Great people. Too bad about the Bolt recall nonsense, which is not the dealer’s fault. They arranged a rental for me for times my bolt wont go far enough.
The people were friendly. The service was good. I would have given five stars if I had have gotten out quicker, but they are dealing with operating during a pandemic. I would definitely give 4.5 stars, but that's not an option.

Service has gone down hill since Ross and Ken left the offices. STEVE JARRET himself won't appologize for his laughable employee conduct- charging for things never received and his controller being a rude person demanding payment for invoices she hasn't even sent and don't add up to the amount owed. He said service has never been better we are happy to see you go elsewhere!

A little word of advice...NEVER ever buy the extended warranty. I recently had to have sensors replaced, only to be told the deductible was $500. The parts and labour came to $302. And, when I went to discuss it with finance, I was told that it was about to expire anyway at 100,000 km. None of that information was disclosed when I signed. I was so mad, I traded my 2016 Equinox in on a brand new Tucson! Maybe next time try not to be so deceitful.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from SMP over the years and have always had great customer service. Never any issues making service appointments when needed and its a pleasure to have transportation to and from the dealership in the courtesy shuttle!
My husband and I came in to buy and suv. The rep kept telling us it was the month end and there was no point in getting pricing that day and would contact us the next day. (Still havnt heard from him )*I can't remember his name but his "office" is outside in the trailer.

I dealt with salesman Steve while considering vehicles from this company. I test drove 2 vehicles from them which in the end did not end up being the vehicles I ended up choosing to purchase, I went with a different vehicle from a different dealership but was not pressured at all into buying from Steve and was actually encouraged to not rush into such a big decision especially with being a first time buyer. All in all I was extremely happy with the very friendly and professional service provided from Steve and the team at Stratford Motor and would suggest buying from them to anyone I know.

I’ve been dealing with SMP for 30 years and never have had a problem with parts or repairs. I’ve also bought several automobiles and have always been well satisfied. The staff have always been great to deal with.
The washrooms have always been clean. (Important to me)
Horrible service.
They pushed me off to another location even after asking to have them do the work. Would have booked any day since I live close and it would be convenient.
I live nearby being told to drive to another town, which would mean missing a day of work.

We purchased a used car here only 8 months ago and have already had to take the car in for work 3 times... spending over 25% of how much we paid for the car! We are now being told that there is possibly an engine problem. Really big disappointment considering we just invested in this 8 months ago.

I went in here to look at a vehicle and the salesperson just looked up from his cellphone and looked away. He did that a few more times from the little hut on the corner of these lot and never came out to get me. I went and bought the same vehicle at John Bear in New Hamburg and got amazing service from Murray Roth. Save yourself the trip.

i recently purchased a vehicle from Stratford motor Products, my wife and I were very pleased with the service that we received.
We had the salesman Steve Rivers working with us on finding our vehicle , we were interested in one on their used car lot. Steve was tremendous help! he showed us the vehicle inside and out and answered all our questions we had for him. Steve was very knowledgeable with the car and make the whole experience exciting and we were both happy with our decision. He also was very professional when it came to making a deal on the car, he understood our budget and worked with us to achieve a price we were happy with.
We drove from London and it was well worth the drive !!
