I can’t even begin to tell you what a great experience dealing with this dealership was, I talked to Joe about finding me a certain vehicle, him and his team went ABOVE and beyond to find it for me. I had another dealership that clearly was going to way overcharge me for the same vehicle, of course I didn’t know that until Joe and Jason went over the numbers with me.

When my vehicle got here Jason met me to go over everything, he set up everything on my vehicle and went and got me a new plate for it, he was so fantastic, I can’t explain how awesome he was to deal with.

Debbie is just beyond great, she was so quick and personable, I went on my lunch hour and had everything done so quickly and so pleasantly.

Brought my truck in for a fix on my block heater, got my truck back with a badly cracked grille. Spoke to service about this and they stated “it was from a rock and will not be able to cover this.” There is absolutely no indication of a rock chip, the crack is 3” long and no sign of impact. Have had my previous grilles cracked in the exact same spot by slamming the hood.
I asked for the photos that they take when the truck comes in and goes out and why they take them. They stated “it’s to verify that no damage was done while in the shop.” Conveniently, the area that is damaged was not shown in the photos. It has obviously been cropped down to exclude this as it is just slightly out of the photo but the opposite side has a clear photo. They later stated that “we don’t have much space so we couldn’t get that area.” But I was present when they took the photos and there was plenty of space to see the damaged spot.
Very shady, very dishonest and an absolutely awful dealership and service department.
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
Will be going to litigation for this and other damage that was done to my vehicle while in their care.

Absolutely awful experience, watch out for Michael the sales manager. Once you have agreed on the price with the "tax" included, he will take you into finance and have the official purchase agreement written up. Michael includes the "tax" into the negotiation, bolstering the vehicles price on paper. Once in finance they will write it up as "the price of the car" and they will actually tax that number, pulling a fast one on you. I know because they did this to me. It sucks I lost a few thousand bucks and it's a hard thing to prove, but this was my experience. PLEASE WATCH OUT AND PAY ATTENTION.

I've been here before and have had exceptional service. But this time went in to the quicklane to get 2 tires installed. What should have been a 20 minute job took more than 2 hours, making me late for a doctors appointment. After an hour and a half of waiting i asked the manager/supervisor how much longer it would be, his response was I'm not sure they're working on it. Without the least concern and without even checking on or asking the guys in the shop. I've never had such a neglectful experience in car service, once they were done more than 2 hours later he brings me the bill and charges me nearly double of what i paid the previous visit and far more than any other shop charges. I should have went to Canadian Tire or another shop. Next morning i notice i'm also missing a valve cap on one of the tires, nothing but inconvenience. Beware, service is dependant on which supervisor is present. I was going to come back to get more service done to the car but i don't think I'm going to risk it.

I’m sure Denny Andrews service department must be suffering from staffing issues due to COVID-19, but even before that they seem to have had problems answering the phone or returning messages. It’s almost as if they don’t want to have customers. It’s rather frustrating because Ford offers no rides or temporary vehicles, so if one has to go 30 or 60 km out of the way to another dealership, one is forced to sit for hours or take expensive cab trips. Yet another reason not to buy Ford.

Well normally it's great service but today I must of got lost in translation somewhere as I got quoted for a diagnostics of $151.00 and when I asked if I followed their recommendations for repairs or fixes would the cost of the diagnostics $151.00 come off the total? DENNY ANDREW's said no! Then when DENNY ANDREW's service person tried to tell me all about the costs of the front and rear brakes DENNY ANDREW's quoted me $260 for labour for the front brakes and $260 for the labour costs of the rear brakes and this did not include parts! So DENNY ANDREW's wanted me to except that I would be paying for labour costs of $520. Well this is were the conversation ended as I said sorry I don't have a small mortgage for brake "Labour" let alone what ever DENNY ANDREW's charges you for parts? If you are like me and not sure exactly what the future of the economy and employment is going to be and need to save a few hundred dollars then I would suggest unfortunately seeking out more professional service and less up selling in this great depression of a Canadian economy! Had probably the best dealer experience here, from the first email to taking possession of the truck!

I found the truck I really liked online and sent in a message asking if they had the same one but in a different color, almost instantly Joe messaged me back with the exact truck I wanted and his best price. Honestly I was a little shocked with how upfront he was.

I came in a couple days later with my wife to take a look at the truck and he had it out front and warmed up ready to go when we got there. Everything looked good so we decided that it was the one for us.

I was sure there would be something hidden in the fees or some “ doc fee” or something but he was true to his word, zero hidden fees or cost and the price he told me was the price I paid out the door. Additionally they didn’t try to up sell me or add anything additional. They were very professional.

Now delivery of the truck was a breeze, showed up on a Thursday, truck was ready to go with 3 signatures I was in and out in under 45 min. I’m a very busy person so dealing with an operation as organized as these guys was a breeze.

I am so pleased with my experience here I will be telling anyone and everyone who is interested in a ford that these guys are the only ones to buy from!

Brought my fusion in here about a week ago just to have a fuse changed out and to see if they could find my block heater it was 35 below outside at the time they fixed the fuse and only charged me 20 bucks so that was nice but they informed me that the block heater is installed but the cord is a option ! Can you believe that it's a option ! They want 200 bucks to install it so yeah I didn't end up getting it installed and I learned that companies will go pretty far to make a dollar 😂😁

Denny Andrew's parts and service has a great environment. Every staff member is down to earth, honest, and engaged with what they do. Sometimes, I feel like those are the qualities you're looking for in a repair shop, because lets face it, there's always a bill to be paid when it comes to vehicles, and at the very least, with DA Ford, you know aren't being fleeced - if something seems out to lunch, I've had multiple instances where different staff members acted as transparent as possible with me regarding those troublesome scenarios. I can say for sure that I'll be returning for any future services and parts needs!

Quick Lane - Last and final straw!!! Today on May 22, 2016 I took my 2013 Ford F-150 in for my pre-paid scheduled service. I'm sitting watching the service techs take my wheel covers off and do a tire rotation. I then see that I was missing a wheel and told the tech and service adviser Shahzad Latif and I get "Ya they are taking care of it". I'm watching and watching and finally see the tech Andrew come up to the other side of the truck holding the wheel cover. The Service adviser was there and I asked is there something wrong, he said no that they were probably trimming it to fit - WHAT!?!?!!?!? It fit fine every other time the did a rotation. Something stinks. So I put it right on him in front of other customers - "Did you guys break it"? The Service adviser said "I'll look into it". He finally admitted after I pushed it. He showed me a crack that they tried to glue. I get that people make mistakes but DO NOT LIE TO ME THE CUSTOMER!! How dare you try and cover that up. Seriously is the price of that cap worth the loss of business from and my wife (She just bought a 2016 Ford Explorer and works a block away - she will go out of her way to have service done somewhere else now).

I seriously do not know how this Shahzad Latif keeps his job. He's been there for every one of my issues. Well, I'm done with chances and hope things will improve.

Quick Lane - I am less than pleased with the Quick-Lane service. We had a tires switched out from all-season to winters, well they put my wife's on wrong (directional arrows were obviously not clear enough) and they did not even top up the tire pressures. I had mine done, tires were on right but didn't top up tire pressure.

Had my winters swapped out for all-seasons and AGAIN did not top up my tire pressure - SERIOUSLY, if places like Jiffy Lube and Em's lube can do that why can't a dealership swapping tires? I'm literally done with Denny Andrews Quick Lane - oh DON'T get me started on the Tire Hotel they try and flog.

It's all about customer service and the I will give kudos's to the guys helping me load my tires into my truck - but overall the impression I get from Denny's Quick Lube is get you in and out (which is great) but with crappiest service and up sell as much as he can.

I purchased my barely used (2200 km) 2015 F150 on line via Auto Trader and dealt with Ashley Sollows. I must say dealing with her was a pleasure. She was prompt in all her email replies, very knowledgeable about Ford pick ups, and just an all around pleasant person to deal with. I needed a ride from the airport to the dealership and she was more than willing to pick me up and help in other capacities to facilitate the deal. Being an out of town buyer, I really appreciated the follow up emails to see how I liked the truck on my drive home, and if I had any issues or concerns. Would very strongly recommend her.
As far as the dealership is concerned I didn't have any other dealings with the staff, other than to register the vehicle and Nicole was also very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. The showroom was very nice and the staff were friendly offering coffee/water etc. This was a very good buying experience.

I travel for work and did my initial shopping online - many of the Ford dealerships do not take the time to properly advertise their vehicles (current stock, photos, options, etc.). Denny Andrews has a very good online inventory and I found the exact truck I was looking for.
I sent an email through the website and was contacted by Ashley shortly thereafter. She was cheerful and very easy to deal with. She worked with me to ensure that I could receive the incentives being offered by Ford of Canada as they were ending on November 30th. I noticed that after I gave a deposit over the phone, the truck I was interested in was removed from the website inventory almost immediately - nice.
Dawn in financing was excellent, and I actually enjoyed the process. Derek did a very good job with the delivery, a soft spoken giant of a guy who cares about what he does professionally.
Congrats to Joe and his new vehicle sales staff - I have purchased new Ford trucks in '01, '04,, '07 and '09 from other Ford dealers in Edmonton and this experience ranks among the best.
