Not good I was told that I didn't know what I wanted . When I told them what I was looking for they continued to push a new truck on me when I was in the market for a 2016 Ford F-150 with a XLT trim package on it with reasonable low milage . Vicky was the only on that got it right . She sent me a listing of just what I wanted . I never when for a test drive because things changed as for finances and I ignored all e-mails and phone calls so I wasn't going to be pushed into something that I din't want or couldn't afford at this time. My suggestion
be a lot better listener and I might of bought that blue 2016 XLT because that is just what I wanted. I did drive out of town for my newer truck.

Purchased a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium from Sherwood Ford just before Christmas. Their salesman Grant Shaw was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to find us just the car we wanted. Also their financial people were knowledgeable and easy to deal with compared to the bad experience we had with Sherwood Ford in 2013. Mike M one of their sales managers asked us to give them a second chance and we did and they came thru. Hope their service department can provide us with the excellent service we are used to.

Very friendly and easy company to deal with, moving from UK to Canada so not easy, but they made it easy and I ended up buying two brand new Ford vehicles, the F150 limited and the Ford Expedition Max Limited so both happy all round.
Salespersons were quick to make contact and did their best to answer any questions I had.

I brought my F150 Platinum in due to misfire in the spark plugs. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jean Ortiz who was probably the most honest person I’ve ever met at a car dealership. When it come to warranty and costs that may not be covered, he was brutally honest which I very much appreciated. He was able to put a rush on my truck and had it completely repaired in a very short time. Furthermore, during their Inspection , they found another issue (unbeknownst to me) and repaired it under the warranty. Was nice if them not to wait until the truck turned over 100,000km to tell me.
I will definitely use them anytime it comes to vehicle issues. 1000% recommended.

Best Ford dealership in town. Hands down. Facility was clean, new and updated. Atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and chill. There was never any pressure to do or decide anything. Brought my car into service yesterday because there was a recall on fuel tank deformation. Staff was really friendly and great, the next day I got a call from Steven my service advisor and he informed me when they test drove my car to make sure everything was good they noticed there was a shutter on acceleration and put in a new clutch and a complimentary inspection! Service was great really satisfied and happy thank you Sherwood Ford!

We recently purchased a new Expedition from Sherwood. Living in another province added some challenge during this time, but Nick (sales manager), Tyler (finance), and Omar (Delivery dude) were very accommodating, fair, and easy to work with, especially considering they are in the same situation as the rest of us. This is the first vehicle I've ever bought sight unseen and over the internet and it made me fairly nervous. Compared to previous vehicle purchases, this transaction was straightforward with nothing hidden. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid with no hidden, under the carpet BS. I would recommend Sherwood to others and would consider them again in the future.
Found a used vehicle that I was interested in online, got a call from Mark Adamson shortly thereafter. We made a trade deal over the phone and the process was great from there. Many people write reviews for the sake of writing reviews. I never write reviews. Today I am here to tell you about my experience at Sherwood Ford. I took my F150 in for an Oil Change. The Rental Company they used was closed so Zeno a gentleman that I have never met offered to put his plate on a Demo Truck. As he was doing that I thought I would see what was available for me to perhaps trade in my 2015 F150. When I tell you that somebody that I just met went above and beyond to help me make an informative decision without any pressure, without any hassle, without any harassment and with a genuine interest to ensure I got a fair deal THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. Zeno is genuinely what a sales person should strive to be in a very competitive market. I was in contact with him through text message talking about vehicles and options. 3 weeks later I picked up my new vehicle with the help from Zeno. 2017 Dodge Ram. My kids, wife and myself could not be happier. I had a horrible experience at City Ford but because of Zeno although I purchased a RAM I will not be going anywhere else but Sherwood Ford. Omar, my salesman, was super helpful and listened to my concerns about the used car I wanted to purchase. He offered the windshield and tires replaced before we even started negotiating. The negotiation process was the usual back and forth but way less stressful for me because he was easygoing...we even flipped a coin for the last $50. The dealership had a relaxed vibe and my husband was happy in their mini lounge watching the game and eating the complementary popcorn while I took care of paperwork. Omar also came in on his day off so I could pick the car up sooner. I definitely would recommend this dealership and Omar. Happy customer here!
I bought a Ford F-150 from Sherwood Ford a couple of years ago and was reminded about them by a friend that lives in the area. He asked whether I would recommend buying a car there. I had to say an emphatic no.
The sales staff were great, but they had told me ahead of time that I was getting their special financing %. That changed when I got into the financing office, after I had already gone half way through their process. Instead of 2.4% like they told me initially, I was only offered 5.1%. I still bought the truck, so their tactic worked. But I drove all the way up to Sherwood from Calgary based on this lie. I hadn't thought of it again until now and the truck has been sold, but it made me think that I should share with others that may be considering Sherwood Ford.
I think there are other Ford dealerships in the area that might be more trustworthy.
It was time to replace my 2011 mustang with a newer model. I reached out to Grant Shaw at Sherwood Ford for a test drive of the 2019 in the early fall. Grant was knowledgeable and professional. I told him that I was not ready to purchase until spring/summer of 2020. Later on in the fall of 2019 I sent Grant the options I wanted to for my new car so he knew when 2020 rolled around what I was looking for. Within days later he found a car for me with the exact options I was looking for (and more) in Western Canada. He worked with me to align this new car with my budget and we were able to come to a deal. The purchase was seamless from start to finish and I was very impressed with the excellent service and customer care that I received from Grant and the dealership. Reached out to Sherwood Ford after having frustrations with the dealership that i had previously been purchasing vehicles from. I have to say from start to finish they made the car buying process painless and comfortable. Lucas in Finance made sure that I was clear on my deal, gave me time to think about it and overall wanted to ensure that not only was i comfortable but also excited about my purchase. I can say that i am more clear on this purchase and any of my other 3 cars previously and left feeling confident on exactly what I was signing! After previous experiences im always on the look out for where a dealership is trying to take advantage of you and i can honestly say at no point in the process did i have to worry about this. We visited Sherwood Ford with no concrete plan to buy a new vehicle but wanted to check out a few trucks we'd seen on their website. A few hours later, the paperwork was signed and we were set to pick up our new Raptor the very next day. Omar from sales greeted us before we even stepped in the building and made the whole experience a positive one. We were visiting from out of town where this level of service is unheard of so we were very impressed. Robert in finance was so incredibly efficient at his job, and got us everything we wanted in the deal. We're very satisfied with our purchase and won't hesitate to return if we decide to purchase another Ford.

I arrived and waited till almost 730 and then door opened and I went in talked to Gerry a women in service. She was cold and rude and ruined my morning, To start my day after waiting longer than expected was not pleasant. I'm going to shop at different dealership for next car along with my family and friends because Gerry represents ford and made me feel unappreciated after buying 3 vehicles from ford I would think loyalty would get u appreciation but I guess not.

We have had a few dealing with Sherwood Ford - all good to date. We bought a 2006 amarillo from another ford dealership on the south side of edmonton (never go there again) The service at Sherwood Ford was amazing. They not only found the issue - they flagged it with the insurance company as the other dealership told us there was no issue and it was not covered under the extended warranty that we bought. All was taken care of with no issues. Then we had another issue with the truck a few years later. we were told it was under warranty and when we were towed to Sherwood Ford we found out it was not warranty - due to their error they honored the price we were quoted at the other shop. They fixed the problem promptly. I just bought a 2014 escape titanium from them and love it. I received a call back from the sales man a week after buying it asking if there was any questions I had that needed to be answered. I will definitely be letting my friends who are looking for a new vehicle who i was dealing with. Shout out to Coady Walsh - great job. and Thank you.
