I currently have a 2018 F-150 that I leased through another dealer in town. My truck had mechanical issues and left me stranded. The dealership I got my truck from wouldn’t help me at all with my problems. Kat at Kentwood Ford was amazing, she took care of my problems right away. She got me an appointment same day and got me a loaner vehicle as well! No other dealer was able to get me a loaner or in this fast. The service at Kentwood Ford was fantastic. Kat made the whole experience go so smoothly. When my lease is up I will be going to see Kat to get a new f-150!
I traded in my Ford Lemon-2014 Fiesta for another brand new Ford Lemon 2018 Escape. I do not recommend buying from this dealership!
They say they check the vehicle when they come back from factory but not every nut and bolt. This is the second time I have had vehicle from them with a transmission issue.
First time was the clutch and now the transmission plugs were loose on the bottom and top of the transmission. Best response them come up with is, at least it has warranty.
How about selling reliable and safe vehicle like you promise, for once!!!
I went in after my 2014 escape transmission went, and started looking towards a brand new and that was the best service I have ever dealt with when buying a new suv. Joe helped me tremendously with getting the right numbers for me. The fiance department was amazing at working everything out so it was in my budget. I highly recommend going here if your wanting a new ford.

I see the sincere apology and HONESTY after all what they have done to my car. But I ended up very happy because finally all the dents on that side of my door will be fix for free.

I had a very satisfying experience here. This is the second time I was at Kentwood Ford. I have been looking at different Ford products and today I dealt with Kathleen. She was very understanding and listened to what I was looking for. She suggested a few vehicles and went for test drives. She never pressured me during the whole experience. We also dealt discussed with the finance department a few options. I have taken all this in and am thinking about what I will buy and Kathleen has answered any questions I've had over the phone.

I am always happy with the knowledgeable service staff. They understand that owning a vehicle can come with serious expenditures and they are never pushy when I say I can't really afford a repair right away. That being said, they know when something is serious and will let me know if it needs to be done right away to avoid larger issues in the short term.

I purchased a 2016 F150 Lariat 2 weeks ago for my wife. She loves the truck. Cris was a fantastic salesman and eliminated the "dance" of haggling and got me a fantastic deal.
