I did my change oil and change tire last May 26,2020. Today it’s only July 29 in my dash board it’s shows that It’s time to do my change oil . I don’t understand . I Rarely used my car.

I had my vehicle services at this location. The turnover was quick. When it was serviced, there was a recall on an passenger airbag. I had decided to have that services, since its a safety recall, considering if anything ever happened to my passenger. When the vehicle was returned. I noticed that my infotainment system was no longer functional, the cd/dvd player wont stop ejecting, even after the car has been shut off. I have been trying to contact services to help with the situation, but no prevail, most likely they will point the finger at me and no solution will be given. it is hard to give a rating when there pros and cons dont balance out the way they should.
An overall excellent experience at Luciani Infiniti. For thorough advice and service, ask for Mario in the service department.
The entire team at Luciano Infinity were super accommodating and extremely friendly. They have exceeded my expectations of the experience of buying a new car. My salesman was very knowledgeable and gave me a detailed analysis of my QX60. Chadi the manger was friendly and helpful and gave me good advise on my car handling. He my evenput a shiny red bow on my car 🙈 .When my car went in for service Tony and his team went above and beyond to help me. They even babysat my baby. Overall I would give them a 100 stars!!!! I have been a Porsche driver for over 15 years and once you’re a Porsche driver, you’re always a Porsche driver. But when I moved to Canada I wanted a more economical and less pricey car. I did a lot of shopping online then made one call to Luciani Infinity.
A salesman by the name of Joshua attended to my call and asked me to visit any time I can. I paid a visit to the showroom and was wondering if I will be getting the same service and treatment I always got in Prosche. Honestly, Joshua was very professional, pleasant and informative. He didn’t try to push the car on my like most salesmen. He sought to listen well so he can understand my requirements and needs.
When it was time to wrap it up and I was asking for a better deal, we both met with his boss (Joey) who was as professional and as pleasant and took all the time to explain to me the various options of buying and leasing (since it was my first car in Canada).
Fanya (the finance lady) was very professional and pleasant as well.
I ended up buying the car the very same day and from the first visit after a very pleasant and successful meeting with both salesmen.

Saw a vehicle on Autotrader posted by Luciani Infiniti. I was in Toronto, they are in Montreal. By phone, spoke with Jeremy, one of their sales reps. Two days later flew to Montreal and picked up my Infiniti Q70. It was a seamless and pleasurable experience dealing with Jeremy. He was very professional and always returned calls and relayed information quickly. Luciani Infiniti should be commended for having such good representation for their company. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Luciani Infiniti again in the future.
As a result of flooding in our garage, I suddenly found myself on the market for two cars. My search brought me to many cars dealerships, and many different brands, and without question, Luciani’s service and professionalism was unrivaled by any other dealer I met along the way. I made an appointment for a used car. I was called the same day to comfirm my appointment. After driving 1 hour to the dealership I am told that the car was sold the day before. and I am offered a car of the year. what a waste of time and repect. they just want to see you to sell you anything
I was impressed by the quality of service they provided me. I applied to take over a lease and Nadia did an amazing job in the quickest possible time. She was very helpful in completing forms and answering all of my questions even after finishing the process. I have never seen this quality of service before.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! This dealership does not care about customer service at all and consists of dishonest salesmen.
A sales person Bilal Sirhan made a deal with me on the phone and sold the car to another customer later that day. Bilal told me that he had confirmed that the car is available, and his manager would give me a call right away so I can put a deposit on it. After that he stopped answering my calls and the next thing I know is that the car is sold to another customer. The worst thing was that no one informed me that the car is sold to someone else. Another sales man answered the call next day and told me what was going on.
Please don’t get fooled by the good reviews, the few bad reviews show the true face of this dealership.

Purched a used Q50 Infiniti 2015 with low mileage and very clean , I was an easy going customer , even filled out credit information on the internet
When I picked up the vehicle I was very surprised to find out that I was getting 500.00 dollars , I asked what that was and was told by the salesman " it's nice to be receiving 500.00 " also questioned the cashier while she was debiting my Visa card , receipt says " Remboursement livraison "
Once I got home my wife noticed there were no carpets in the car , I contacted my selesman and he said "carpets don't come with it , but I'll get you a good deal " so I thought since I got 500.00 as a gift I'll spend to buy new ones from Infiniti at 214.00.
A week later I get a call while I'm with a customer saying " we made a mistake the 500.00 was a deposit that was give by another customer and had to be returned "
I travel for work could not pass by on the following Monday , and received messages how important it was for me to call back , which I did when I got back .
Very disappointing reaction from Luciani about the whole situation .

Great sales lease was happy until I had to get my car serviced and tires changed. Now I got the full package Valet service and all so I can make sure I am not bothered with little details. Today, only to find out about hidden charges. GREAT!!! I was in a good mood Mario in Service dept started talking and ruined my day! It's ok Eric T. (Sales Person) I'll eat the HIDDEN CHARGES only to hopefully that this review can help another person out there realize what they are in for at this dealership. Not like I cheaped out or didn't take additional options. 2 stars because the vehicle is good but the people that work at LUCIANI be cautious as what they say about car salesman and garages is true at this location. Hope this helps people and protect themselves.

Wanted to buy a QX50 for my wife. Clearly said the purchase needs to be approved by her, and they agreed with it. Put $500 down as refundable deposit as required. Finally my wife chose a BMW and I informed them immediately. 3 weeks later, still not received my refund and always tell me to wait for. Very bad shopping experience.
The head customer service manager (Anne if I'm not mistaking) seems like always in the horrible mood. Her face ruins my visit at Infiniti. Very clean place nevertheless. Always takes care of their customers properly and also used to have great replacement car service before. I do not know who they are with currently (2016) but before, the replacement car service, the staff was very helpful and caring. Not a fan of the current replacement car provided. Recommended if you own an Infiniti (Duh!)
I have been working at Luciani Infiniti for the past 2 years and I must say that I really enjoy my job but mostly the people I work with every day. I have never seen such a dedicated team of people. Their commitment has been exemplary and their hard work is an inspiration to everyone around. Keep up the good work team!
