my concerns about the repairs and Ford not allowing the dealer to repair the product in such a way that it wouldn't fail again. Transmission had failures during their road test, and failed again after less than 200 kms. of driving. The answer from Birchwood and from Ford of Canada is to be okay with their poor repairs and when further failures happen, to be okay with the inconvenience of not having my vehicle with no courtesy cars offered. Poorly run operation from the dealership up to Ford of Canada. Last Ford I will ever buy.

I had great previous experience with Birchwood Ford. Though I didn't buy a Ford from there, the service was great and for 3 years I kept revisiting their service department for repairs under warranty during which I got a replacement vehicle.
Bruce was very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated his kindness and direction. I highly recommend doing business with him if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Excellent customer service at the desk, but always get a second opinion on the suggested work.
I got into the habit of taking my car here for oil changes while it was on warranty, and just continued that out of inertia. It was fine while the car was new, but now that the car is a few years old, I can't seem to go there without walking out with a quote of $1,000+ for recommended work.
The last time they noted that the rear arm bushings had fully separated and the rear shocks were seeping, and quoted over a thousand dollars for that and related work. It was a little surprising since the car was driving fine, so I declined the work and took it to another mechanic for a second opinion.
Within 10 minutes, the other mechanic informed me that there were no issues - the arms were totally intact and the shocks were fine. This is probably the third instance of Birchwood Ford recommending unnecessary work in the last year or so. Since I don't know that much about cars, I could see someone easily agreeing to pointless work - the customer service desk staff are friendly and accommodating, so it would be easy to take their word for it and just go with the quote, and end up poorer in the process.
It's also worth noting that they get weirdly aggressive if you give them a bad review on the survey they email to you after a service. When I gave them a poor review the previous time, I had a customer service person call and then later a manager; rather than try and solve the issue, they just wanted to explain why my opinion on the service was wrong, and wanted me to fill out a new survey. I declined to redo the survey.

Was in for an oil change with a Shelby GT350 I recently purchased out of province, after researching, Birchwood Ford is the only Authorized Ford dealer in the city to sell Shelby. Upon my arrival Gerri Lynn, was waiting for me at the door, Wow impressive, she was very knowledgeable of my car, very professional and friendly. Looked after my car and got my oil change done promptly and at a great price. Gerri Lynn keep up the great work, cause customer service is lacking everywhere today. Very pleasant experience. 💯

Went in looking for a part for a older Ford. Parts guys really had no idea what I was looking for then after a few minutes he basically gave up .Went back out to my truck and within 2 minutes i had found the OEM number and bought it from a aftermarket supplier. If I gotta look up my own parts I definitely don't need them to sell me a truck let alone work on it.
I got a very frustrating experience while buying my Ford Explorer at this dealership. It was in a chill morning of a Saturday, feels like-42. My wife and I saw the car and we liked it immediately. Everything went smooth until I sign up the papers and leave the shop. Couple days after I realized an huge scuff on the pumper ( I know I should checked it out before). And then I sent Salesman an email asking him for helping me, but he said the price was accordingly. Few days later I sent Finance Manager an email asking for copies of the papers that I signed with him. This have one month now, and I am still waiting for his answer.

Recently purchased my new 2018 F-350 super duty from BF, my salesperson was Jodi who was great very friendly and helpful without being pushy at all felt like she really wanted to make sure I was happy with the truck I decided on. I recently had to have some body work done on my 2014 Mustang. Birchwood provided me with a rental car at their expense for the two weeks that the repairs took. They updated me as to what was going on with the car and did a fantastic job of the repairs. You are in good hands with Birchwood.

I'm not ashamed to say it - size matters! One of the things I love about Birchwood Ford is that their shop is large enough that I never have to wait long to get in for service, and even though they're busy, I always feel like I'm the only one there.
I don't drive a Ford, but I've always had great experiences here, so I bring my car here happily. If you need something done sooner rather than later and appreciate great customer service, this is the place to go!
