Absolute worst experience in my entire adult life.Ive had FAR superior service from used car dealerships.The list of screw ups is too long to list.Ive had several poor sales experience before but never ever wrote a review. This one time was just so bad that I had to let other people know.

New car runs great, love it , their financing guy was also great but the entire sales and services department was absolutely atrocious.I will never ever buy a car from these people again and certainly wont be going back for service.

Just had my car serviced here, the place is very COVID aware, there are a lot of hand sanitizer everywhere and majority of the staff wore masks. Service advisor was quite nice but I only talk to him on the phone. However, service was slow. I waited more than 30 min when I drop my car off, and again 30 min to pick up my car. Definitely not impressed. I will probably take my businesses elsewhere next time.

I want to share my experience with this BMW dealer. My sales advisor was Victoria. I was buying a forty something thousand dollar car, but I got treatment as if I was buying a Rolls Royce from her.
She listened to me carefully - not something you can experience with most sales people! She then proposed the car for us to look at. I loved the car and she then spoke with her manager and got me the deal I could not even dream of.
I came in to spend $50k but ended up spending way less.
The magic happened at the delivery. Victoria prepared little but very meaningful gifts for me, had the car literally in a brand new condition, I was very happy!

Brought my car in for servicing and among many things after the service was complete they told me my battery was discharging, but there was no sense of urgency. Shortly thereafter, a trouble light came on. I could not decipher it so I brought the back. I was told it was probably an error in the system, and everything was fine. The trouble light persisted, so I brought it back in again. Was told the same thing. I finally figured out how to diagnose the problem myself, and the code indicated that the battery was indeed discharging. Made an appointment with the shop manager for Thursday at 1 PM and received text confirmation that my appointment was at 8 AM on Thursday! The manager at the same time had been trying to reach me on my land line (which was disconnected at the time) that the parts wouldn't be available for two weeks, and an appointment would be made at that time. The service desk was not aware of this change, and the happy reminder that I was schedule to come in at 8 AM on Thursday remained. I found a way to cancel the appointment online. So now I am waiting for the shop manager to contact to make the appointment, because there seems to be a disconnect between the service desk and the management. Not what I'd expect from a high-end store. Fred's Automotive who serviced my old Volvo , did a much better job of the right hand knowing what the left hand is doing, and they're not exactly high-end.

Bravo, Victoria! We had the most exciting and smooth car purchase experience with you. This sales girl is not pushy, she will not talk you into buying something you don't need just to make money, and she is very honest which you rarely see now in salespeople!
She did not settle until she found us a perfect car and helped us getting a great deal on it. My husband and I were impressed by how much she actually worked for us - from finding us the car we wanted to saving us money and even helping outsourcing some accessories we needed.
Also I want to point out the delivery of our car when we were surprised with a beautiful bow and cover on our new M2. Saw other salespeople at the delivery area literally pointing at the car and passing the key to clients but ours was so different and phenomenal!

I have personally not bought here, but a friend of mine has had a nightmare experience with his $80,000 M2. It has had it's engine replaced 2 times now, and he hasn't had the use of his car for months... the issue is constant and he has had over 20 loaner cars. All he asked for was to have them take the LEMON back and release him of his lease, but they have refused. It is absolutely brutal customer service on BMW/this locations part. Unacceptable. I have been with him to some of his meetings with them so have felt his pain first hand. To be making lease payments on an 80k car and driving a 35k loaner car for a good chunk of the time is insane. Personally after seeing what he has been through i would NEVER buy from this location. It is a conflict of interest as the dealership LOVES lemons as they bill back all the repairs to BMW Canada... so the more lemons they make, the more profits the dealership sees.... They have lost my friend and me as clients for sure plus who knows how many others. I'm sure we are not the first to experience this. I had to give 1 star by default - it wouldn't let me give ZERO.

Can 100% recommend the BMW store and Thomson Nguyen. I had some issues with my car shortly after purchase and the sales team stood behind the brand and the vehicle. They had a choice between doing only that which was required and delivering exceptional customer service at a cost to the company rather than the client and chose the latter. Due to how they handled this issue I fully intend to buy all future bmws from this company and will give preference to BMW (and this specific dealership) over other brands due to their strong commitment to customer care.

My experience was great from the beginning to the very end. My sales person was Victoria. She did amazing job presenting few vehicles that were within my budget, outlined all differences and helped me pick the right one. She helped me with financing options, and her and her sales manager Pablo gave me a great deal and 0.99% interest rate! I was too keen on picking up the vehicle right away even though it was not detailed and Victoria arranged detailing within few minutes and by the time I completed my paperwork and insurance, the car was ready to go home with me! We originally were looking at a different car at their dealership but my wife did not like the color combination. The worst experience I ever had with any dealership in Vancouver. The sales Manager Pablo is a joke. He doesn’t care about customers service all he cares about is hearing himself speak. He’s the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I expect this type of service from small Dealership. I hope the owner of this Dealership reads this and has a talk with him about customer care. With out us this Dealership wouldn’t be running.

Please go to any other BMW Dealership. I wish I had read all the reviews before going to them and I hope this will save someone else a headache.

The sales guy N watch out. He will promise you sky when leasing the car to you. He will say you can swap the car for same rate next year. He will ask you to send referral. And tell your friend that he is willing to give him better deal than he gave it to you. All lies just watch out. At least other sales guys at auto west and Brian Jessel will tell u the truth. He goes on trips and fancy vacation after putting you on circle of bmw cars. Misleading sales and the finance guys will rush the documents so you can’t even read it . READ THE DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING TRICK ON TIRE PACKAGE AND SO ON . Don’t let them rush you through signing documents.

Bought a 650i from them and so far in the last 10 months of ownership the car has had over 20000$ in repairs and still not fixed!

If you want to buy a car from them make sure to drive the car for at least 30-40 min and have it inspected somewhere else!
Or better yet just go to the one in richmond!

If you’re getting service at this location, definitely go with Matt. He’s super friendly and efficient. There’s one time I had to replace my tire, and one of the staff said I had to wait for a week to book an appointment. I emailed Matt after I left the place and he replied to my email right away saying the car would be done by the next day!

The worst experience I ever had with any dealership in Canada. I decided to purchase pre-owned BMW 750i 2016. The car was with good price so I called over the phone and the sales man Neil advised me to put $500 deposit. I really liked the car on the photos so I paid the deposit and told him that I will come on Saturday to finish the purchase. I told my friends I will be coming with new car this week. Neil called me 2 days later to let me know that someone else come to the dealership and offered higher price and the store manager named Ben sold the car to him? I could not believe. I asked him what is the purpose of the deposit then? He was not able to explain. He was trying to throw the blame to the store manager Ben. I was pretty devastated and could not believe this is happening in reputable BMW dealership. I called store manager Ben few times and left messages to the secretary with no success. I finally reached him at the evening. He told me that the car actually got sold before Neil took my deposit and he did not know about that? Not sure how this could happen if they use online system. It was basically lie after lie and I felt I am dealing with shady garage but not BMW dealership. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They would probably do the same for any other type of service they offer.

Worked out a perfect deal on a BMW. I had been having a rough time with finding the right car from the right company. I had suddenly spotted a CPO 435i they had for sale and I immediately went down to the dealership. I was greeted right away as I got into the dealership and was helped out by Neil. He with no hesitation had the 2 cars I was looking at brought up and was helping me get info on both of them.

I then took a test drive on my own as they were a bit shorthanded that day. This was great as I had my wife with me and this way I felt more comfortable talking about the car. Turns out the car had way more features than I expected and was an awesome deal.

We came back and sat down with Neil and worked out the financials quickly and painlessly. I put a deposit down and dealt with the financing personnel who were great. I felt no pressure and everyone was very friendly. I picked up the car a couple days later and its been amazing ever since.

I wouldn't hesitate to send other people here. I cannot speak for the service department as I have not used them yet.

Tells customer over the phone that the estimated wait time is 1 hour. However they don’t reveal it until you go to the store that the service takes over 3 hours. In addition there are not a lot of people enthusiastic to help you when you enter through the service door. Service representatives are unprofessional and don’t answer text or calls. I come from Asia and BMW service is exceptional since it is a luxury brand. However service here at Open Road makes BMW feel like a cheap brand.

Look her up, she's under "perfect professional" in the dictionary. She totally made it the best car buying experience I have ever had.
