I bought a new JEEP through this dealership as a dealership exchange. They didn't have what I wanted but found it at another dealership. I actually flew down and drove my new JEEP back. The other dealership dropped the ball and were terrible to deal with. The folks at Metro turned that whole experience around for me. First off Brittany is the person who found my vehicle for me, she was patient, understanding of my wants and keen on finding me the right vehicle. Ken facilitated the sale and was very professional to deal with. When I got back from the other dealership they dealt with my problems quickly have gone beyond to make the whole situation right. The service department has been prompt and courteous as well. Great job Metro Chrysler

Very good dealership, typically dealerships are terrible, this one is pretty good. Always provide a ride from the dealer when dropping off my vehicle and a pickup service when it's finished.

Spend you money elsewhere. Horrible, horrible attitude towards customers. If there would be a -5 stars I would give it to them. Rip off dealer.

Unbelievably horrid customer service on multiple occasions at this dealership. Have had instances where I bring in our van and tell them what's wrong only to have them do nothing and charge me to tell me that they have discovered what is wrong (exactly what I already told them). Most recent disappointment was when we brought in our vehicle for a broken window. They said the part required to fix it would take 2 weeks to order. We went away for 3 weeks and returned to find that the part was not ordered and they said they would not be able to fix it for 3-4 months. Yes, you read that right - they wouldn't be able to fix a broken window for 3-4 months!?! Called a local glass shop who can do the work within a week for a fraction of the cost.
I would strongly caution anyone from buying a vehicle from this dealership. If you own a Dodge/Chrysler I would advise to never bring it to the dealership and find an independent mechanic.
Horrible service. Rude, unapologetic employees and garbage vehicles.

Made an appt Wednesday for an oil change and tire rotation today (Friday) at 10:00 a.m. Actually received a reminder on Thursday about the appt. Arrived at 9:30 am and was told that it would be ready by 2:00 p.m. So much for an appt ... Anyhow went for a long walk and came back at 12:30 pm to find the van had not moved. They looked at their pending stuff and decided that it would be worked on next after their guy came back from lunch. Good thing I asked . So it went in about 1:30 and was done by about 3:00 pm. They called us on my cell phone to tell us that it was done so I promptly got up from my seat in the waiting room to pay. Their waiting room seats about 6 and is maybe 10 feet from the service counter.I think what bothered me most was at no time did I think they could have cared less. Not about the length of time to do the job or anything else. It just left a bad taste in my mouth and I would never go back for any reason. Since the service was so ambivalent I actually checked my oil level, tire pressure, nuts etc .

Great crew, even though they were booked a week in advance, they managed to fit me in and get me on my way. Highly recommended

What a joke this company is by far the absolute worst service and customer care i have ever dealt with. Tried to screw me on warranty had my truck twice which took them over forty days too fix they also tried to rip me off my rental that im supposed to be covered for then when i call dodge canada they offer to actually honor a little bit of the money back too me. Left numerous messages with the Gm never got a reply absolute nightmare company. SOLD MY TRUCK AT A LOSS JUST SO I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. Wish i didn't have to give them even one star

I paid almost $400 to get mud guards put on my Dodge Ram. when I came to pick up my truck, noticed the back ones were crooked. I had to make another appointment to get them fixed when I came a second time to pick up my truck the mud flaps where still crooked. The Service guy said that is how they fit to the truck. I told him my other dodge ram truck with the same mud guards weren't crooked, he said that is all they could do. I ended up taking it to a tire shop and they fixed the problem at no charge.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was driving through Whitehorse on a long road trip, long enough to warrant an oil change. I emailed their service group in advance to see if I could schedule an oil change, or if they had any availability for walk-ins.

After several weeks of no response, I was driving through Whitehorse so I decided to stop by and see if they had any availability for an oil change. They scheduled me for a week later, when I was driving back through the town.

Once I got back into town a week later, they informed me that they had no one available for my scheduled service and condescendingly said "Tough luck, try somewhere else". Not even an offer to do it later that day once one of their other service employees was available.

Don't look for Yukon hospitality here. You won't get it.

Recently traveling in north and had a flat on my Ram truck. Tire was ruined. Went to Metro Chrysler and found out the tire size was very uncommon, Cain Rowan, Parts Advisor and Travor Willier, Sales Manager went out of their way to get us on the road again. This is great customer service and my thanks to Cain, Trevor and the service department at Metro Chrysler.

My wife brought her Jeep here few weeks back. Last week it was ready so I drove +2000 Kms with my truck to pick it up. Dropped my truck off where I had to. We picked hers up, and not even an hour the same problem occurs. So we go back the next day. We paid for a part to be changed. Off again and same thing happens. We go back again. And told it was the wrong part they put in and we paid for already. So no refunds or any kind of help. Supposed to wait for another part, but they say only they can fix it. As if they just want us to go back and give them our money again. Do not recommend this place to anyone! So wife still has a broken Jeep thanks metro for wasting our time and taking our money! You won’t be missed!

We had our Dodge van aligned in June of 2018, 2700 km latter a loud bang developed in the front end and it pulled dangerous into oncoming traffic when braking. Being out of cell phone range we had to drive 80 km at 15 km/hr, we were delayed 3 days during repairs , required a $635 tow and over $1900 worth of repairs at the Calgary Dodge dealership. A brake line was damaged and could have caused bake failure.

The right upper control arms bolts were not torqued properly during original alignment by Metro Dodge as noted on repair invoice.. I have emailed all the repair bills to Metro Dodge, made two phone calls trying to revolve matter and have never received a return call. They claim their service tech did not adjust the bolts in question. Their service repair order completed by their tech at the time of the repair documents adjusting the same bolts. I would not return nor recommend their services.

When we purchased our truck there, I gave them a 5 star review for their good sales team. But, after that, things went south. We had many problems with the smart keys of our Nissan Rogue. We returned four times because of that problem. Recently I had to go to Nissan to see what the problem is. It was a problem with the communication between the remote starter and the smart keys. When I finally had an idea of the problem, I went to take an appointment for that to be fixed. They say it would be done before the end of this month. But nothing since then. No phone calls, nothing. Finally after telling them our frustration toward this issue, they finally gave us an appointment for.... July 12th... This is a month or more after our first visit for the problem. So, we are stuck until then with a smart key not working properly and an other one working (for the moment) just before leaving for our vacations. How cool is that...
