We called Murray GM in Estevan and told them what had happened, and they are having the AC fixed for us! No arguing, no denying the issue, just a stand up dealership that is doing the right thing. Took my 2009 GMC into get a recall on my passenger side airbag. I kinky asked them if I could have it checked because I had no power to my Message port under the dash that I had no power to it and had a engine light on! They changed me 250.00 bucks to replace a 10amp fuse and scan for codes 1.5 hours labour? Come on really!!

Got stopped by a total stranger, after the work was done, he wanted to compliment us on our car's paint. Tracey was very friendly too. Would go back again and recommend their services to others. Have had warranty work there too.
Staff is more than friendly but they seem very uninterested and unmotivated to make a sale. They had lined up 3 cars in a row for me to purchase and sold them almost instantly oit from under me and seemed disinterested on really trying to get a decent vehicle in, and really tried pushing a car that had WAY more miles than i liked at a WAY higher price than everything (with an engine tick i might add)... Seems they would rather attempt sell an over priced car with an engine tick to anyone they can find before they really put an effort into finding what will work for you weather it be price,payments,milage, or mechanical reliability...2 stars based on personability alone ... 0/10 for actual customer care
I cannot rave enough about the customer service this place has to offer. Twice now I have been treated top notch, weather it has been buying a new used or brand new car or even taking care of a insurance claim. From Sales to Service there is never a bad experience. My 2018 Denali Diesel 2500 HD was in a vehicle accident on June 24th 2019 up in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan. I reside in Stoughton. I called Brad Pierson (General Manager) to tell him about my misfortune. Brad went out of his way to try to find me a ride so I didn't have to spend the night in Moose Jaw but to no avail. So I stayed overnight out of town. I asked Brad if he had a rental vehicle for me. Not a problem was his reply without question. My vehicle was badly damaged and the frame needed replacing. Murray GMC Estevan tore my truck apart piece by piece, every nut and bolt and assembled my parts onto the new frame. This was happening during the time period of the GM strike in the states. My truck still needed parts, so Brad came up with the suggestion of replacing the parts that I needed with a brand new 2018 Denali Diesel 2500 HD that he had on his lot to shorten my wait time due to the GM strike. My truck was ready in three days from that point of not haven't to wait until the GM strike ended. I have delt with this dealership for twelve years and the staff at Murrays and body shop operated by Randy Stovin is second to none. Very skilled and disciplined people with one of the best work ethics I've seen in my 62 years on this planet. I have had numerous encounters where I have need a vehicle when mine is being repaired or serviced and Brad Pierson has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. Dont think I'm the only person to get this service as the staff at Murray GMC Estevan treats all their patrons with the same courteous and polite manner going above and beyond to keep all their patrons satisfied.

We bought our 2018 GMC Sierra in April /2018 from this AMAZING dealership!! We'd dealt with a few dealerships back home before Murray GM; one was 'ok' and the next was brutal. I finally found an awesome dealership that I was actually sad about moving away from (that's how awesome they were), and I was really skeptical about having to buy a new vehicle from a new dealership. Thanks to DAVE MACK, all that skepticism went right out the door! This guy is awesome!! No pressure, no lousy sales pitch, he can answer all your questions, doesn't 'hurry things along' - so you don't need to worry about misunderstandings, just an all around genuinely nice guy 😊 Ashley helped out as well, and she was just as awesome!! We've never had a problem since we bought it. The staff are super friendly when we go in for our routine oil changes and maintenance. The building is clean & they have a very nice waiting area stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, water, and pop. Also, the bathrooms are super clean.
Oh, and ALSO also - Dave checked in at least a couple times after buying the truck, just to see how it was treating us. THAT is not common, THAT is a guy who actually cares. Thanks Dave, you rock 🤘I highly recommend Murray GM
Our group from the states was traveling to SK and ran into some engine issues near the ND/SK border. We spoke with the service manager Steve and informed him we’d be there right at close on a Friday. Steve and his mechanics not only stuck around after the dealership closed (6 pm)but his mechanics Zach and Ryland worked on my truck until 8:30 pm to get us back on the road. Steve also loaned us his personal vehicle to run errands. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE
A HUGE shoutout to Wade in the service department.
I had all the TPMS sensors changed out at Fountain Tire yesterday, (which wasn't cheap).
I was told to drive my car for at least 15 mins on the hwy, I did so, & my TPMS light was still on.
Called Fountain Tire & they offered to remove the sensors and refund the parts, OK.
Called Murray GM and they had me bring my Astra in right away. Wade & a mechanic checked my sensors to find they hadn't been programmed 😐. They programmed each one, (free of charge) & sent me on my way. The light was off before I got home.

all day in the shop and got nothing done had to call in about 8 times seeing what is going on called in at 530 they told me the vehicle isn’t finished and all the mechanics left and didn’t give me a courtesy car or even a heads up that I’ll be out a vehicle and now I’ll have to find a ride to work

Really cool building but it seemed like the employees didn’t care about me and I had to ask for help, even then the sales guy wasn’t very friendly.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. My car needs additional work, but the staff gave me a quote and didn't make me feel pressured to make an appointment. Definitely recommending this dealership to my friends.
