You often hear of people falling through the cracks at a large dealer when many people are tasked to help you with the same query. My recent experience at Brichwood BMW proves there are no cracks. My query reached 5 different people and the one to resolve it pro-actively reached out to me, anticipated the solution, deployed the remedy and assured its attendance. I’m in the automotive business and often hear horror stories. I will absolutely rebut those stories with this positive experience. Well done Bi, Raul, Bill, Brian.

Birchwood BMW provides by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. All the staff consistently contradict themselves and book things in incorrectly and then blame the customer. Great buying experience of course but my x3 has been in the shop far longer than any other vehicle I have owned and the staff are not very customer centric. Luckily I’m due for a new car next year and will not even be considering a BMW.

I was interested in a X5 so I contacted the dealership to get a trade-in value for my MB. They got the VIN and never got back to me. Followed up with email and yet no one got back to me after 2 weeks... I guess they did not want the sale and didn't bother sending an email.. I am not impressed.. Try Mercedes Benz Winnipeg, they are fantastic! All they care about is their customers..

Living 2 hours away from this dealership, I've never serviced here before. I needed a new part to be initialized on my car which was apparently specific to being done at a BMW store, so I booked my car in for the 1 hour it would take. Keeping in mind I didn't buy the part from them, or have them do any work on my car, I was not honestly expecting this to go smoothly.
Bill, my service advisor was absolutely superb in communication instructions on the drop off and pick up of my car (as COVID has changed everything).
I drop my car off, wait around for about an hour, and then I receive a call from Bill, stating that the tech working on my car is unable to perform the service requested and he needs time to diagnose further. Then I receive a call from Francis, their lead technician. He informs me that he suspected the part I had supplied on my own was faulty and it would be 3-4 hours more shop time to confirm.
I authorized the time, they moved their schedules to accommodate the additional time, loaned me a car (and there is no loaner program due to COVID), and then they called me...…….. to inform me that they had figured out the problem, and already fixed it by loaning me a part for absolutely no cost.
Long story..... sorry, but what a fantastic experience with 2 excellent staff members!!!!!

I dealt primarily with the used car sales manager and finance manager. Both gentlemen were pleasant and knowledgeable. I was in a bit of a time crunch due to work-related travel and they were more than accommodating. There were no surprises or delays- very efficient process! I noticed a very minor section of paint that had road grime on it. Their service team had it removed by the time I had the financing arranged.
I purchased a used 2018 3-series. Price was very fair on a local, provincial, and national level. To any people reading this from SK or ON, take a look at Birchwood's inventory, you'll be positively surprised!

A staff who is responsible vehicle machenical performance introduced the car we were interested in, and transferred our situation to Paul. Paul is a very enthusiasm sale person. When we found a small problem on brakes, he promptly contacted the service department for repairs. The service department also arranged repairs in time.

Solo was my car dealer and he provided excellent service from when I walked through the doors to purchasing my car. He was very knowledgeable with the Company and their cars - any questions we had he had an answered with confidence. Management was also very friendly and helpful when it came to financing. This was by far easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had from a dealership.
I recently purchased an X5 50i from Birchwood BMW and I must say that throughout my years of buying vehicles(15 vehicles in total) through dealerships this has had to have been the best experience yet. Everyone from the sales team was very helpful and courteous( Paul, Pedro and Solomon ) in my purchasing of the vehicle. Both Paul and Solomon were very knowledgeable of the X5 and addressed all my questions and concerns. Pedro got me to where I wanted to be in my payments and I very much appreciate it! I only had the one concern at the time of purchase and it was regarding the front winter mats that were missing from the vehicle. Ben Kuilman the Sales Manager stepped up and got me the new replacement mats from the parts dept. the very next day! FREE! Thanks again Ben! The only thing that I usually have on my check list when purchasing a vehicle is to meet the service staff, but considering my dealings were always in the evening it was understandable. My nephew and I (coincidentally)bought vehicles from Birchwood BMW within a day of each other and that alone should say what a wonderful experience it was! To sum up my review! Never disappointed when I bring my vehicle in for service. Always greeted by the service advisors upon entering the dealership. All problems are resolved when my vehicle is brought in. You are notified of any issues that the technician noticed during inspection that should be repaired. My service advisor, Bill H. does an amazing job explaining everything and always ensures I am completely satisfied. The dealership truly does care about its customers as they follow up with you via phone call to ensure you were satisfied with your service and how they can improve for the next time you visit.
