I recently purchased a slightly used, new to me 2013 Journey as a credit builder to get ready to purchase my real vehicle, (a 2016 Buick Enclave -oh man, I can't wait) and the guys and gals from Whitecap are working with me and making it possible to drive the perfect vehicle for me! Thanks so much for all the hard work you do Dan and Randy and really EVERYONE from reception to sales to service at Whitecap Motors in Slave Lake! I love you folks!

Paul.

Quite friendly, but very buyer beware. Our salesman was unable to give accurate information on a vehicle, even after going in it and physically checking. He also started off quite rude and warmed up once he realized he was probably going to get the sale cause we were in a pinch. I feel bad writing this rating, as on a whole many of them seem to go out of their way to please. Unfortunately in our case we had to find this out by not getting what we wanted and were told it had, only to be told we were liars when it was proven that he got at least one thing wrong on it in front of a co-manager.

Note: This is the only dealership I've been to that doesn't do the test drive with you and explain the features to you in a vehicle. It seems like a small thing, but in a new vehicle with a different insturment cluster, if they tell you it has something it is very likely you won't notice it doesn't till your off the lot. At which point the blame gets thrown at you for not knowing better. UPDATE: Upon dealing with them to attempt to resolve the issue they hung up on us (specifically, Rick, the salesman that sold it to us). Get everything up front, on paper, cause their word clearly isn't worth a thing, especially our salesman.
