I agree to pay $174.00 with a $25.00 credit for service on my car. The credit was honored, However, Capital GMC in Regina overcharged by account by $26.62. The charge was described as 'miscellaneous' on my final bill. I called the dealership to discuss the overcharge and they said they would discuss it and return my call in a few hours. No call was returned back.
Tax of 11% was also added to the $26.62 charge for an additional amount of about $2.88. Total overcharge =$29.50
No happy with this overcharge.
Mt partner and I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. I enjoy the sales experience with them buy the have a so called "Quick Lube" everytime I try to get a service done its when I have time which is on the weekends. Now I don't consider 1and a half hours "Quick" if you can't change oil in a car in under 20 mins you need to reconsider whether or not yoy should call it Quick. I will never take a vehicle here for general maintenance again. I will actually have a hard time supporting the sales to be honest.
I have since been contacted by Capitol and they have said they're working to resolve this issue. And we came to a mutual understanding. I appreciated the call from them showing concern.
I got Buick from Kavi. It was nice. Services presented was not familiar with me in the way, but it was good and thoughtful.

Was contacted about possibly refinancing, I said I MIGHT be interested in a truck , I spoke to someone a couple days after and expressed this was simply an idea I was pondering and did not want any credit checks done I was assured this wasn't the case . All of a sudden I am seeing hits on my credit rating , without having any written or verbal consent I was having lenders check my credit, somewhere in this mix they call me to say I am approved for a truck. I complained to the sales person he made reference to them only being soft credit hits , and proceeded to try and sell me a truck. And they even used credit info from 2 years prior when I had bought my car , my job and income had changed .I went to a large dealership thinking they would be more by the book and honest , I couldn't have been more wrong . The service was great on my first vehicle from them . I was looking fwd to me and my wife purchasing vehicles from them in the future but this left us with a poor opinion of their sales tactics.
Dealt with Zak today on the phone for a service call. He's professional, efficient & provided superior customer service!
I will never deal with another dealership after dealing with Dylan and his team at Cadillac. Dylan (sales) & Todd (service manager) are the absolute best. Customer service is A++++ & I've never loved a vehicle more!

I took my vehicle in to have something fixed that was under warranty. I have been having issues with it for 5 years and the other dealership (where I bought it brand new) would not fix. Capital checked it over and did all the necessary repairs to cover the warranty. Thank you very much, now I won't be afraid to drive my vehicle when its cold out, and it won't leave me stranded any more.
We purchased a good used vehicle here. I dealt with Kavi. He was very quick to answer. He replied with pictures, and videos as requested. This vehicle was purchased during the Covid-19 restrictions and so the purchase was made "contactless". This is something I've never done for a vehicle and Kavi made it happen seamlessly. To sales man please tell the customers what your 3 month warranty actually can cover which is only engine and transmission but while we are purchasing sales man never clear these things with any customer. Your clarification and true explanation can help us to buy wright vehicle .

Robert and Paul went above and beyond for us! When we first tried to get a new SUV unfortunately with our negative equity it wasn't possible. A month later Robert called to tell me that he and Paul were still working on a deal and looked like it was approved. We got the call later that day to say it was approved! Had a minor issue with my front tires. The truck still had a little time left on warranty (2017 Canyon). Natashia set me up with great service. The repair was completed under warranty and they inspected the entire truck for a very reasonable price. They also paid for two taxis to get me to and from the shop. Can’t explain how much I appreciated that.

Where do I start?
We bought a GMC Terrain from this location and loved the vehicle and loved the sales guy Dan. So when we had another child and needed more space we felt this would be the place to go, we traded in that vehicle and our salesman Goldie helped us into a Buick Enclave, explaining the safety ratings and how amazing this vehicle was and how luxurious it was we decided to bite the bullet and go with it.
Although that experience was not bad what’s happened over the past 13 months is an absolute joke.
No sooner had we had the vehicle every sensor possible started going off. It was in and out of the shop numerous time’s without diagnosis or any explanation as to what was going on. I was left at the side of the road with a broken down vehicle twice with a newborn baby. The front left axle was leaking fluid and the first time they said they fixed it I was in no less than a few months later with the same issue. It was then apparently replaced so that the issue was completely solved. However here I am again with a leaking front left axel... how is this happening?!??
I got a nail in my tire from some construction near my house and took it in and the tire was going to be 8-10 day because the tires were no longer being made ? And one had to come from Montreal ???
On top of these issues the communication from the service department is atrocious and the customer service is terrible . I spoke to the manager of the service department and she was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. Basically all they gave me was a car drop off so I didn’t have to go get it.
On top of all this I am again waiting on another tire and it will be a week or more till it comes in. I’m left with two kids and no vehicle to use with a leaking axle and also a back right window that once wound down won’t go back up without being pushed up.
Buick Enclave lemon. More problems with this car in 13 months than all my cars combined in my 17 years of driving .
TERRIBLE
Came in for a visit for options for a new vehicle. The manager Serey Uy was very helpful! He was very knowledgeable about the specs and financial part. Understood what i was looking for. Will be coming back in the future for his assistants
Brought Truck in for oil change. Left shop and they had left truck in tire sensor "learn mode". No sensors working. Brought it back and tech told me one of my sensors was dead so they tried to "learn" it and it took out the other 3 sensors. Tough luck. Went in with 3 working tire pressure senors left with 0. No offer to make it right and not possible to reverse the wipeout. At least tell me you wiped out my pressure sensors before I leave the shop
It was my first experience with capital GMC and It was very satisfactory. I have concerned with Mr. Gerry punia. He helped me lot through out the entire process. He has provided best service and must say he has very good convincing power. Appreciated his efforts for paper work and for entire process.
I bought a pre owned car from the capital and the guy that helped me out for all the process that was required to buy the car was Gary he was very friendly and helpful to me for finding a perfect car and was transparent about all the process.
Kanwarjit Punia (kavi) was superb and ver helpfull. I went their for my friends car but when i talk with him he answerd all of the question and helped us get into the vehical that we wanted. i came from the Ontario couple of months ago. I did not think to buy a car that much early but he showed me the best deals then i brought a car too with my friend.

Disappointing and frustrating service. Was looking forward to a nicely cleaned and perfectly running vehicle after it was in their shop for what seemed like an eternity. Had to miss my brefuss on multiple occasions to get updates.

These guys are good if its something simple but they dont seem to understand or grasp the warranty concept and need to be threatened with court action to honor the warranty contract....also sold me a dying truck my first go around. Not sure I'd return as I dont like how they didnt want to work out a deal after buying two trucks in 6 weeks.
I have always had great service here, and today was no exception. I had to get a tire repaired and it was the end of the day, but they made time for me and fixed it! 😁
They were fast and very friendly. The only thing they could have done better was to detail my car while they had it. The cost of my repair was large.

These guys betrayed me. Sales person called me to show me a vehicle and I went from Moose Jaw, a guy name Daniel said, sorry sir the vehicle is not available if u come back tomorrow, we will definitely show u. I went again, and the guy said, sorry sir, I can't show u again it's in workshop but I'll call u when its ready. After a week, i called the sales person and he said, what vehicle, it's being sold yesterday to a family. I said, we had a verbal agreement, u suppose to call me first, he said, it's not my call to sell it, management sold out.
They are corrupted and can do anything for more money. Please don't trust them

Brought my old truck in for repairs, Joshua took great care of me as always. I mentioned to Jeff Sali that I wanted to get into a new vehicle to get back into something with warranty. He hand picked a truck based on my previous vehicle and a few things he picked up on, and he Nailed it! Absolutely checked every box on my wish list! The first truck I test drove was the one I took home! Jeff then took me over to the accessories department where he introduced me to Ryan and helped me go over some of the accessories I needed. He then introduced me to Matt Fischer who painlessly took care of the paperwork. Just bought a gorgeous used SUV from Capital GMC. The sales person Gregg Williams was awesome. Helpful, informative, realistic.... felt like a friend helping us out to make sure we got the right vehicle for us.. not a salesman just pushing to make a sale. Jona in the finance department was super helpful working through the different options to get us the extra warranty that made sense for us while still keeping us within a payment that we were comfortable with.
Knowing the vehicle passed a 150 point inspection along with the extra warranty gives us confidence in the vehicle we bought - knowing that it's in great shape and everything will be taken care of in the event something goes wrong.

"WELL WORTH THE TRIP"
We live an hour from Regina. We received an ad in the mail from Capital GMC & decided to check them out. After doing extensive research on various vehicles via the internet we decided on a new 2014 Enclave!! I emailed Capital with an enquiry on a Sunday & early Monday morning Mona called with a response. I met with a few staff members at the dealership: Mona, Ben, Kevin, Kien to name a few. They were all extremely helpful but Ben was our "go to" guy!! He looked after us exceptionally well. The Regina dealership didn't have exactly what we wanted so Ben searched & found one they brought in from Alberta. Ben looked after literally EVERYTHING.........he kept in touch with us via phone, emails & text messages. He looked after providing the vehicles we wanted to take for road tests, he went on a tour with us of the service department, he took us to an insurance agent to buy plates for the Enclave, he sat with us & explained every feature of the Enclave without giving us "too much information". Ben went out of his way to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. He was friendly, enthusiastic, down to earth, knowledgeable & made you feel at ease the entire time.
I would recommend Capital GMC to anyone, whether buying new or used. The service department deserves special mention also. I was taken on a tour (which has NEVER happened before), had a chance to ask questions & was able to familiarize myself with the layout in case I need any work done. All in all, it was a most positive experience, right from the first email I sent to the last email I received, thanking me for purchasing the Enclave!!

I've been shopping for a replacement vehicle for my spouse as the compact vehicle we have does not meet our requirements for personal as well as business use. Nathan has always demonstrated professionalism and was the first person I contacted in our initial search. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements prior to pushing any vehicles. I rated the customer service lower than my actual experience, only because I couldn't rate Nathan's friendliness high enough on the scale. He is a great salesman but his genuine fondness for vehicles and demeanor towards customers is head and shoulders above many people that I have dealt with in the service industry, and I want to point that out. You won't find many salespeople who genuinely care so much.
