I talked to the service manager, Dan Jubinville, and he was able to get me an appointment in Quick Lane on Saturday morning. Barb was very pleasant and they were able to squeeze me in and repair my truck that day so we could travel home on Sunday morning. Thank you very much for helping us out!

Live 3 hours away, bought a car from this dealership. Tracy was nice to deal with. They could deliver to us as they have drivers driving to Edmonton all the time they said. Unfortunately when the driver brought it, he got a long crack in the windshield. The "protection pack" we had to buy for $1000 wouldn't cover it, and they said to contact dealership as it was still in their possession...talked to manager...he basically said not his problem, and if I'd driven it home and got a chip, would I be calling him for a new windshield...ummm, no. But the new car I bought was handed over from them, to me, damaged. Best he could do is get me a good price on a new windshield....call me in the morning....still waiting like a month later.....crickets. Disappointed.

I took my diesel here to get fixed because it was stalling. I told them to check the sensors. They told me my high pressure oil pump was the cause. I told them it only had 40 000 km on it and it couldn’t be. They insisted and said if it wasn’t the problem they would come good for it. So i went ahead and got them to install a new one. It did the same thing so they then said it was injectors and cups. I went ahead and put them in still done the same thing. After over 2 months of my truck being there and it being broke into in their compound and my tools being stolen. I had enough and got a tow truck to come get it. Magically i got a call it was fixed and it was a sensor. When I tried to talk to dan the service manager. He turned everything around. And said that was the problem and that all that other stuff was part of the problem and they wouldn’t come good for it. I didn’t even make it home and it leaked over a gallon of oil on the ground. They didn’t tell me that the valve cover was thin and they never tightened some of the bolts. Ended up taking it to cold lake to get fixed and had to fight to get dan to warranty the driver side. The service team at ducharme is very friendly and did did everything they could to help me. I didn’t appreciate the way dan treated me. I will never have any work done here again. I would give 0 starts if i could

I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a 2016 jeep cherokee from them in Oct 2021 only to have 8k worth of damage discovered. Sales Manager was giving me a referral to Ford in cold lake only to then ghost me with no call from cold lake or follow up from Ford. I dont drive harsh all km I put on were highway and its only lady driven. I haven't taken it off roading or as they are claiming hit something so hard to cause that much damage. I am now left to believe they failed to do a proper inspection of the undercarriage and sold me an unsafe vehicle to drive. I have bought many vehicles from Ford over the last 20 years in cold lake and never again will I go to Bonnyville to purchase a vehicle or recommend anyone else does. This is poor salesman ship and disgusting.

So they helped me out with flat tire near the end of the day, too close to closing so they didn't fix it but they changed it out with my spare. That helped me out a bunch, they didn't charge me.
A week later I went back for an oil change because of the no charge tire change. That took 3 hours of my day, including the half hour wait to start.
Could not offer me an explanation as to why that took so long.

My DEF system malfunctioned at only 4 months of use. I took it to Ducharme because Zarowny’s wouldn’t even give me the time of day. With a mess up with parts order it took TWO weeks to fix my truck! Also I told them to do an oil change more than once while it was sitting there. Of course I get it after two weeks of waiting and the oil change was NOT done. Living in a rural area it’s annoying to try to oil changes because they are over booked and it takes so long. Now I am at Team ford in Edmonton trying to get this oil change done and it’s a two hour wait. Seriously I am NOT impressed with ford service at all. This has been incredibly inconvenient!!

Ducharme motors did a rim and tire package for my old car the transaction went smoothly Wyatt one of the parts advisors was very helpful and found me exactly what I wanted and everything showed up in two weeks just like I was quoted. The service team took great care of my car and got everything done in a timely manner even short staffed! Will never take one of my vehicles to COLD LAKE ford ever again(bad experience) they could learn a thing or two from this dealership!

I made an appointment a week in advance telling them what recall work I needed done and when I got there, not only did they only fix 1of the 4 recalls but asked me twice why I hadn't taken it to another town's Ford dealership as well as showed me how to fix one of the recalls rather than doing it themselves. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If I could write a review without highlighting a star I would. I'll also tell my friends and family, bad word gets around just as quickly as good.

I wanted to take a couple of days just to let this one sink in. I was waiting for some secret issue to reveal itself, because everything just went a little too smoothly... BUT, everything is still perfect.

Nothing short of a flawless experience. I have a lot on the go at all times and everything that I needed done, got done. Everything that we verbally agreed to, was present and accounted for.

I can't thank these fine people enough and having owned more than a dozen Ford pickups, I have had every experience under the sun over the last decade of owning them. Very happy with Ducharme and plan to order and purchase my next Super Duty's from Tracy, Shawn & Cindy.

Dont deal with Ducharme or Ford in general. I bought a brand new escape and it was misfiring by 8,000km and took Ducharme 10,000km to diagnose the problem as head gasket failure. So new head gasket at 18,000km, and they scratched the hell out of my car fixing it. Then 10,000km later the problem is back and worse then before so I take it to a Zender Ford and explain my problem (misfiring on cold starts, pumping out white smoke, coolant loss) the service advisor has the car for 3 days calls me and says hmmmm were stumped I think it's an injector issue! So I pick my car up as this guy is a fool that shouldn't work around cars! I take it to Sherwood Ford where the diagnose it as cracks in cylinder 2 and 3 so they dropped in a new long block engine and now a week after getting a new engine my cars flashing check engine light! So ducharme mis diagnosed the car in the first place, took them 10,000km to misdiagnose it and then took nearly 2 months to "repair" this garbage! Dont deal with Ford
