Well, Audi London have certainly changed my view of dealership sales. Both Andrew and Bernie were a pleasure to work with. No pressure at all. Andrew took his time and answered all my question regarding all of the features of my Q7 Technik and gave me a fair trade in value for the cars I traded in. Kudos to the entire team at Audi London. What a great experience! Helpful throughout the sales process and couldn't be happier with our new Q5! In my search for a vehicle I dealt with many dealers and Bora and Bernie were by far the best!
I took my car to Audi London for the first time for a simple reprogramming of my stereo head unit. My service advisor Kevin took excellent care of me and went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. Kevin informed me about a recall for my catalytic converters and ordered the parts right away so we could have it done at the same time as the stereo. He also did a great job returning my calls and texts promptly. Once the car was in the shop, they were having issues with reprogramming because the parts I put in weren't cooperating with them. The shop Forman went over the allocated time to work on my car to make sure it was fixed and that I would be going home happy. They were able to complete these repairs all in one day which was faster than expected. When I picked up the car it was washed, my bill was low and my car has a working stereo and new cats.

Visited with a friend to take a look at Audi A4. No greetings or was offered any drinks. It was very surprising that the sales Rep offered all the pricing verbally even after requesting to print some prices on paper he just kept giving us numbers. I would highly suggest anyone to go to BMW or Mercedes-Benz

After a few months of looking in the GTA and outlying areas for a low mileage Q7, I purchased exactly what I was looking for at London Audi. Andrew Peplow was terrific to work with and kept me updated of vehicles as they became available. Between Bernie Wang and Andrew I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Not only did they deliver as promised, they went way beyond to make sure I was "over the top" satisfied with my purchase. Because of that and the quality vehicles they represent, they will always be my go to dealership as well as a "best recommendation to family and friends.

Poor poor customer service, tried to get an appointment for my A4 for service. Couldnāt. Receptionist hung super rude. First service Ken the service advisor made fun of my neighborhood to the driver guy not knowing he was on speaker. Disappointed as I like my car but canāt even get it in for a 200$ oil change. Never ever going back

Possibly the worst customer service phone conversation I have ever had on Friday, May 1. A woman, first answer service, totally negative and making non stop complaint toned excuses throughout the call. Hey, GM - give your head a shake. This is an Audi dealership where people are paying Audi prices.

My 2014 Q5 was a total loss due to an accident. I identified a replacement SQ5 for sale at Audi London. From initial contact with my salesperson, including the reception and financial staff it was a smooth and absolutely stress free process. Upon acceptance of the vehicle I identified a minor issue, brought it back and the issue was resolved forthwith. The folks in the Service Department were a pleasure to deal with and have a great sense of humour. I was approached by Mr Bernie Wong CPO Manager and after my conversation with him it was apparent that customer service and satisfaction is first and foremost to him and all the staff at Audi London. I just purchased a Q5. Not only am I happy with my purchase I am very happy with the experience I received at the dealership. I had come in to ālookā and then continue on my search of other comparable vehicles elsewhere. The welcome, the knowledge and enthusiasm that Bernie & Andrew displayed sold me that very afternoon! The follow up call from Andrew and the offer from both to call any time with questions was just another piece of a very positive experience at Audi London!
Beautiful vehicles, but I'm still unsure/unaware if there is staff working here. My wife and I were looking at vehicles for 45 minutes, and not a single person inquired if we were interested, or had any questions about the vehicles.

We love our new Q7 we leased from London Audi. We've leased BMW's for the past 12 years. Dealing with Bernie and Mike was an excellent experience, first class. We were very pleased with the deal we agreed upon. Bernie even looked after returning our 5 series for us and that went very smoothly. We appreciated the time Mike spent going over the many features of the amazing vehicle. It was well worth the drive from Waterloo to work with Bernie and Mike and lease through London Audi.
I was exceptionally surprised at the level of customer service that I received while visiting the Audi London service team for a recall on my seat sensor and a glitchy seatbelt. Ken was fantastic, explaining the plan of action, arranging transportation with Mike (who has to be one of Londonās safest drivers and super easy to talk too) and keeping me up to date with his texts. I purchased an Audi because I know the quality of the vehicle is there. I now know the service from Audi dealerships matches the quality of vehicle. Would recommend to everyone.
AVOID. I've never written a Google review for anything before, but in this case I feel the need to warn others.
They will conceal problems on cars then stamp them with CPO approval in order to manipulate your trust and make the sale. After buying a "CPO'd" RS3 I found a tire bubble the same day it was driven off the lot. When this was raised with the dealership they responded by citing their "industry leading CPO inspection" and put the blame on me. Hard to believe it was me when this same "industry leading inspection" wasn't able to catch something as simple as low tire pressure before letting me drive it off the lot. Finding a sidewall bubble + low tire pressure definitely makes you go hmmm, but at this point I wouldn't be surprised if it was deliberately concealed. They also don't seem to have a problem lying about previous ownership. I was told "it was lightly driven by a 65 year old for less than a year", but then found out it was actually someone in their early 20s.
Both the salespeople and managers seem to have no issue turning their back on your after taking your money.
Overall, no better than your shady run-of-the-mill secondary dealer. Maybe worse given that those guys at least won't manipulatively CPO vehicles which clearly haven't undergone proper inspection.
So again, buyer beware - give them your business at your own risk. If this is how they treat someone buying their performance "RS" line how do you think they treat all of their customers?
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING experience! Buying your first car can be a very stressful experience but not with Andrew Peplow at Audi London. I was not pressured into buying a certain car, all my questions were answered, and I was given all the information I needed to make my own decision. Andrew was very patient with me, even taking the time to go over all the controls in the car before I drove it off the lot. The communication back and forth was effortless. Bernie Wong, the Certified Pre Owned Manager, made sure I paid the best price for my 2016 Audi A3. Dave Grant (although he's a New Car Manager), was more than willing to ensure I was getting what I wanted. If you want to buy a top of the line car, for a price that can't be beat, while getting a personal experience and one you will remember, shop Audi London.

I have been coming here for over 4 years and Kevin the service manager has been such a huge support from the start, super accommodating and ensuring I understand details with the car's concerns. I would 100% recommend this dealership, they are so knowledge and super friendly.

By far, it has been the best experience I have had with a dealership in the city. They were not pushy. They did not force me to purchase insurances or other frills. When we picked up the car, it was amazing. They did an excellent job to make it very special. Mike is really good. Thank you.
Typical dealership regardless what the name says. Bought an Audi for first time used to be a BMW customer. Mind you better service experience than BMW London. Have Q7 with known brake squeal issue but initially dealership of course says itās normal and after 2 years of putting up with this they now say thereās a service bulletin but they have no replacement pads. Been waiting over 4 months now. Have to return on lease in 6 months so they will likely just let this run out so they donāt have to do anything about it. Sales guy Mike is ok guy, but service should be updating customers on this and Audi as a company is terrible for letting this go on. I will not be buying an Audi again unless this issue is fixed.
I recently took my car to Audi to be assessed after a minor collision with a curb. The power steering rack had been compromised and needed replacing. I put this through my insurance company as the repair was ballpark $5000. I shopped around a bit with friends of mine who own garages and the cost was still quite high but considerably less than what Audi wanted. These garages quoted me on remanufactured parts and their shop rate which is less than Audiās.
Over a month later I get my car back. I was informed that Audi didnāt put the new parts in they quoted me nor did they perform the work themselves. This was revealed to me when I came to grab a few items out of my trunk and the service team there did not know the whereabouts of my car. I was informed about the parts by the team at the body shop when I picked up my car.
To my dismay I received my car with the windshield wipers out of sync and half way up the windshield. Upon closer inspection one of the linkages had been broken for the driver side wiper. There was also a crack in the windshield. The manager at the body shop said he would look into it for me.
The response I got was underwhelming. He said that Audi was not willing to do anything for me. He offered me his rates on repairs which was nice but satisfactory. I knew the insurance adjuster had taken pictures of the car for the claim. I requested the pictures and despite the wipers looking fine in the rest position in the body shop on 1/4/19 they were still not willing to do anything for me. I was told I could submit a vandalism claim through my insurance.
Mike is a very good guy who knows his job. Awesome Customer Service, very respectful, friendly and helpful guy. I would totally recommend Mike Raposo to everyone. Smoothest Car buying experience. He knows what he's doing. Met Bernie Wong few times, and awesome guy as well. I had Robert Rose from Volkswagen to finalize the process and he was amazing as well. Totally Recommends Audi London Dealership.
Ignorant and inconsiderate service. No accountability from management. I contacted the dealership to get the best price on a car. Sales agent Faye Wang told me I had to come in to get pricing. When I told her I lived 3 hours away from the dealership so it was unreasonable to make me come in just to get a price, she never replied. When I reached out to management about this situation, nobody bothered to reply either. Worst dealership I've ever come across.
My experience at Dalmar Motors was nothing but positive. They provided me with exceptional and professional customer service. The salesperson I dealt with was named Luke and even though he was a new employee it was obvious that he had a high level of product knowledge about all of the different makes and models that I was interested in. You will not be dissatisfied if you decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
