Dropped my truck off, left it running as it was having trouble starting so they could immediately bring it in the shop.

Picked it up just after 5pm same day and the windshield is broken.

Boss called and said it didn't happen in their shop, wasn't their problem cause his tech said it was broken before he brought it in... But his front desk worker brought it in.

There was even little pcs of glass in the break like it just happened.

Won't take any accountability..... Chad,check your shop cameras

I bought a used car from them during the pandemic, around early 2021; I had it delivered to me from the dealership to Haida Gwaii and it arrived with a rusty nail embedded in one of the tires as well as vomit stains on the passenger floor. I wasn't able to test drive so I can't say whether the issues were there before or after it left the dealership. There was a funky smell and the tire would slowly leak so it took me a while to find the source of the problems. I guess its just a lesson for me to not trust car sales people in regards to used vehicles.

Terrace totem ford has been great to deal with however I live in a remote location and it is expensive to get my vehicle to Terrace my closest dealer.
Truck has been at this dealership on three separate occasions. they have not been able to diagnose the issues, The repairs performed have not resolved the issues. The 3 stars are for the quality of service treatment I get and would be 5 stars for service if they could in fact repair the truck.

Not sure if he was having a bad day but sales manger Brent picked up the phone when I called and immediately sounded annoyed and spoke with a rude tone. I asked how he was doing and common courtesy would be to ask back instead of asking where I live. Before I even told him the specific vehicle vehicle was available he told me “no that’s no available” after telling him I saw it online and just wanted to find out he unpleasantly asked me which vehicle before telling me it was sold. I have called many dealerships due to the shortage and even though no one has stock and the websites may reflect differently I’ve never been met with such a rude tone. The other dealerships made me felt welcome and open to doing business with them in the future, whereas Brent made me feel like I was wasting his time and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. I really hope he was having a bad day and doesn’t treat all his customers like this.

I took my vehicle here for a recall, and at the same time got a service package. Despite the extensive checklist that was provided not all the items were completed. Moreover, I was quoted $450 for a repair that was needed. I was able to get this done at Cal tire for just over $90.

Service department person was friendly and efficient. Left of service time reasonable. I have my winter tires removes and summers put back on during the service. The tires were nicely bagged but dirty hub caps were not and put on the back seat. I now have to clean my seat from the dirt and rust marks. Either put them on the floor or put them in a bag like the tire, all four would have fit in one bag.
