It took their service department 7 days to get to my vehicle. Then they tried to charge me for 3 hours of diagnostics when theyd only put in 1 hour. Funny how onboard diagnostics apps can notify the owner of greasy dealership tricks. Then only to have the service manager tell me im "splitting hairs" on a discrepancy of hundereds of dollars. Dishonesty has lost you my business.

Service staff is nice and bubbly. Their management seems to be money hungry with $180/h labour costs though. Went there to get my breaks and rotor plates changed and now my vehicle won't drive straight when I had 0 problems with that before. I'll be going back to complain about that.

Booked an appointment to have my Ford transits a/c fixed and to complete the recall.
Was told on the Thursday it be a few days for the recall, Friday the a/c was fixed costing over 400 to find out it was overcharged.
Ended up having the van stored in the zenders yard for two weeks as the recall deemed it unsafe to drive costing me 2 weeks worth of vehicle rentals.
I was told first the parts are ordered then after found out the wrong parts where ordered then excuses about how it's a new recall kit that permanently fixes the issue, so what they just put parts on that break again usually?
Then a few days before picking the van up found out it was broken into, I was given a card to contact the police and inform my insurance company.

I have been a Ford guy for 45 years. I have only owned Fords. My wife drives a Ford. My son drives a Ford. My grandson drives a Ford.
This will now change due to the way we were treated over the broken tail light assembly on our 2018 F150 and Ford Canada and Zender's unwillingness to replace said tail light. Most everyone agrees this was broken when it was installed at the factory (Except Ford Canada and Zender)- I wonder why? Hopefully it’s not the $3500.00 they said it would cost to replace.
My family now agrees that we should now purchase Dodge products.

What a fantastic service team! Had another dealer push me away with a concern I had ongoing with my car. Dedie at Zender Ford service took my concern seriously and went above and beyond to recommend I go for a ride along with a tech to recreate the concern so they knew exactly what to look for. I was looking for a pickup and told Jamie that I wanted an F150, but not the basic model and not white. Jamie then took it upon himself to search for a perfect vehicle. As it turned out, he found one in Westlock and it was Sandstone Grey. Jamie didn't have the foggiest idea what color that was. He brought it in and I got it sight unseen. I really like that truck and I think that it comes close to the best vehicle I've ever had. I've been driving for more than 50 years, so that gives you an idea as to how many vehicles I've had. I would recommend Jamie to anyone anytime. I've dropped in a few times after I got the F150 and Jamie is always there looking to resolve the issue. (By the way...the color is a medium brown)

The Service Manager at Zender restored my faith of the car industry. The Service Manager solved a problem for me today while my truck sprung a differential leak while I was out of town that I can’t stress how appreciative I am. He went beyond the call of duty. I've been in here for my last 3 new vehicle purchases and could not make a deal. In 2013 I ended up going to Denny Andrews for a much better deal. In 2016 I again went to Denny Andrews. This Year I ended up going to City Ford. I wish I was able to buy local, but why would you when you can drive 15 minutes down the road and save.
Horrible dealership. Right from purchase to service. The Salesmen are slimy and don’t give a rip after the fact. Good luck getting repairs done. I had an “inspection” done and they missed several obvious issues that any good Technician could see. Save yourself grief and stress by going elsewhere. If I could give no stars I would.
We are on our second car with Zender and Diane is the BEST. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to speak to her before making any decisions. She cares about her customers and it shows.
As well we had a detailed cleaning of our car for the first time today, with the car being 3ys old I wasn’t sure what to expect, the final result of the detail cleaning was amazing! The car looks like brand new. Definitely a service I will use again in the future.

i walked into the dealership with two friends, we were all looking to buy a new truck. the receptionist looked up at us, she did not smile or ask if we needed help or even say hello. We walked around the showroom for twenty minutes, having salesmen pass us by with out saying a word. The salesmen had no other customers to deal with. they sat alone in their office. They made no effort to earn our business so we left.
Took my 2008 mustang gt/cs in for recall work when I picked up my car I noticed a big scratch on the dash.When I mentioned it they said they would fix it they had someone come and heat the scratch up and melt the plastic now I have a big smooth spot on a textured dash looks worse than with the scratch.l talked to a manager and said it was unacceptable. the work was not done right and looks worse than with the scratch. he agreed with me and said they would take care of it.That was in August. he called me a few times and said he hasn't forgot and they were having trouble finding the right dash for that car.That was 6 months ago I went in on Feb 15 and talk to a service guy and I was told they forgot about me and the damage they did. UPDATE talked to the service manager Terry said they ate try ing to find one with no luck that was 3 weeks ago says he will get back to me but never does.I think they are trying to snowball me so now I'm thinking about going straight to Ford Canada and put in a complaint
Been using Zender for the last 4 years and great service. I've bought 2 trucks from Diane and she is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Even when there were some all issues after buying my last vehicle I was given a rental for a few days and she made sure everyone was taken care off free of charge. She will always check in how things are with the truck and we will be getting another vehicle from her this year. Also Rob in service has been a pleasure to deal with and I would love to have a guy like him at my dealership.
