2013 Lexus ES Series: A New Sporty Look for the 2013 Lexus ES Series

The all-new 2013 ES series features new styling with more responsive dynamics and enhanced feel to deliver an entirely new ES experience. The longer wheelbase and the elegant ES profile make the 2013 Lexus look sharper than ever before. Fuel consumption is outstanding for a luxury car at 9.9L/100km in the city and 6.4l/100km on the highway.
Due to lack of competition in its market, the Lexus ES series has been taken from a mid-size sedan to a luxury sedan. The 2013 Lexus ES350 and ES300h have added style. This model features Lexus’s new spindle grill. It features a more aggressive, but mature look. There are LED daytime running lights and Lexus has raised the beltline of the car.
The redesigned interior offers passengers more comfort than ever before. It is only one inch longer than before, but now there is 4 inches more of legroom in the backseat.

The material on the steering wheel is hand stitched. The hybrid model has bamboo on the dash. On the V6 there is even a maple trim interior. Standard equipment on this model includes 10 way powered seats, standard airbags, as well as Lexus’s smart key system. There is a push button ignition and a 7 inch display screen on the dash. The navigational system is very intuitive. There is a lot of trunk room with 15 cubic feet on the V6 model and 12 cubic feet on the hybrid models.

You also get an optional power trunk lid. With a new design, the Lexus ES Series has been improved to meet the demands of customers for 2013. Lexus has made a few changes to improve how this model drives. The steering has been lowered a bit to make it easier to handle. Another improvement was to make the steering more responsive. All models get a drive mode selector that allows the driver to choose between a normal, eco, and sport mode. The hybrid comes with an EV mode. The eco mode dulls the throttle, which helps to improve fuel economy. When driving in the sport mode, the car is more powerful and is great for driving up mountains. With the hybrid model, the responsiveness is vastly improved in sport mode.

The 2013 Lexus ES series looks great and is stylish on the inside. Your friends will be impressed with the luxury interior and all of its features. On top of that the Lexus ES series now comes as a hybrid model. The hybrid offers 50 percent fuel economy and is a great way to lower you gas bill. The only major drawback of this car is the sometimes hard to use interface. Some people see the car’s larger size as a drawback as well. However the larger 2013 Lexus ES Series offers more room for passengers in the front and in the back. It is hard not to love the added comfort and space offered in the 2013 Lexus ES Series.
