Bough a used car from Alim, great guy! dealt with Michael and Rhys as well and also great. Good prices and they seem to really care about selling you the car by making it perfect and accommodating all your concerns. They don’t sell you junk or useless things many many other dealerships seem to scam you for now a days. Very honest and really great customer service. We brought our 2021 Sierra to this dealer for a routine oil change with less than 15k km on it and running perfectly. A few hours later they contacted us to let us know that our truck wouldn’t start. When we asked to see the truck we found that the entire motor was ripped out of the vehicle and taken apart. Their explanation? An engine bearing “randomly” broke while our vehicle was in their care!? They told us “these things happen but it’s okay because the truck is still under warranty.” It’s now two weeks later and we don’t have an explanation as to what happened and they have not taken any ownership for damaging our vehicle. They also have not offered a satisfactory solution to the damage that has been done to our truck. Run far away from this dealership and their service department!

Do not buy or service your vehicle here they do not stand behind there work and gouge people for parts that are not required.
After trading my truck in for a new one in September 2018 I have had nothing g but trouble with it.
In December of 2020 I had the truck would periodically not starting until ine day would not start at all tried to boost and had it towed to robinson. After diagnosis it was determined that the fuel pump was bad and was replaced under warranty.
Fast forward to January 2022 and same problem only this time I was out of warranty on the truck. I was also told that the fuel pump would not be covered because it had a 12 month parts warranty and was replaced 13 months ago.
Again after diagnosis it was determined that the battery was bad. After they replaced the battery the truck still would not start so they wanted to change the starter. I requested they put my original battery back in the truck if that was not the problem and that I wouldn't be paying for them to guess at what the problem was.
After changing the starter the truck was good to go. They tried to charge me for switching the battery back into my truck. All should be good...but
Only 1 month later I get stranded out of town my truck will not start try boosting it nothing. Towed it to the nearest dealer who told me it was the starter cable had come loose and the connector was missing.they installed a new cable for me.
When I contacted Robinsons about the warranty on there work to the starter I was told that they aren't responsible for the cable that , they disconnected and reconnected to the starter.
Do not have them service your vehicle because I guaranty you will be chasing them for warranty of there work
You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people like Jeremy who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Robinson GMC. I didn't get chance to shut my truck off and they already had a tech ready to go for a road test with me to pinpoint my issue. Was in and out very quickly and excellent service counter staff kept me up to date with their progress. Robinson is starting off on the right foot with me, and restoring my faith in GM service departments.

Nick K went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible ride for the money I had. Dude was patient, sincere and really tried to understand what I need and won't need in a truck, provided great advice / education for a first time car buyer / owner. Tried all kinds of ways to add upgrades / equipment I'd have to spend $ on later anyways to improve the value.
Even though I didn't end up getting a truck here I still recommend this dealership (everyone else was friendly / on point as well). You should talk to Nick for the best deal and purchase experience.
Of course dealers want to make money but it's rare to find a sales person who also really tries to make things work for you.
Will def consider coming back to purchase my next vehicle.

I will start off with I recommend this dealership for service on your vehicle. I did not purchase my vehicle at this location. However the location (I won't name for professional courtesy) royally messed up my rear brakes. Got fed up with them and went to Roberson's. Mechanic knew almost instantly the cause of the issues and had my vehicle repaired the same day.
Great and knowledgeable staff that always fixed my truck right the first time. Highly recommend anyone looking for service on their GM vehicle to use this location. Well done!

First time in for service. Had my van's battery replaced under warranty. Well organized. Got me in the same day. Did the job right the first time. My service advisor Sherry was very professional and friendly.
I brought a new 2017 terrain from these guys and have had nothing but problems with them as soon as the 60,000km warranty ran out. I'm wife had brought the car in multiple times asking to use a paint warranty we bought with the car. She was miss lead and lied to 3 times with excuses first saying the rust was break dust then, under coating spray and so on.
I went in to talk with the service department and
(Rob the service manager was very unprofessional tell me what do you expect it has 65,000km) ok well I have a 6 year warranty lol. He told me the it was acid rain then said he couldn't do anything but but if I did want to I could use the warranty but it would then void it form any more rust in the future. What a joke this guy is. So I said ok whatever let's us it that why I played for it. He takes some of the information takes a few pictures and says he would send it off. About 2 weeks later I get a email say we forgot to take some information v.i.n . I provide and here nothing back this was in June of 2019. I bring the car in again in the summer for a oil change and rob is on vacation and they tell me they will look into when they get back. It is now 2020 lmfao and nothing this place is a joke. Just to inform someone at this Branch of the business they lost we have the terrain you will no longer service. 2x 2013 gmc Sierra 2500 work trucks and have a deposit in for the C8 Corvette with a TPW of 3/16 and any future gmc I buy $150,000.00 easy in sales and service over the next few years.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Bought a new GMC truck from these guys a couple of years ago. Took it for a regular oil change recently thinking I am leaving it in good hands. After the oil change, got informed by the staff that the service manager named Rob wanted to talk to me. Rob promptly informed me that my stereo no longer works.
They offered no explanation and expected me to just accept it as fact. Said something along the lines "what do you expect, the truck has 90,000 km" on it. The truck that was bought from them and brought to them for service precisely because they presumably have the expertise. They should be ashamed. Stay away from them.
Took my son's car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service area was well organized and entire dealership spotless. Staff friendly and work completed professionally and promptly. A pleasure which is not something you can say about a lot of car dealerships. Thank you Robinson's.

The receptionist was great and very helpful. The mechanics did above and beyond to help us with a flat tire an hour before they closed. They offered to drive to Costco to inflate our tire without a charge because we are from the states and knew no body down in Canada to fix the tire. They took our truck to the garage and patched up the tire for us for very cheap. They were all very eager to help, very informative, knew what they were doing and were very kind about us coming in last minute before they had to close. Will definitely be coming back! Great customer service.
Went here for a new suv the staff were beyond all expectations they got me what i wanted and forced no things i didnt want like most of the dealers we had spoken too we are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone will do business again when the time comes
