After my husband hurt his back, he was looking to trade in his Buick for a truck. Fell in love with this one even though it was an hour and a half away from home. Daniel, the sales agent, sent us a video of the truck and we went to see it on a Friday. Did a test drive and husband bought it.
Pick up was supposed to be ready the next Friday but was delayed until Saturday as it needed a windshield and time to cure. A couple hiccups, both on our part and theirs, but all was rectified. Daniel and Carmine kept us updated through the whole process by email and phone. As I had just gone through a nightmare purchase with another dealership closer to home the day before, it was a pleasure to work with this dealership.

Buying my truck was some what different during the Covid -19 out break , but due to the experience sales rep Carmine the process was made easy and smooth. Super easy to talk to, great at explaining the entire process of trading in, and purchasing a new vehicle! Just pick up my new truck from MacMasters today. I was very pleased with the entire process from the beginning to the end. Cory Wood was the Sales Rep and did not make me feel pressured at all and was very good at explaining the details of the sale and the truck it self. They even gave me a free home baked pie when i was leaving. I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership.

Anyone can sell you a car but when you need an expert advice and customer service, I recommend you visit McMaster. At my appointment time, I was greeted by Ran and Tanya at the door. I felt no pressure during the buying process and they provided all the information and answered to my questions that made my decision easier. Ran has been amazing since I bought the car and answered any questions I had after sales. He is quick to respond and very courteous and care for his customers. You need to go there once to witness all this yourself.
Doug and Dan are great..... I wouldn’t be buying GMC if it was not for them. GMC has pulled back way too many options compared to the competition.

Just picked up a 2019 Sierra yesterday, I've been looking for months. Luke Marshall was able to find the exact truck I wanted and answered all my questions. The staff were incredibly unprofessional, they charged me triple the quoted price for the service and left me in the waiting room for 8 hours on what was quoted to be a 1 hour job. I received no communication from any member of staff unless I specifically found someone. I was only offered a shuttle first thing in the morning (when it was still expected to be a one hour fix) and generally was treated poorly by the service representative.
Excellent place to buy a vehicle. Worth the 2 hour drive to see them. Wished with me the entire time and got me into the truck I wanted!
Bought my truck here. Great vehicle very happy with it. The service manager at the time was not the greatest. I dont remember his name but was not very helpful. Sales team and the parts department are superb. My girlfriend also bought her Cruze here. She is also happy with her purchase

A stress-free, low-pressure used-car-buying experience. Salesman Chad was friendly, sincere, and honest...the antithesis of the stereotypical used car salesman. The whole transaction went smoothly, including getting some paint touch ups done prior to delivery.

Sorry I hate saying bad things about places but my father has had nothing but problems with his GMC truck 8 speed Trans and Chris the service manager. vibrates bangs just total junk and they say its just normal . stay away from GMC trucks nothing but garbage.

I am not one to write reviews, however, I am in awe at how badly managed and unprofessional this dealership is. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. I recently purchased a truck from this location and it has been a week and I still do not have my car. Why? Because my Sales Consultant did not care to do his job and keep me up to date. Furthermore, Carmine Preziuso and Chad Rose, which are the General Sales Manager and the Financial Services Manager, did nothing more than ignore my phone calls throughout this process. Anyone considering going to this location, think twice. I regret buying a GMC because of the horrible service I received and if it wasn't too late, I would have bought a different car elsewhere.

This dealership is the worst. When I went (with an appointment) to sign my papers for my car, my sales rep had me wait for over 2 hours with my 5 month old baby. I didn't get my papers signed until 7 o'clock.. An appointment that was supposed to take 30 minutes turned into an all night excursion. My daughter was exhausted, hungry, and miserable by the time we left, but the sales rep wasn't even phased. Then, after a few years when I was ready to get a new car, I found out the sales rep had weaseled money out of me without me knowing. Slimy, slimy place. Don't go here.
