Recently bought a car from Steve at Legacy Ponoka after visiting a variety of Ford dealers closer to Edmonton. Found Steve to be transparent, honest and reasonable. There was no run around or high pressure sales pushing nonsense. Steve listened to what we were looking for, presented the options and helped us get behind the wheel of our great new ride! Will definitly be back in the future!
Sales and financing get 5 stars but the service gets 1 so it brings the average down.
My car broke down around Rimbey so I had it towed to Ford in hopes of finding what was wrong with it and then either getting it fixed or trading it in for a new vehicle... I ended up paying $400 for changing the spark plugs and a diagnostic test that couldn't tell me anything before I changed the plugs... But the diagnostic was not run again once the spark plugs were changed... So I had to limp my car to a garage down the road to check it and do the repairs for me... And then Trevor or someone at the service desk told me he was "trying to work with me" and gave me 15% discount...
You can buy a Ford from this dealership without any problems and have a great experience... Just don't service it or have their front desk service team touch it or you wont leave with both your kidneys!!
Only after been through so many dealerships in Edmonton, I decided to drive to Ponoka. I realized an honest and sincere business does exist here. I was being way too careful thinking they would trick me to pay high markups on Bronco as they are currently in high demand. But they were clear and straight forward with their listed MSRP. I'm satisfied! Thank you Trevor for pick up and amazing customer service. This dealership is highly recommended

Recently purchased a vehicle at Legacy Ford with Steven and Meghan. Steven helped me with my inquiries and questions through text and was always quick with responding back. When we got our vehicle, he took the time to go through all the features and helped us settle in. We did not feel rushed when buying the vehicle and Steven was there every step of the way. Meghan in financing made sure that the financing side went through smoothly. She also took the time to explain what was included in the "all in price" or "out the door price" to make sure that there were no hidden fees.
We will for sure be using Legacy Ford Ponoka again for our next vehicle purchase.
Called in looking for info on a part. After 44 minutes on hold I finally hung up. Sales answered again saying no one was in. I asked for their message system as if I can’t get parts I’ll need to book my vehicle in and get it fixed. Time is of the essence. Only to be told they don’t have a messaging system! So I’m supposed to leave a message with a sales rep that may remember to pass on the note and wait for their call back!?? Not likely! Many other Dealerships are There and Willing to help. Very disappointed as I asked sales for pricing on a couple other vehicles that caught my eye as well that day. 5 days later they have not returned my call! Lots of others out there. This will not be a choice again ever.!!
We were very happy with the sales persons who found us a vehicle and who followed through with helping us understand and work with a new system. Always pleasant, went out of their way to help and find any answers to questions we had.

Took a vehicle for an engine rebuild after spun bearings. They seemed friendly at the time, recommending specific components and what motor rebuild I should choose, however after only 1 year and 17000 km the motor failed once again. Take your vehicle anywhere else for repairs and maintenance!! Based on this experience I will not be going back to this dealership for any new vehicle or repair in the future!

The team at Legacy Ford Ponoka made the purchase of my 2021 F150 the most enjoyable and informed purchase I have ever made from a dealership. 10/10 I will do many more business transactions with the legacy group. To me a service department makes a dealer ship and for some reason I don't like the service department. Always seem to want to work against you and just not friendly. When possible I go else where. Edit down to one star called to book a service when I was passing lacombe sat on hold for over 20 min pulled into parking lot and seen them just sitting talking to each other. department was empty.

Steven and the dealership was super accommodating when we were looking for a vehicle. We live out of town and Steven brought the vehicle to us for a test drive. He was very easy to communicate with both via phone call and text and was quick to respond to any questions or inquries.
Meghan in finance was also great! She was able to do everything over the phone/computer and get a quick and easy approval.
They also delivered the car right to my door.

Just purchased a 2020 Ford F-350 with the new "Godzilla" 7.3L gas engine from Legacy Ford and I couldn't be happier. This is the 5th vehicle i've purchased from them, all from Trevor Feragen. If you want to deal with someone that doesn't fit the typical "Car Salesman" stigma Trevor is the guy to see. Even though I buy my trucks at Legacy in Ponoka, I live near Edmonton so I go to another dealer to get my service done. They have been pretty good to me considering I didn't buy from them but I certainly notice a difference when I have the opportunity to take my vehicle to Ponoka for service. They are simply the best dealership i have ever dealt with. Thanks again for the great service!
I recently had some issues with my truck that made it not safe to drive. I was able to limp my truck to their parking lot but unfortunately they didn't have the part I needed. They gave me a ride to a dealership in Lacombe to pick up the part and then drove me back to my truck. They let me work on my truck in their lot and even had one of their service guys come help and lend some tools. Awesome experience and extremely friendly.

Recently bought a used vehicle from Ponoka Legacy Ford. Mark Sieben assisted in finding me a vehicle I was looking for and even brought the price down to accommodate my price range. I was very happy with the vehicle purchase.
Upon moving to BC and failing the vehicle inspection test, Mark and Ford Legacy were so kind as to replace the failed parts in order for the vehicle to pass. They were under no obligation to do this but showed their committment to their customers through their customer service. Friendly, courteous staff. I appreciated the free shuttle to and from downtown while my vehicle was being serviced. Work was completed as requested; and, the cost was less that expected.
