Last week we were camping at Link River when our trailer brakes failed and our truck brakes overheated on the Frigon Road. Although we had no appointment the staff of Applewood Ford mobilized to our aid. Wayne the service manager came out and trouble shot the issue, and gave us excellent advice. We are home safe and want to say that Applewood Ford went out of their way to be helpful and Wayne was obviously very knowledgeable. Thank you!
We were on vacation and had a small problem with our RV. Not only was the service manager able to fit us in very fast, found the problem and fixed it, it was done in a very fast, professional manner and with a smile.

This repair shop is really great! We needed our car fixed or we would miss our ferry to prince Rupert. They got the car fixed in a couple of hours and saved our vacation. The receptionist and lead mechanic were excellent. Thanks so much!
The service was fast, staff friendly, they even gave a wash to my vehicle. Only it was a bit pricey, the same service was available at another location for about $80 dollar less but l was in a rush, so still happy to get it done. Thanks for a good job.
Installed a lift kit in my 2016 Jeep and purchased bigger tires. Took a little longer than what they expected, but it was also a bit more comprehensive of a kit. They had me bring it in a couple weeks later and made sure everything was right and tight, free of charge.
They did a great job and I'm happy with the outcome.
Worst experience ever. Would highly not recommend this place. More then one reason why. The vehicle I traded for was supposed to be brand new and came with almost 3 thousand kilometers. Sold something didn't want but they said would give a killer deal if traded both in. So did and did not get close to what they promised. Say anything to get the sale then after that no more I will do what I can. That game is all over with once they get the sale. Will never go back nor will ever recommend their services to anyone
They booked me in at the last minute and had me done in no time. Great customer service, good recommendations on future repairs. They would have got ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but they did lose my invoice. They did email it to me the next day.
We traded in our vehicle for another. We got a fair trade and a very nice Toyota Camry. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall, we had a positive experience and are purchasing rims and tires for another vehicle we own.

I checked out applewood Ford after a friend told me about her experience there, and i'm glad I did. They were able to fix me up with some new winters and a fresh undercoating I asked em about after seeing some ads for them on Facebook or something. Normally I avoid dealerships, and especially social media ads, but when a friend has a good experience there then to me that seems like its a good place.
One of the employees there, I think her name might have been Bella or maybe Becky, definitely a B name, helped me quite a bit. This is one of the few, good, honest dealerships out there.
I blew out a tire in the summer on a long weekend and they were slammed. Everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful. When they couldn't get the tire for me in time, they called the competitors to help out. This is not your usual car dealership.
The place provides excellent personal and human service. I got a problem with my vehicle after the shop operating hours and the shop owner came down to the store and arranged a solution ... Ow Port Hardy such a nice people live there.
Not happy today 😕, no stars. They had my f150 from 8am until 3pm. Replaced rear brakes , first attempt to drive away , brakes were making a noise . Returned to the shop. Mechanic adjusted , drove again . Back again no parking brake! Adjusted some,We need to be adjusted more , soon. Trailer towing module was supposed to be replaced they order the wrong part. Means another trip to Applewood ford .
Let me tell you something. After 35 years of police work, many of those investigating serious stuff, I have a pretty good handle on human nature. And for the first time in my life around buying vehicles my experience with Port Hardy Applewood Ford was refreshing and restored my faith in people who make their living selling cars. Thanks in very large part to the good folks of the GWA'SALA-'NAKWAXDA'XW nations who are employed there. I was treated with respect and felt absolutely no attempt to pressure me, deceive me, or falsely represent who they are or what they do. A big thanks to sales and leasing consultant Scott Humchitt for the excellent work and the rest of the gang that made my experience a memorable one. I highly recommend this dealership and the good folks that work there.
A sincere and knowledgable representative took care of me the moment I stepped through the door, and they treated me as a dear customer. On short notice they were happy to schedule an appointment for me on a busy Saturday afternoon, so I could get my new car on the road. For a young man on a budget I couldnt have anticipated the amount of service I would get for such a reasonable price. I know I wont have to search any farther for pleasant customer service and hot coffee when I'm in difficult times.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and considerate. Nelson, who gave up hours of his time, went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get our car insured and on the road. His personable, and conversational nature was much appreciated as he navigated us through our dilemma.

I had multiple items stolen from my truck while getting warranty work done, which they forgot to hook up the turbos and lied about test driving the vehicle to make sure it was good to go. multiple items were stolen out of my truck, and they don't ever call you back unless you try to spend money there. horrible communication if your having an issue.

If I could give more stars I would. The salesman Scott was super amazing and on top of things. Finance manager adam went out of his way to find me something that not only suited my needs but exceeded them! With a fair credit and some negative equity tthey still managed to get me into a fully loaded suv with less than 80000km on it. The vehicle is absolute beast and not a single thing wrong on it. Super happy I used these guys! These guys are the definition of "it's all good at applewood"
