Hello. I've been on the hunt for 19" tires for my Ford Escape for about a yr. I wasnt ready to pay 12-1500 dollars. So on the Hunt I found Katie from the parts department at Westlock Motors promoting exactly what I needed. I contacted her and she explained that these tires would fit my car perfectly and that they would also put the tires on for me...all for 1/2 the price! The moment I walked into this dealership the people from every department were Fantastic! Very Grateful and I highly Reccomend them. The service was Amazing!

I had the pleasure of short term work with the Ducharme family, I only wish it could have lasted until retirement, what a great family and totally dedicated to a higher level of customer service, satisfaction, and professionalism. Not only would I purchase my vehicles with this store, I'd highly recommend anyone in search of GM vehicles sales and/or service, I don't usually put myself out there like that, but sometimes the right people are doing the right thing. The Ducharme family are definitely in the right business.
I’ve had the pleasure of working for the Ducharme family as a contractor and also recently became a customer with the purchase of a new work truck. I highly recommend considering Westlock Motors for any vehicle purchase or service. It’s not often you find a group of people who are so honest, fair, and down to earth. They are the furthest thing from a typical car dealership and really care about their customers and make sure they are looked after. If you don’t know much about vehicles you can trust that no one will take advantage of you or try any slick sales games, which is more than can be said for some of the competition in the city. Definitely worth the 45min drive to have such a positive experience with buying a vehicle.

My appointment was scheduled immediately and dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
Service men were kind and understanding and went out of their way after dealing with issue by cleaning my dashboard etc .

Excellent service and friendly staff at GrizzlyTrail. The technician Stuart took the time to go over the issue with me and discuss the previous servicing history at another GM store with their tech to assure nothing was missed. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle as well with no notice as it was an unexpected issue...that was fabulous!!
My only suggestion would be for Service to be open until 6 on weekdays as it would give a bit of time to deal with issues after the standard 9 to 5. Thanks for getting me back on the road!! :)
The service here is great. They knew my repair was going to take all day and that I was from out of town. When they could not locate a loaner vehicle they offered me a managers vehicle to drive. What awesome service. My repairs have been done right with no need to go back to the shop again for the same reason. I have been dealing here off and on for over 20years and I keep coming back.
I am always very happy with the work that is done on my vehicle at Westlock Motors. I do not feel pushed to do flushes to my Vehicle like other dealerships in Edmonton. They always let me know what should be done and then I have time to make up my mind on when to have the extra services done. I want to Thank Andrew for all the hard work he does. He always keeps me in the loop on what is going on. I will be looking at going to Westlock Motors from my next new vehicle purchase.

Crappy place and not very friendly or helpful staff. Had to go to other shop to get vehicle recalls done. Vehicle was bought here. Probably never go back. Would drive to Barrhead much nicer and willing to help. Not recommended for anything.

In the past we did not have such a great experience looking for a new vehicle at this dealership. But this experience was great. John took his time with us looking at a variety of models explaining all the features. He made sure our trade in was appraised quickly and made sure the whole process went quick and smooth. He also made my kids feel welcome and allowed them to be apart of the buying process. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer based on this experience.

I have been buying my vehicles at Westlock Motors for 10 years now and only allow them to be serviced at that dealership. The sales and service staff are a great bunch to work with. I always get into the shop when I need to; they go the extra steps to make me happy when I am upset about anything that is wrong with my vehicle. The quality is certainly there insofar as the product is concerned; I have only been in the shop for anything other than normal servicing three times in the last ten years. When I do visit a courtesy vehicle is always made available to me. I have had work performed in the body shop as well and cannot say enough about how well I was treated there as well.
My most recent visit was to purchase a used Cadillac DTS. Chris, Todd and Randy made the whole experience a delight. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge displayed by Chris. Even though the dealership does not normally sell the Cadillac brand he had researched the vehicle and familiarized himself with not only that vehicle but with a good portion of the Cadillac line. Having sales staff interesting in more than just selling you a vehicle is a breath of fresh air.
In conclusion I would be hard pressed to find something about this dealership that disappoints me. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for new or used vehicles and/or parts and service. Todd Ducharme is running a heck of a business here. Thanks to you all for another great experience.
