Budds' Chevrolet was my original dealer but I had to switch because I moved to Toronto. Today, I chose to drive the extra few minutes to go back to Budds' Chevy because I didn't get the fast, honest service at Humberview Chevy like I did at Budds'. I tried Humberview a couple times because it's literally 5 minutes away from my house, but wasn't worth it. Budds' will have your diagnostics done in an hour at max, and I got my car back in half the time Humberview Chevy took for the same problem. The service rep will not try to scam you to do unnecessary works. I couldn't use the shuttle service, and they offered me a rental car. In the end, I really didn't need it because they only took a couple hours to fix my car. I've had an issue with Budds' before, but they tried to resolve it with good customer service!

My Mother financed a vehicle here 2017 Cadillac XT5 and it was a great experience. Cameron the sales person was great and the service was the best it can get. The finance guy upstairs we worked with was great as well. Both of them made the process simple and easy.

I would give more then 5 stars if I could. I received 10+ star customer care from Shane - Manager & Jennifer in the service department.
From my first call to Shane to my visit today I was treated like I mattered! They went out of their way to make sure my car was repaired on a tight timeline. They greeted me right away & made me feel like I was the only one in the room. Completely attentive.
Not only was I treated well but I did my research on the cost & Budd's was the most affordable.
When I picked up my vehicle, again on time, my car was washed. That added touch just adds to the care for their customers.
On a final note the atmosphere in the Service Department is welcoming. You can feel that they work as a team & truly enjoy doing what they do!
Shout out to Bill the shuttle driver..You Are Awesome.

I would give this a five star but I have an issue of when I called to find out cost of putting remote starter in my car they didn’t tell me the extra cost to cut new keys. That should be a no brainer in the quote process. Great staff great facility but no ones perfect. Room for improvement. Quote me actuals not ball park on straight forward job. I will be back. It’s all about attitude and they have a good attitude. Helped me in other areas that were over and above. Would not credit the quote though! I didn’t escalate beyond first contact.

Bought a used vehicle from them a few weeks ago. The experience was great. The deal was done over the phone and was quick and straight to the point. They gave me a good price for the vehicle I traded in. I drove from Windsor to look at the vehicle and they had it ready to drive when I arrived. Everything was well organized and no time was wasted. When I picked the car up it was clean and ready to go. So far no major surprises with the car and I've driven it pretty hard on a couple occasions. The only issue was the winter tires were not inflated to the correct pressure. The car calls for an unusually high 46/46 and their service department had them at ~ 35 - 36 PSI which eventually threw a TPMS light. I inflated them to ~ 40 PSI all round and haven't had an issue since. Will definitely consider them for any future vehicle purchases.

Dealing with the sales staff was a pleasant experience. Very friendly and easy going. Did not feel pressured by them to make the deal.
The used car I purchased was quite dirty on the inside and was told it would be detailed before I picked it up. When I did pick it up it was dark out so difficult to see but looked as if had been cleaned inside. Next day, in the daylight, I noticed it was still very dirty inside. Looks as if it was just given a quick wipe with a damp cloth and maybe a quick vacuum.
Also, I put snow tires on the car the very next day and found I had to beat the wheels off the car with a sledge hammer, even though the car was supposed to of had its safety inspection a day or two earlier. I had a quick look at my brakes when the wheels were off and found all the brake pads to be partially seized in their mounting brackets. Was very surprised by this. I’m going to have to give the car a thorough inspection.
That was my experience with Budds.

What an experience! Juan, the concierge took care of my issue(check engine light) the moment I drove into the garage. He informed me about the potential issue and costs that could arise from it. We planned to take a Cadillac on Lease, our sales rep was Farid and finance guy Rob, amazing person to deal with but didn't know that we are dealing with the owner who is very greedy and zero on customer service- I understand I'm new to Canada and didn't have much credit history instead shared my US credit history and on the contrary I was also making a substantial amount of down payment for the car lease, shared my income documents etc., but to my surprise I got a call from Rob that the OWNER needs me to make another 7000 CAD of down payment else the deal is off... why would anyone make a payment of 10K+ CAD to lease a car, simply pathetic !! But I'm thankful to the owner that I didn't go for Cadillac or any GM car and finally I purchased Audi -Q5 the same week... never thinking of going back to GM, horrible experience !!!

I didn't buy my Cadillac here so this review is for the service team. The mechanics and the service advisors are great. In all the years of owning cars, and all the many garages I've gone to both dealership and independent, I have never encountered a Service Manager like Shane, who will bend over backwards and hustle like you wouldn't believe to get things done and make your experience a good one! Other dealerships, pay attention Lincoln, could really learn some lessons from this guy.

Sales person offered great service, answered questions quickly, worked out a fair trade-in value, was very accommodating. Finance person was unorganized, didn't like when we declined all extended warranty packages (pushy), changed her tone. Finance person had a week to get our documents in order. I followed up mid week to make sure everything was lined up - I was told everything was a go. She left details until the last minute, made me run around to get a document from bank Friday afternoon when we were picking up new vehicle Saturday (had to leave work early). I was promised detailing - car was vacuumed and the exterior was polished. Something sticky was left inside console, and the vents had dust in them, the interior was not wiped down at all, chrome areas on the inside were not clean. It was rainy and overcast when we picked the truck up so optimal lighting for us not to notice. Was promised Sirius radio for 3 months. It was the only tech thing we wanted - it was not set up. Had to call sales guy to send the code to set up the trial. First payment did not go out on the day it was supposed to, loan pay out on the trade in did not get processed in a timely fashion, and the worst part is the finance person does not return calls or emails. I was promised compensation for a loan payment on my trade-in vehicle that shouldn't have gone through - I've been chasing for 2 weeks now - after sending several emails - pretty much was told today that I'm not getting it reimbursed. So, beautiful car, fair trade in value - horrible service from the finance department and seriously disappointed at the car not being detailed as promised. Would not purchase from here again.

My wife and I have dealt with Budds service department for the past 7 years. We have never had a bad experience. The staff are all friendly, professional and courteous. They always explained the work needed to be done and even advised when things shouldn't be done.
Jason Corrigan is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with in either a dealership or outside service shop.
The staff in the service department always greets us by name and are very familiar with the service history of our vehicles.
Because of the service my wife and I just recently purchased 2 new vehicles at Budds Chevrolet.
Ernest Shanly was our sales rep and he made the experience very easy. There was no back and forth with the sales manager game. We talked about vehicles, what we wanted, what we needed and what was available. He was very patient and diligent in his search for the right vehicles for us.
There were a couple of small glitches along the way and Budds did everything in their power to correct the situation and make us happy customers.
