I was looking to find a muscle car so I was exploring different dealerships about my options and what they had. I went into Georgetown Chevrolet and met Nick. He was super helpful in explaining my options and what cars they had. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond for me. We had been searching for a particular car for my wife for quite some time and after numerous disappointments I found a Camaro that had just been posted at Georgetown Chev. Being several hours away we couldn't view the vehicle, so Nick sent us a video showing it's condition, as well as a copy of the CarFax to verify it's history. Despite a couple of minor roadblocks, we finally made the deal and the trip to pick up the car. It was everything it was advertised to be, and the staff was great. Bought my truck here a year and a half ago and it was a great experience. Will was fantastic - very professional, informative and friendly. However, I will not be going back for service any time soon. Booked my truck in for a tire rotation and service on the transmission. Should have been a 1 day job, but ended up being 2 days because the nozzle on the dealership's transmission fluid dispenser broke and it took 2 days to fix. ??? When I finally got my truck back....no tire rotation! But of course I was charged for it anyway. Very disappointed with this dealership beyond the initial purchase.

My journey to become a first time car owner had started at the Georgetown Chevrolet Buick GMC Dealership. As I opened the door into the building I was slightly nervous and I feared that I would be taken advantage of from a salesperson because I have minimal car knowledge and I wasn't sure of what I wanted. I had the absolute pleasure of being welcome by Taylor Parker. As I stated I didn't have much of a preference in a type of vehicle other than stating a cost of what I would be willing to pay, we simply browsed the lot. Taylor was knowledge in the cars he showed me and when we found a vehicle suited towards me we went on a test drive. His enthusiasm didn't stagger. He was patient and had answered my financial questions.

I had an unexpected tire problem. The Dealer had the replacement part in stock. Even better they were willing to take me right away. I was on the road in about 40 minutes!
Also they had a terrific text message system to alert me when my vehicle was ready -just in case I was away from the lounge browsing all those awesome new cars and trucks.
Friendly, cheerful staff always make a service visit a pleasant one. We had a surprise finding out we needed a complete brake job. That's fine as it is a maintenance issue, they wear. It would have been nice to get a free light bulb while paying for a $1,400 service visit. I didn't think it was too much to ask.
