Love the Service staff here! Paula, Richard and Gerald have been phenomenal. I had been taking my vehicle here for years after I experienced poor service at another dealership. I recently took my vehicle for servicing elsewhere just out of convenience in the past year. What a bad idea. I got quoted for brake work and a leak in the intake manifold gasket. Since I got the gasket work done at Harris Oceanside a year previously I asked Paula and her team to see if there was still warranty left. There wasn't. It had expired a month previously. But they quoted me a reasonable price (nothing for parts and a deal on labour). They also said my brakes were still fine. The brakes would have cost me over $400 at the other place! This has taught me not to take my car anywhere else. Thanks for the honesty and integrity and incredible customer service!

Our experience was very good because Steve was a very straight shooter from first meeting him. He listened to what we wanted, arranged a test drive quickly and was very informative. There also was no pressure to buy something if you were not completely ready. He seemed honest and patient with us. We actually went home to think about the car overnight and came back the next day to make a deal. Again, Steve was organized and helped us through the process to finalize a deal with the Sales Manager. A very good experience all around. The price we got was very fair compared to other dealers that I looked at.

Having some knee problems, I was having to give up my manual Mazda Miata for an automatic transmission car. I wasn't sure which brand of convertible I wanted to purchase and I had already visited other dealerships to see what was out there. I visited Harris Parksville Oceanside and met Salesman Ryan Swailes who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, as well as instrumental in helping me determine which type of car I really wanted. I was extremely impressed with Ryan taking the time to ask me thorough and thoughtful questions which certainly helped me focus, and make the right decision as to the make of car I truly desired. After reflection of Ryan's questions, I knew I wanted another Miata however it had to be an automatic transmission. At the time, no Miatas were on his lot for me to look at. However, Ryan had kept me in mind, and I promptly received a call from Ryan a couple of days later letting me know one was available. And so after an examination of the car and taking it on a long test drive, we began negotiations. I am pleased to say that I received a generous trade-in allowance for my older Miata. I would also like to point out that Ryan worked very hard during our negotiations and that he, his Manager Steve Peters, and myself arrived at a satisfactory agreement with which I am very pleased. I am now the happy owner of once again, a Mazda Miata. Because of this great experience with Ryan Swailes and his Manager Steve Peters, plus the Service staff at Harris Parksville, I also look forward to having my Miata serviced at this dealership.

Our experience today was not stressful in any way. I felt our sales representative (Ryan Swailes) was very friendly. Unlike other salespersons we have dealt with in the past, I did not feel he was overbearing or pushy. It was a pleasure to deal with Ryan and we came away with a great vehicle at a reasonable price. He even treated us to lunch while we had to wait for a few things to be taken care of on the vehicle. I would have to say this surprised me. Thanks again, Ryan! May you have many more customers come your way. I'm sure they will be treated as well as you treated us.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was helpful and so kind, it was our first purchase through a dealership. We purchased a used Ford 2006 truck that had a little mishap with one of the mirrors. The mirror was damaged the night before we saw the truck. The staff sent us the new correct part just days later, they also offered to fix it on site but we were looking to take the truck that day. But our part arrived and our truck is as good as new! Definitely recommend this dealership! Painless purchase and the vehicle had a mechanic check, we could also speak to the mechanic onsite to discuss any worries may of had about the truck!
